My wife and I had requested a quote from King Kongtracting for our interlocking project. Sam came by to give us a quote and was personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient as we asked him many questions. We were not sure about the design of what we were looking for and Sam even took the time to take us to the local stone yard to show us the various options/ colour palettes. After this level of care, we were sold and we ended up hiring them to install the new interlock in the backyard, side of the house and driveway extension. Sam and his team did a WONDERFUL & WORLD CLASS job and we couldn't be happier. The entire process was smooth, Sam was responsive and the entire project was completed on time, on budget and completed to perfection! Sam and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and would absolute recommend King Kongtracting for any interlocking needs!

I had a project that is a little more uncommon then the usual outdoor landscaping or interlock. I needed to build a home gym in my garage for my business, and i needed to build it fast. The biggest obstacle i was faced with, was my garage floor and how uneven it was in all direction, with about a 8inch difference from front to back. This floor needed to be as flat as possible and be able to bare some serious weight. Sam came up with an amazing idea, where we used HPB aggregate (self compacting stone) to perfectly level out the floor. not only was Sam professional and quick to come up with a plan, it was executed perfectly, on budget and much faster than i had thought possible. Sam works hard, very knowledgable and trustworthy, i would and actually already have recommend King Kongtracting and its crew to my friends and family.
My wife and I went to Beaver Valley Stone to look at interlock stones for our driveway and they referred us to King Kongtracting. Sam came by to give us a quote and we ended up hiring them to install a new interlock driveway. They did a wonderful job! Then, the following year, we wanted to get our backyard done so we asked them for a quote. Unfortunately their price did not meet our budget, so we decided to hire another company to do the job. The other company we hired did a HORRIBLE job - stones shifting, weeds were growing and it looked awful - after only 1 season!!! We decided to contact Sam this summer to have a look and let us know what to do... he said the installation was done completely wrong. We tried contacting the other company but they never responded. We hired Sam to redo the job using proper materials, proper design and we couldn't be happier. THANK YOU, Sam. We can't wait to enjoy our beautiful backyard.

I scheduled a visit to get a quote and arranged time off work to be home. However, he did not show up, failed to reply to my texts, and did not return my calls. This is not how a company should conduct business or treat customers. I am extremely disappointed and highly recommend AVOIDING their service due to their unprofessionalism. They clearly do NOT value their customers time and money.

Sam has been clearing snow from our driveway for several years now. He and his team always arrive in a timely fashion and do a terrific job removing the snow. I asked Sam to help clear away a snow speed bump at the bottom of my driveway left, by the city sidewalk cleaning machine, and he managed to clear it at the first opportunity. Thanks so much Sam - we are so happy not to have to go over that bump anymore!

Beyond impressed with my experience - after a heavy snowfall I contacted King Kongtracting and right off the bat they were extremely responsive. Sam and his crew made our backyard dream a reality. He had to remove our existing cement, and all of our grass. Then he installed beautiful Beacon Hill gray stone throughout. He complimented the design with a black stone border and a central design feature. As the project unfolded, Sam always said yes to all the added features I asked for. He and his crew added underground lights in the stone, pillars, trees and a fence.

We hired King Kontracting to extend our driveway. We were blown away with Saman s design plans. My driveway was still covered with 3 snow after snow cleaning service. I messaged and they came by but they say that is how cleaning snow is done and only with salt application the driveway will be clear. So they applied salt twice, but even after the salt appliction it was still not clean enough. I showed the pictures of my driveway to my friends and my friends tell me that is a job not done well. I asked for a refund after one snowfall and they say no refund. I am extremely frustrated. He says they are there to make my life convenient but not to clean the driveway to show ashphalt. They should word it properly. If I have to go out and shevel regardless of their service its NOT conveniece. After reading above review Sam texted me saying hell give me a refund if I delete this review. I said Ill delete it if I get my money back. He insisted me to remove it first saying I can repost it if I dont get the money back. But then how? I wont be able to post a review on the same company for 6 minths! Saman, please give me my money back. Ill delete this review once I get the money back.
