Well congratulations you ripped off a disabled person and a 90 year old lady by not showing g up to clear the snow after the biggest snowstorm this season. Way to go George. Thanks for not responding to my calls and texts for service I paid up front for. Buyer beware

I wanted to thank you George for doing what you do. I spoke with my neighbours their snow plowers charge them the money. On the last snow storm their snow plowing company was a no show and did not even return any of their calls. With that said George's employees were a bit late. George returned my call and gave me back the money. After speaking with my neighbours and seen how professional and honest George is, I called him back. He was nice enough to take me back. Thank you so much George. I really appreciate all you have done for us so far..

George is and has been very professional on what he does. He did came a bit late but it was expected. 60 cm of snow. He called me and told me 2 of his staff members could not take it anymore and had to go home.But George stood by what he believes in his heart taking care of his customers. Thank you George. You are the best.

I have been using their services over 15 years . When I message George ( the owner of the company ) asking how come no one show up almost 3 weeks for my lawn ....George first said he had come the first week of May . When I asked him which day he come he said “ I never said that I came before please make other arrangements with another company ... don't need a headache for a 100 a month find someone else “ I have been paying him 100 per month over 15 years and seems like he does not care small business and long time relationship anymore. I hope he can stay away from our community.

Terrible, just terrible...I don't know what happened to this place; I had them do my snow removal and lawn maintenance for the last 5 years, but I will no longer be having them do anything for me in the future. It used to be reliable for both, but it is now the opposite of reliable, and getting into SCAM territory... Last season after the big snow storm, they showed up 2 days after the storm, and only after I called them many times... i get it i'm not your only client, but 2 days after is neglectful; if you don't want to shovel snow on houses on my street as its out of your way, tell me you cant do it, and don't take my money. Also, this fall season, they took my money for fall clean up, and they NEVER came to do it. That's beyond neglectful, now it's just straight up thievery. I'm not even going to bother calling the owner, George, mostly because I already tried and no-one picks up the phone; George used to be a nice guy, I'm not sure what happened to him either, maybe he's giving up on having satisfied customers who repeat every year. Either way, I'm never using the services of this company again, as there are equally priced more reliable companies out there that actually care about customer service and will actually provide the service they say they will provide without simply stealing your money. Incidentally, we had a few houses on my street that used their services, after speaking to some neighbors, NOONE uses this company for anything anymore... That is all.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM and the OWNER is a SCAM ARTIST! Do Not Pay this guy any Money up front! I wish I could put up photos of the text messages between me and the owner. Being able to read those would make anyone stay away from this company. Also what I don’t understand is he told me he had a heart attack and could not do the work after I payed him. But somehow there are these positive reviews of clients who had work done over the winter. So either he was lying about having a heart attack or these reviews are fake. He made me wait over three months promising that he would refund my money and then told me he would not give me my money back. I got scammed out of $400 but I’m warning you all so that hopefully he will not do this to anyone else.

One star is one too many. It's interesting to suddenly see all these new first time "glowing" reviews since we first posted the TRUTH about the company. George did not plow our property for days during the storm and did not respond to many voicemails. ( which he denied receiving) After a negative review was posted he said "For sure I am not plowing you now. I will give you a partial refund". I questioned his follow through and he assured me I'd have the cheque within a week and he didn't need my money. Weeks later, no cheque. He is unreliable and vindictive. He promised free plowing to another neighbour whose property he damaged and reneged on that promise, accusing them of damaging their own property. It's a good thing I have timestamped videos of our snow covered driveway. Next step will be Small Claims Court.
