Tyler promised us a full refund then ghosted us. As others have said, Tyler is unprofessional, a liar and a thief. We had a simple job to be done - dig down and remove 6 of soil from a 10x12 space, put in new soil, put sod in the middle and leave space for planters around the periphery. Tyler wrote us an estimate and we moved ahead. Tyler was an hour and a half late to the job and even then, waited another hour for another worker to arrive before starting work. We paid right away. They told us not to go on the grass for a few days to let it settle (it was raining at the time). A few days later we checked out the work and it was clear they had removed less than 2 inches of soil and, in some areas, none at all, evidenced by garbage left behind. We texted Tyler about the problem and he immediately became rude, confrontational and accusatory, making wild claims that they dug 10. He agreed to come by and check for himself. When he arrived, we dug up that grass and there was less than an inch of new soil (not the 6 we agreed to and paid for, and certainly not the 10 he claimed in text). He promised a full refund which we still have not received. He is now blocking our calls and text messages.

Recently used their services, and I got to say they really did a great job as promised.

We have called these people so many times left messages they never call this back people like this never call us back so their service must be very bad I will not recommend this to anyone

I contacted JTC Landscaping around 12 pm for urgent work to be done on my lawn and they came by 3 pm the same day and finished in just over one hour with three people. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness and efficient, professional work. I had tried contacting other landscapers but they were the only ones to respond in such a timely manner. Highly recommend them if you are looking for quality landscaping work!

UPDATE & RESPONSE TO TYLERS REPLY: My brother never received a voicemail from you. There has been no misunderstanding; you have been lying about returning our money for 6 weeks now - lie after lie. You havent made any effort to clear anything up as you state. Ive tried to call you, you dont answer my calls. And when we text, you lie about when youll return the money and dont show up. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The Owner (Tyler) is unprofessional, a liar, and a thief. We requested a quotation to cut our lawn on a continual basis. We explained that we had roughly 2 acres that needed weekly cuts. Per Tyler s request, we sent photos, and a google maps snapshot of the property. Then he came to the property to walk around and see what needed to be done. He said he had the crew and equipment to do the job. We agreed on a weekly cut price. He then was persistent about getting paid in advance for the first cut + the first month. He said he s been scammed too many times and requires the first money upfront. We were hesitant, but obliged unfortunately. Tyler s crew came for the first cut and left the yard an absolute mess. They left areas completely uncut. Areas that they did cut were uneven, and they didn t pick up the clippings as agreed they would. They didn t go around all edges with the whipper snipper as discussed, nor did they clean up the mess they left on concrete surfaces. Tyler insisted he had the right machinery for the job, then showed up with a small residential ride on machine that wouldn t even cut the grass properly. Upon approaching Tyler about the terrible mess they left the yard, and the incomplete work, we informed him that it would be in our best interest to find a more appropriate crew that could get the job done right. We asked to get the prepayment back for the month he was not going to be working at our yard. He refuses to give back the money that he did not earn.

I contacted Tyler for a quote to do a fall clean up in my yard and remove two small shrubs. The quote was reasonable and work started two days later. Tyler s crew of three showed up on time, we re very pleasant and had all the work done by late afternoon. Thanks Tyler for a job well done.

We had Tyler s team doing major work in our front yard and back yard. Unlike other landscapers we contacted, they were very responsive and quick to answer our enquiries. Once we decided to go with them, work started the next day. Tyler is friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsible. They gave us a good price, listened to our requests as well as gave us advices, and we were delighted at the outcome. We had our front garden transformed to river rocks with plants, and added river rocks, plants and pavers to our backyard. They also helped with weeding, trimming and adding wood mulch. Our neighbor also asked them for help and was happy with the result. Another neighbor saw their work on our yard and asked for their contact. It was a pleasant experience and we would recommend them.
