We contacted TruGreen for Fertilization and Weed/Pest Control. For the first 6 months the service/communication were very good and lawn was really shaping up! Then things took a turn for the worse. Techs seem to longer care about the quality of work, no communication, servicing neighbors lawn (on my dime!), and health of lawn in question. To wrap this up I have asked for call from tech manager to understand if Trugreen wants our business.

Too early to tell if what he did was helpful or not. So far all I bought was a promise. However, my lawn is greener than all my neighbors but the bare spots aren t filling in yet and I still have weeds around the Perimeter.

Our tech is extremely knowledgeable about local conditions of heat and humidity, sandy soil which leaches quickly. I am extremely disappointed with this company. The first couple of years with this company was fantastic and my lawn was looking good. But after that, the service took a nosedive. My lawn has regressed so I thought I would get it aerated but that didn t do the trick but I found out that the technician barely did what he was supposed to do for one and two, they didn t even treat my backyard which is full of weeds! My lawn looks like S T because of the poor service and is the worst looking lawn on my entire street. I called and made a complaint about the service they stated that they would come on a Monday to service it, didn t show up, got a call for my regular service 2 days later, didn t show up, called to cancel my service and in the middle of the conversation with customer service, the call dropped, you can t make this stuff up! Got it cancelled though and will not utilize their services again.

They are dependable. Our yard looks great so they are doing a great job. If we happen to see a technician...they are always always friendly. We love TruGreen!

Basically worry free Lawn Care which allows me to better manage my time

We started service right before fall, and everything went dormant soon after, so we really wouldn t see any results until spring. When everything came back, the yard looked great, and Nikolas K. has been great as far as dealing with any concerns, and going out of his way to make it look better. Well worth the money!

Nickolas Kesler deserves 10 stars for his work at my house. He is always on time and lets us know exactly what is done and what he sees is wrong (if anything) with the yard. And leaves the property the same as it was.

I had my first service today with the TRUGREENs technician- Gerell V & I was very impressed with his knowledge & how respectful he was. I m very excited to see how well my yard will be this summer after treatments for TRUGREEN!

Nickolas K. is the specialist who has serviced my yard this season and I couldn t be more pleased. He has been informative about each application and cares about providing the best customer service.

I was not contacted in advance of renewing my annual plan and was charged yesterday for my service. I called Tru Green to change that and they escalated my call for someone to contact me for my annual options.

Everything can be done online without having to speak to anyone. Just what we were looking for. Own stop shop. Someone did reach out to us but that was fine. Fair pricing. No need to leave work for them to come out and do an evaluation. First treatment was done and I did not have to attend. Just what we need.

2nd update: after many phone calls I told them to cancel my account. Received a message from Tasha that they will be crediting my credit card. I went online to check, not only did they not credit my account they put through another charge of $100.00. I will now be going through my credit card to dispute the charges and if I have to I will take them to small claims court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews 1st before doing business with them. Update: They were suppose to come today (Friday) and did not show. I found out they werent coming because I called to find out when they were showing up. Now they say Monday. Cant get a supervisor on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND MY LAWN LOOKS HORRIBLE!!!! Had 1 treatment lawn looks horrible. The rest of the block was done by the development landscaper and they are green. Asked for a representative to come was suppose to be here but when i called said the date was changed with no notice. Should have already had my second treatment and they havent done it. Very disappointed with their service.

Cory has and still is helping out with my washed out section of my lawn. He is going out of his way to help restore this section. I appreciate his professionalism dedication.

Horrible horrible experience. I m not the type of person to write reviews but they did such a bad job, that people need to know how bad this company is. We hired this company to take care of the weeds in our yard. Not only did they failed to do so, they added grass seed to the area laid with mulch. (Not sure why they did that). We were paying them $99 each time to come out. The guys would do 5 minutes of work and then sit in their trucks for 15 minutes. We called to complain, but no one showed up to fix it and the manager won t call us back. After almost 2 months of trying to work with them, we cancelled. They failed to show up and was charging us on days they didn t come. DON T RECOMMEND. It s very expensive and they made our yard look worse than before we hired them. Do your research first.

When the technician arrived, I met him and asked one question. I knew what his intent was, that day, receiving a prior text. If youre going to walk the property, do the entire property. He did that, to my satisfaction , appreciated. At the end, I gave him a cola and a snack.

Go with a local company or frankly anyone else. Issues including: 1. Service Tech would show up for 5 mins spray one or two things then sit in there car for another 20 mins 2. Sprayed my lawn with lawn feed even though we told them not to. My lawn is know ruined 3. Charged for 2 months of service that they never showed up for. 4. Called 4-5 times to address issues and then finally canceled services after not fixing issues 5. Said would refund 2 months of service and it took 5 follow up calls to finally get to a manager who would give me a refund DO NOT USE THEM! If I could give 0 Stars I would, complete joke of a company

Very professional and knowledgeable service tech. Ive been with TRUGREEN for years, the few issues Ive had, were always resolved in a timely manner. Overall, Im pleased with the service.

My TruGreen lawn technician was excellent. He was on time and respectful. He was efficient and completed my lawn care with minimal disturbance to my afternoon sunbathing.

Absolutely the worst lawn care service! They literally killed our lawn - something my husband worked on long & hard they killed in a day. We had them out to get rid of our crabgrass the next day, everything was dead except for the crabgrass. And the branch manager has been unresponsive. They just want to send out the same technician that killed our grass. Do yourselves a favor, don t use them.

Adam walked the yard with me and we reviewed the best application to manage the numerous weeds in the yard and agreed that a spray process would be best. Hopefully, the weeds will be taken care of in the next 10 days to two weeks. If not I will be calling for a reservice.

Today was my first treatment with TruGreen and I could not be more pleased. Tracking their arrival via the App is awesome as I had some questions for them. My technician KIYAUNI W was so kind and professional. Answered all of my questions thoroughly and my puppy insisted on an introduction to him in which he happily accommodated her! Very satisfied I am trusting my lawn to them! And what a bonus to have such a nice young man that knows his work!!

Total waste of money. Our lawn still has loads of weeds. Caught them coming over but no service done. Job wasnt done. Be careful of the charge if youre going to use them. Someone should be at home to watch them...theyll charge for servce not performed.

WOW, amazing how ny shrubbery and trees look now as compared to before its unbelievable. I actually thought I had to get someone to take down one of my trees in the back, but whatever the treatment plan was it looks so healthy now and its growing. My greenery is so beautiful and very healthy looking for the first time.

Otis is the Man! On time, courteous, and self driven. He treated my entire yard and ensured I understood what he was treating it with, as well as letting me know when to water. I would HIGHLY recommend Otis as the caretaker of your yard!!

I have requested that the service person must ring my doorbell and if I am not home to answer, I dont want them to services my yard simply because of the lousy service.

The appearance of my lawn has gotten much better. Fewer weeds and a thicker growth has improved the overall look and mowing is needed less often.

Worst service ever, only showed up 5 times out of the year. Did not come out once between March and August during the prime growing season time of the year. Giving 1 star was being generous

The technician is thorough and professional. He ensures he puts flags in both the front and back yards so I dont worry that an area has been skipped. Lets us know what he put down and what it is supposed to control.

Gave this business one year of treatments I had to call them back three times throughout the year to retreat because when they treated we would have a torrential downpour which was essentially wash the chemical that they sprayed off the grass. I finally had to part ways with this company at the end of fall the last treatment they ended up burning several spots in the yard where they sprayed so I figured I ll do it myself from now on. This company did do what they said in terms of treating the yard and coming back as many times as they need to in order to get it right but I feel like I can do a better job doing it myself.

Called Tru Green this morning. Phone system is awful wouldn t take any of the prompts to answer the questions and hung up on me. I called back and miguel answered on speaker phone then his phone hung up on me. I called back 3x and finally someone talked to me very nice but really didn t understand English well and very not knowledgeable with all so after being frustrated I told them thanks I ll use local. Do not recommend. A total waste of time.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Do n oi t hire Truegeen. They lie to customers, say they are coming and then cancel. Horrible.

They lie about what the cost will be and then try to charge you more after the service is rendered. Very unprofessional.

Had a problem with them. They made it a priority to make it right.

They put in an irrigation system.less than a year later it is leaking and they don t even try to stand behind their work or fix it, The parts that spray the water are set too high so lawn mowers hit them and they need new caps. Lost job. Very expensive.

Had decided to give TruGreen a try due to work schedule. After one year of service: yard is infested with weeds, grass has brown spots, and technicians show up sporadically. When calling both the 800 number and the local 912 number, the call is often interrupted by convenient interference and subsequent calls results in a busy signal. My phone calls have not yielded any results. Bottom line, my yard looks 10xs worse than when I maintained it alone.

This is THE most unorganized business Ive ever seen. No one wants to take responsibility and always say that it is someone elses job. Ive been kept in the dark and hung up on. 100% would not recommend!!!

If it were possible to give this establishment zero stars, I would. Please avoid using this company for your lawn care needs at all cost. I paid for a year of services in advance and upon completion of those services I called their support line to cancel to ensure I would not get serviced or billed for future services. The lady stated my account was cancelled and that I would no longer receive treatments. Fast forward a couple months, they sent a technician to service my lawn without any sort of heads up. I turned the guy away at my door considering we cancelled our account, but yet they still billed my card for a service that was not even completed. I called the same day to cancel my account once again and asked for a confirmation email this time to which my request was denied due to their system not having the capability to do so. Seems pretty convenient to me that customers must take them at their word in terms of cancellation, but yet continue to complete and bill for unwanted services. This is a very unprofessional operation that takes advantage of their customers in an attempt to gain additional revenue for their business.

Im not going into the stories, but they have let me down twice. Im done with trugreen. I dont know how to respond to your reply. I have canceled your service once for reason. I was called back and convinced that the reason would be resolved. Im paying you too much money for cookie cutter service. Especially when it results in dead and dying places in my yard. You were given a second chance. There is no third.

Not so good. Stay away from Richmond Hill (Savannah) branch. Youll be sorry if you dont. Today we were serviced by a fellow from the Augusta Branch here to bail Richmond Hill out, they always have too many problems. Guy from Augusta was GREAT! They need people like that in Richmond Hill (Savannah) Branch!!!

They also fertilized the lawn. The lawn looks like a carpet.

My First impression was fantastic! They showed up on time for the estimate and were very professional and personable. The workmanship and attention to detail were top-notch. The job was also finished earlier than anticipated which made us very happy. They were able to accommodate us immediately at a fair price. I would strongly recommend Pro Savannah Landscaping.

Helps make my lawn the best in the neighborhood.

We used TruGreen for over a year and we were not satisfied with their services. Our grass had large yellow dead spots year round and was getting worse. We are by no means experts, but we knew it wasn t from moles as our tech kept trying to tell us. We complained multiple times. Our yard was almost the worst in the neighborhood before we decided to stop using their services. Once we informed them we wanted to cancel they wanted us to let the try something different one more time free or charge. We reluctantly agreed. Of course it didn t help. So we cancelled. We were still charged. We ve had 3 more separate conversations all promising to remove the charge. Well, today we got notice of it going to collections. So buyer beware. We will pay it to prevent it reflecting negatively on our credit. Overall this is inexcusable business practice.

They never showed up after paying and with all the assurances of being on the way. Never got in touch with them on the phone. I have the feeling that l have been scammed.

Sorry about the lateness. Martin P. was the specialist here 19 March 2021. This is the first time Martin P. has been at our property. We walked the front and back yard as he listens to my concerns. He made sure he covered our property boundary. His pace of spraying the yard was deliberate and methodical. My wife who just happen to be in the yard that morning was incredibly happy with his efforts to cover the yard. She rarely comments to someone for a job well done. She has seen specialists come in and out of this yard in less than five minutes. Prior specialist just run through the yard slinging spray. My latest concern is the rain. We had two days of steady rain the day after that treatment. We both believe the Trugreen treatment was dilute to the point that it was ineffective and washed away. Can anyone from Tureen answer my statement? I was due a service April 26, 2021. I just saw the service was moved to between 3-7 May 2021.

Great service and excellent results!

I requested a quote online, and the gentleman that initially helped me was lovely. Later that week someone from TruGreen (Bobby Young was the Caller ID) called me and said they had driven by my house and said they could provide me with services I hadnt inquired about. When I said I was not in need of those services and considering other quotes, the caller got audibly agitated and hung up on me. Super unprofessional. That experience alone will have me looking elsewhere.

In the spring of 2020 our yard was looking about 75% wonderful. We had just put down an extra pallet of sod as well. We hired True Green bc we wanted to maximize our yard. That was the last time our yard looked normal. True Green destroyed my yard. Where the whole pallet of sod was put down is now a big messy mud pile. The back yard is nothing but weeds now. We wasted so much money and for what? For them to tell us nothing. And offer no solution, no explanation. They had the nerve to even start charging me for another year of service without my permission as well!! I d love to put a sign in my yard that says serviced by True Green . Pretty sure they d never get another contract in my neighborhood again. Do your homework. I didn t and I regret it every day. Edit: I sent an email like they asked and still NOT A WORD FROM THEM. Only a BILL bc I canceled their service!! So pathetic!

I contacted TruGreen to get their services for my lawn. I asked to have their services for only one year and that s it. Not only their services were bad, don t really work but they skip some services and bill you for it. When the year of services ended, they came in and and applied an additional service. They then contacted me to activate my auto payment because it ended after a year of service, exactly what I wanted in the first place. When I questioned them on why they continued the service after I specifically asked for a year of service, their answer was that the renewal is automatic. This is a scam and they know it. They promise you a good service, which is far from true and they tell you a year of service but instead they apply 13 services instead of 12 to get you stuck with their bad services for another year.

Ive been contacted several times by this company because of an inquiry I made online. The second person I talked to said I would absolutely need sod and then still tried to sell me on their services. Just got my fourth call today and I made it clear that the price for services was more than I wanted to spend, instead of listening and moving on, the salesperson just kept on. I get it. Thats her job but didnt understand me saying no very well. Im not going to use them in the future based on all this. A little bit exhausting. Im going to reach out to someone local.

TruGreen truck made a u-turn through my yard, he actually drove his truck on my lawn!

**I DO NOT RECOMMEND*** I received notification that the technician arrived, 2 minutes later another notification saying the treatment was finished. Technician was going to hang the service description on the door when they realized I have cameras. Sprayed the front yard, and not even a quarter of the backyard. Called the company 5 minutes after they left and was told the technician will call me to finish the job that I am paying for. No call back. The service description on my door has the wrong address on it, so what did they spray on my lawn?? Also, in the special instructions it states Please make sure all areas are serviced **cameras*** So, if the customers did not have cameras would they have even did anything? Previously, they came out was the same situation, but I let it slide did not call, just chalked it up as the technician was having a bad day. Yesterday was the 2nd time, so I canceled this morning. Save your money and look at other companies.

We have had service for the first time and now for 7 months. In the last few months, the service person drug a large hose across our lawn in 2 places which leaked and killed our grass. On two occasions; the service provider asked my husband and myself for a cigarette. Most recently, they serviced the back yard and not the front. Also drug the hose next to my husbands boat and knocked over and broke 6 of my ceramic potted plants and left them! We watched and have photos.

I have prepaid for Tree and Schrub service. I was notified today that someone was coming to do the service. I was home all day. I have video doorbell. I got 2 text messages which stated they came and finished the service; 7 minutes for all my trees and schrubs in front and back yard. However, no video evidence from doorbell, no paperwork on my door and my dogs didnt even barked. So I went back and checked all the service dates. Out of 4 service dates, only 1 service date had video evidence and paperwork on the door. I am beyond infuriated.

I have tried for weeks to resolve an issue with my lawn but either cant get through to someone that WILL help me or Im told someone will call me back. These people have ruined my new lawn and will not call me back or address the issue. Its always someone will call me back in 2 - 3 business days. If you are considering TRUGREEN, dont. They have poor customer service or no customer service. Their technicians come out and put chemicals down in haste and then leave. They also leave a vague note as to what they observed or what they did! They will not take responsibility for their negligence. They blame everything on my lawn guy. They also dont have anyone local who answers the phone when I call although the number on the website is local. TRUGREEN is FALSEGREEN! They do not live up to their advertisements nor do they keep their work!

Unreliable, dishonest and outright poor service!

The Driver who manages parts of Bluffton is lying to his boss about showing up. I m here all day as my wife and this driver tells his boss he has been here 4 times and the gate is locked. So far NO HAPPY, not even close.

My yard looks horrible, they burned it up. Customer service wouldnt do anything. Closed my accout!! DO NOT USE them!!

1st visit, went to my neighbors house, treated their lawn, left MY invoice. Have cancelled 2x since then. Debited my card for payment and still have not treated my property. No sense of urgency to correct. Not happy w/ attempts of corrective actions. Constantly rescheduled. Last chance tomorrow, wish me luck!

I am very disappointed with this service. We called to cancel and confirmed cancellation, yet they continued to come out and service and charge us. They re over priced too. I had to call my bank to dispute their charges and thankfully the bank will dispute all of their charges moving forward!

We ve been using their lawn care plan for a while, but have never seen any result. The other day, my husband was working from home and accidentally witnessed from the window the poor job the TruGreen guy did he didn t even spray the whole lawn; he randomly sprayed one part and put the sign as if it s done. My husband called to complain and the company promised to send someone else to redo it. Guess what, they sent the same guy my husband happened to arrive home after work; the guy approached him and asked what s the problem? Now I feel it has somehow evolved from a poor lawn care job to a safety concern!

I have an account with them for mosquito control. My next application was scheduled for today. I stressed the importance of not spraying until I get home from work at 3:30, so I can bring my cats inside. I got text notifications saying the technician would arrive between 1-6. I called 4 times (after each notification) saying do not come until 3:30, and was assured each time that he would not arrive early. My elderly mother just called saying the technician was outside spraying. She told him not to spray until I get there to bring the cats in....he replied that it wont hurt the cats, theyre fine. If the substance they apply isnt harmful to animals, why do they say to bring them in while the spraying is done? And why are we to wait 30 minutes after spraying before walking on the grass? I have called to speak to a supervisor, and was told someone would get back to me. I doubt that too.

Since I started with TruGreen I have noticed a remarkable improvement in my lawn. My lawn is thicker, greener and has less weeds than before Trugreen. They always let me know before they come and are always asking for any problem areas. I highly recommend.

I m beginning to think this is the worst lawn care scam out there. Just look at the overspray left by the technician who over sprayed into and all over my entire driveway leaving it STAINED everywhere!! Ugh!! Negative

They will not guarantee they can get rid of Dove weed or crab grass.....so whats the point??

The communication between trugreen and their customers is terrible. They refused to ever have their technician contact me regarding my needs for my lawn. I had the out for three months and each time they came, my grass died more and more. After I canceled my service, they came again! And then sent me a bill. Do not use this company.

Doesnt take a rocket scientist to see that many of the 5 star reviews are duplicates. Clearly TruGreen is attempting to stack the deck in their favor. If I could give a zero star rating i would. Corporate sales signed me up in January of this year. Never received a lawn evaluation. My yard was never measured. Service tickets indicate I have +/- 12,500 sf when I actually have 18,000 sf of turf. 3 out of 4 visits were logged as lasting exactly 17 minutes. I ask how is it humanly possible to have that level of consistency between spray techs? The only logical answer is that it is not possible. When I called corporate and then the local office to complain, I was given the our technicians are highly trained to cover exactly 1000 sf per minute speech. That may be fine and the numbers would seem to work but the part of the equation that was left out is the amount of time I spent discussing the condition of my lawn during each visit. Bottom line is that actual boots on the ground time has been more like 8 minutes which isnt nearly enough to properly care for my lawn. As a retired landscape company owner and certified pesticide applicator, I can tell you that the worst thing you can do is over or under apply pesticide. TruGreen has no flow meter on their equipment so they really have no idea how much chemical they are applying. The numbers on the service ticket are all fictional. I was promised services that I have never received including insect control, fire ant control and control of lawn fungus. If you are looking for a lawn maintenance company, do yourself a favor and avoid TruGreen. You can thank me later by joining in a class action lawsuit.

Bait and Switch - canceled the service, deleted card information from the autopay. Tru-Green offered one last free lawn service. I agreed. Sent 2 technicians, one for the free service, one for a random bug/pest application and charged for it. basically offered a free service, and charged for a different service. dont waste your money with this company...im not sure they even did anything when they came out, we were always at work....grass never got any greener, weeds never got any deader. Save yourself the head ache and go buy a bag of weed and feed, your lawn will look better than an entire year worth of tru-green

Lawn has been looking so much better, and the service techs are excellent. I have a 2 acre lawn and the techs are so good at getting all of my lawn areas.

My rating on one star is very generous. In the Trugreen website they talk about providing service in 1 - 3 days. I contracted for a service on June 5th, three weeks later nothing. DO NOT PREPAY. If you are not in a location that is close to a service facility they will take your money and never come.

Dont waste your time or money. They will promise you they will show up and all the good things that will happen when signing up. But after they get your money you start to see who they really are. You call to speak to a manager and they tell you they will call you in 24-48 hours and its been 3 days and I have not heard from them yet. I never known of a business where it would take that long to call a customer back. I was told my lawn would be serviced once a month but now they stop coming. I havent seen or heard from them in 2 months and now refuse to return my calls. Not only that I looked on my invoice and they charging one visit twice on the same day. After 4 visits I dont see any difference in my yard. I am turning this over to my lawyer to get my money back. My advice is to stay away from TruGreen. The name should be FalseGreen.

The building itself does need more advertisements inside it. For example pamphlets & books for customers to take.

They stuck out with me. 1. Waited 3 weeks to contact me about a service, I had to contact them. 2. Rep never met with me to discuss needs. 3. When a service was performed - got the address wrong and did a neighbor. Never more.

I have had TRUGREEN service For over two years now. I had both the lawn as well as the Tree and shrubs fertilisation plan. After two years the lawn still has tons of crabgrass and looks extremely unhealthy. The interesting thing is the Fertilisation on every visit is done in less than 8 to 10 minutes. When I questioned the technician, He indicated to me that they are trained to walk in a certain pace. My cameras have recorded him strolling through my yard. Do not waste your money with this company.

Dont ever use this company for lawn service. Our yard looked progressively worse every year over the 6 plus years we used the company. We cancelled our service, started self treating our yard and it started looking healthy again!! Then we received a call from Transworld that Trugreen sent us to collections for $61 claiming that we didnt pay our last bill. The absurdity in this scenario is that we had been on auto draft payment with them for years so there should have never been a payment issue and they had told us that they were not charging us for the last treatment. I ll chalk it up as a $61 dollar lesson in how to not run a business. The only thing worse than their communication is their core business of lawn treatment.... So unless you like crabgrass and a patchy yard I would stay away from this company.

before every service call and get a clear understanding of the services they will be performing. the first two services were the same then I was charged for services I didnt know I needed and were completed without me knowing doubling the price.

Absolutely the worst service experience that I can remember in the last 20 years. Signed up with them this year. After the first two service visits they missed the next service visit 6 weeks in a row! I had multiple call and chats with customer service reps. who either were unhelpful or made commitments that were not kept. I tried to get answers from Service Managers but they never called back. I would not recommend to anyone at any price.

Tech treated my lawn early May at about 8:00 am. The treatments were fertlizer, weed control, and pesticides. When I arrived home from work that afternoon, it was evident the lawn had been treated due to the appearance and strong chemical smell. It rained for couple of weeks in June and after calling, I finally received a 2nd appointment on 6/14. The weather was fine. No one showed or called. I checked online and the appointment had been rescheduled for 6/20. On 6/19, I called to verify. I was told the techs would be out on 6/27. I asked to speak to the manager of the local office but he was never available. I called back again on 6/20 and was told my appointment was on 6/28. At that point, I stated if they could not treat my lawn this week, I was canceling the service. I received a call back stating they had scheduled me for 6/21. At about 2:20 pm on 6/21, I went outside to determine if my lawn had been treated. There was a handwritten note stating the lawn had been treated with fertilizer, pesticides, and weed control at 1:45 pm. However there was no evidence the lawn had been treated-- No smell at all. There were a few wet spots on the lawn that smelled like nothing---water. I checked online and saw a charge of $48 for the treatment thats day. There is no way my lawn was treated. I called and complained several times. No one has called me back. I canceled my card and the service and I have no intention of paying the $48 for having water sprayed on my lawn. Im definitely looking for a local service.

Had trugreen in Hilton Head for 3 years. 5 star service. Moved to Savannah about 2 months ago and made arrangements to stay with them as we were very pleased. Paid for a full year of service up front (I ll not do that again). First service call was fine, no problems. We live in a gated community so we have a gate... easy to get rung in. I see the truck all the time. Made arrangements for aeration last week. No call no show but got an email that said gate locked . No service. I rescheduled for today.... got an email... gate locked reschedule your service. No call no show from Trugreen again. Called the 800 number, complained, and magically the guy shows up this afternoon (i guess the gate wasn t an issue then) . Unfortunately , he did a terrible job . Did not even aerate at all, either of my side yards and shoddy half work in the back missing a full 1/3 of the yard. And charged me 180 bucks! Needless to say I have cancelled my service and am awaiting refund. Go local, don t use these guys if my experience is their standard.

Tech treated less than 25% of my yard on a promotion early this spring. I know this because I had similar weeds all over my front and back yard and only a small portion of the lawn did it kill the weeds. This section also turned yellow and the grass was over-treated causing it to be crispy It did however recover over the summer. The problem is they will not stop calling. Ive told several marketers to remove me from their call list with no avail. The second to last call I told them if they were to call again I would contact the FCC and file a complaint. I have never done this before. They just called again so, I had to take time out of my day to file the complaint I promised I would do. If you have the same issue its easy to do at the FCC website.

Stay away! They are very quick to sell you service but bad on the follow through. I canceled my service, spoke to several managers who were trying to get me back. I refused and started service with a new company. So they came out anyway!
