Ty Wyatt out of the tri-cities office has been a rockstar! Yesterday we noticed on our back patio. One simple text late yesterday afternoon and he had my problem taken care of early this am! Did the whole yard - Weed n Feed and Emergent weeds without asking what was weed or not. He knew his job and gave clear instructions for animal safety and when to water.

Great service . Irrigation specialist Jose does a great job installing and aligning sprinkler systems. He replaced and adjusted sprinklers in our front and back yard and our coverage is amazing. Highly recommend Jose and Colonial landscaping.

He came on a no wind day and sprayed effectively.

We had a big problem with bermuda grass. They took care of it after two treatments. Its not coming back this year.

I am absolutely happy with all their services. We switched over from a highly known provider due to customer service and my lawn looking like the dog park on a bad season. Anyway it s been almost 4 years now and wow. My lawn is so healthy and green and thick as.. anyway I m satisfied and on top of it customer service has always been so nice and helpful. I have and will recommended them to anyone who wants that amazing thick green roll around type of grass.

We ve been using Colonial Lawn and Garden for many years for weed control in our yard. Moved (within the same town) last year and had major problems with weeds; since I was newly retired I tried doing it myself for 6 months, but had just limited results. Decided to go with them again and weeds are gone, very quickly. The guys applying the weed control are very knowledgeable about what weeds (and other lawn problems), and very helpful in every way. We always get a call a few days early letting us know the proposed time, which is super helpful; mainly I use it to remind myself of what questions to ask about what is going on with the grass and yard. Also, they are very pet-aware and pet-considerate, which I really like. Highly recommended.

Jose provides outstanding customer service. He s very responsive and good at what he does. He repaired my broken pipe and assessed and corrected a problem with my drip line in no time at all. I appreciated his work ethic and commitment to resolving my irrigation system issues.

He seems very Knowledgeable and informed me he would be our only tech taking care of our yard , unlike our past lawn care where we had someone different each time. I had the opportunity to work with Tyson. He went around my perimeter and later out the first spray for the year to prevent weeds. He called me ahead of time and gave me a heads up, notifying me that there was one client ahead of me before he would show. Having that heads up was great and I was able to plan accordingly. Definitely look forward to the future sprays.

Colonial was referred to me by a friend. I was skeptical due to having been burned by two other companies promising a green lawn, charging thousands and getting no results. I was hesitant until I meet Dillon. He didnt make promises he was upfront of the challenges my lawn had and didnt sugar coat things. He provided me with images of before and afters of lawns his company has saved. When it came to discussing the budget I was expecting to shell out thousands. Nothing was further from the truth. For about 70% less than the other companies charged, Im not seeing promises, Im seeing results. Colonial is transparent about issues and solutions. Their staff are professional and take the time to thoroughly review a plan that works best for me, the consumer. Dillon, Dakota and Jose have exceeded my high expectations while providing the personal touch of a small business. From a very cost conscious consumer to anyone reading this review. There is no comparison, this is a company that truly stands behind their work.

Dillon is so fantastic at what he does! You can tell he has so much knowledge about lawn care and is excited to educate his customers which I appreciate so much! He advised me to get some 16-16-16 fertilizer for my lawn and it came back so green! Excellent company to work with. Highly recommend!!!

When I first needed lawncare/treecare help, Dylan came out to my house and answered all my questions and was so helpful. Ive used them for over a year now, and recently Dylan came back out to my house, as I had more questions/concerns about various things.. he made time to come to fit my tight schedule, was so kind and helpful, even when asking probably very beginner questions as I am a new homeowner and have never taken care of a yard before. I would recommend Colonial to anyone.

Jordan came out for our second lawn treatment of the season. He first asked if I had any concerns and then provided advice for those concerns. Additionally he checked on how our watering was going and we discussed best watering practices as our weather continued to change. These discussions provide the time to understand the lawn versus only coming to do the lawn treatment which is much appreciated. He was then prompt and efficient doing the lawn treatment and explaining what the treatment would do. Colonial Lawn has been GREAT from the start and we are always very impressed.

I am not a customer of theirs, but my Father is. I couldnt think of what to get him for Fathers day so I called here and ordered a Lawn Fungicide Treatment on my card after I noticed he was having a problem. Thanks Colonial!

Blown away by the personable, knowledgeable and responsive staff of Colonial. My experience has been great. I appreciate the quick responses from the office staff to get our place in Prosser set up and put into a yard care rotation. Also, Jordan has been a huge help with laying out a plan for our yard (which had been completely taken over by crab grass). I felt he took the time to really examine my yard and propose options for treatment. Jordan went over in detail the applications and frequencies for our yard care system. From just two appointments I can already tell my yard is in much better shape. Will continue to use Colonial going forward. Highly recommend

Since late June, Colonial has been providing herbicide and fertilizer services for my lawn. They notified me a couple days in advance of their visit, and Jordan arrived as scheduled. He took the time to explain what services he was providing during his visit, and always asked if I had any other questions. My lawn went from sparse yellowish green to thick bright green. What a difference there is from the neglected yard we found when we moved in two years ago! If there was this much improvement with four applications, I can t wait to see how it looks with all six next year!

We have been long time customers of Colonial. They are knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. They provide prompt service, communicate regularly and often go above and beyond. Our lawn has never been better!

This is our third year with Colonial Lawn & Garden, and they have just the right products, and they apply it on a good schedule, with a good level of application. Staff like Ty, Dillon & Jake know their business. My yard looks great.

A bit of miscommunication on my part but Lester called and came back and sprayed my yard with no issues. Looking forward to working and referring them to friends and neighbors.

When I signed up and called them, I told them I had dogs and needs to work around them and they advised that they work with customers with dogs. They said they would call me to schedule and would call 30 minutes out. I would get a call that they were showing up and wasnt being worked with. I had to reschedule several times I I had to recall them to schedule. They were not calling me. I had called several times in the last few months and still have not been called to do the fertilizer and weed control application. When I call, all I hear is, I will pass this on to the scheduler and never get a return call. If they dont want me as a customer and keep the original commitment of working with the customer, tell me and I will find a more professional company who will work with a customer with a dog. This is just ridiculous customer service. I was very impressed with the manager Dillon. He had the nerve to call me and take ownership of the situation. He apologized for the miss communication and did the research to figure out what happen and where the service got lost in the system. He offered to come out the day he called me and did the service for free with no obligation and said that his goal is to have his employees give the best possible customer service. He will take this situation back to his team and use it as a training opportunity for them. I will more the overall experience to a 4 star now for Dillon s efforts. The initial experience is still a 1, but I think Dillon will make sure it won t happen again. Well done Dillon!

They have been treating our lawn for the past 3 summers. The price is not much more than if I went to the hardware store and did it myself. They are extremely proactive at keeping my lawn green. The best we have used in town so far.
