A young man came to my house to pick up my riding lawn mower. He looked at the mower saw it was a miner repair and fixed the mower on the spot. He would not take any money for the repair. Thank you.

Husqvarna and Hustler dealer. Seems to be knowledgeable on common issues with the mowers they sell and service. They have replacement blades, parts and tools that most people would need. Additionally, the sell mulch and other aggregate/bed media at pretty competitive prices.

I called to find out if they could possibly repair my lawn mower, their location is close to my home, and i thought itd be convenient..never got a call back and that was 2 weeks ago...I read previous reviews about this business, which most were also lacking, now I see why, ended up just buying a very nice used mower.

This place ought to be called Get Mugged rather than Get Mowed. Dropped off husqvarna weed eater that I purchased from them, due to a seized screw (possibly from the fact that their merchandise sits in the store for years) and figure I bring it in due to the fact that it is still under warranty. Fast forward 3 weeks no update no call to let me know what was happening. So I decided to call and the person that answered who apparently hates his job stated that it was still waiting on a part. I then proceeded to ask for the weed eater back and when I went to pick it up they want 25 dollars for a diag fee. Needless to say I am very displeased and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Turned my weed eater and pressure washer into them. Didn t get pressure washer back for 2 months and it worked less then when I took it there. Have taken it back 3 times and still does not work. Took two try s to get the weed eater to work correctly. Blamed me for the pressure washer not working right the first time I took it back. Will never go back or recommend.

Got my mower blades better price and closer to home, price better than Lowes, home depot

Called prior to bringing in my Echo trimmer to get a cost estimate. Told the gentlemen what the problem was and he stated that trimmer repairs typically run no more than $100, so I decided to bring it in. After dropping off the trimmer, was told that there would be a possible 6-8 week wait due to back logs. I was ok with that. Was also told that they would call me to give me a price estimate and I could decide if I wanted to proceed with the repairs. Never heard from them until they called to say that the trimmer was repaired and that it cost approximately $134. I did not even pay that much for the trimmer new. Went and spoke to personnel at the company to explain my frustration and was told that I could forfeit the payment and just leave the trimmer with them or they could possibly reduce the price another $10-$15. They reviewed the work order and said there was no note to call about an estimate. It was not presented to me as an option, but that they would call before repairs were made. I fully believe in supporting local businesses, especially during these times, but when you dont do what you say then that is not good customer service. If I had known that it would cost that much to repair, I would not have agreed because it was not worth it. Cheaper to go buy a new one. Either way, I will not be bringing anymore business to GetMowed. 2 stars because they were good on a previous lawn mower repair. Not sure what happened between then and now.

They picked up my mower a couple months ago. Said it would take 8 weeks to fix called last month to check on status was told parts were ordered. Called today to check again was told the same thing. Here is how the conversation went. What parts were ordered? - I dont know Any idea when it will be finished - I dont know How much is it going to cost - I dont know we just fix stuff and then tell you how much it costs. Can you find out? yes Ill call you back when? I dont know. Website mentions setting new standards in customer service I would have to agree.

I did not get work done there. However the owner was very very helpful. I was stranded with a broken bearing on my dogs wheelchair. I figure the only place I can get those bearing is small machine shop or bike shop. He was very helpful to help me figure out what I need and gave me several references so I can call around. He didnt have to do that. He could have just say I dont have it. He went through that extra effort to help you out on a Saturday morning. Thank you very much

I dropped my mower off and was told that it could take 3-4 weeks to be repaired which was no problem at all. However I specifically asked to be called before any repairs were made to make sure of the price and if it was even worth it for me to pay to fix it. I came back to get mowed 3 or 4 days after I dropped off the mower to pick it up because a friend told me he could do it much faster. Get mowed had already repaired my mower without calling me to tell me how much it would be or what they were going to do and they didn t even call me to tell me it was finished. However I had to pay for the repair even though it was way more than I paid for the mower and wouldn t have even gotten it repaired if they would have called me first like they said they would. I will never bring my business here again and I will make sure to tell everyone the same. 2 stars because the mower runs now and it barely did before.

Called there looking to buy a specific mower. Only to inconvenience the guy on the phone by asking him to check. And only thing he could offer me was the ones I didnt ask about and come and look he might have one in the back. So I drove three times aas far away spent 3500 dollars and bought one elsewhere.

Brought my Husqvarna riding mower to be fixed. Couldnt ever get a hold of them on the phone. Went back three weeks later. Not only had they not looked at it, they left it in the rain and there were rust spots everywhere. The customer service wasnt great either. I would recommend using another place.

Been very helpful when I needed parts for my Cub Cadet mower purchase a chainsaw from them very helpful with parts are or repair it seems they are willing to go the little extra steps to help its nice to have a brain you can pick when you need when you need information its nice to be able to talk to someone who knows instead of having to Google it the repairman in the shop has an excellent brain just right for picking him cuz hes helped me a lot theres no way to know what part youre going to need unless theres some way of finding out whats wrong with it they are very helpful in that department

Never use this place. Kept my mower 6 weeks and never worked on it. Picked it up dirtier than I left it. Awful service and attitude.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. They have zero business sense. If you are charging 30 to 80 to repair push lawnmowers. Why would you keep one for 6 weeks. Then Never call the customer the whole time to give an update or status on the piece of equipment. Then when you come in after two weeks you are told it will be the next one they look at, then you come back ten days later and they havent touched it. I wouldnt bring anything to them or suggest anybody else does either. You wont be a priority to them.

TERRIBLE business. I wished I had seen the review from Jeremy because that is exactly how I was treated. I dropped my lawn mower off and was told 2-3 weeks. I called 4 times during week 2, no one answered.. I called 3 times and left 2 messages during week 3. No one ever called me back or ever answered the phone. I stopped by and was told my mower was next and it would be 2 more days. I called the next week no one answered the phone again. I stopped by and no one had looked at it yet, he said he would look at it tomorrow. But after a month in his shop I decided to just take my broken mower home. When he went in the back to get my mower I discovered he leaves them out in the rain. I questioned him about leaving my mower out in the rain for a month. He replied that is where all the mowers are stored. I told him I always kept my lawn mower in the garage. I asked him where did he keep his personal mower? His answer was he doesnt own one. Well there you have it. The guy runs a lawn mower repair shop but doesnt own a lawn mower. No wonder he doesnt care about fixing them or taking care of them or his customers that mow their own lawns. I do NOT recommend this shop.

After waiting 2 months for my chainsaw to be repaired, with constant stories of hopefully within the next week, I finally picked it up to take elsewhere. Based on other reviews and my experience, You should probably do the same...
