We also take care of smaller properties but, we stay around our local 76118 base. We also have a network of friends in the business to make us a one stop shop. Steve got out to my land quick. Got it mowed down and provided a reasonable quote to grade out our bar ditch. After we agreed on price he got out there and had it graded clean how we wanted. Quick honest service. Will use for future projects comin our way soon.
Shannon was easy to get in contact with, easy to communicate with, and was easy to work with. We had an overgrown 2 acre lot with mesquite trees standing. Shannon was able to shred the lot and the mesquites in no time. They were able to get to our job sooner than originally quoted, which Shannon communicated ahead of time that they were able to accommodate us earlier and asked if that was ok. We needed a very small job done and Landpride said they could do it within a few days and they would call and schedule it. We were not in a hurry to have it done so a week delay was no big deal. My wife called me a couple hours later telling me the job was done. They were in the area and had a few minutes to knock out our job so they texted her and got to work. Could not be happier with the service.
My husband and I recently bought 6 acres of undeveloped land and it had not been maintained in quite awhile. He helped guide us on what services would be best and helped us understand the whole process. His quote was extremely reasonable and he was communicative the entire time. The work they did was absolutely amazing! We were thrilled to be able to actually see the lot in its entirety, rather than the jungle that was there before! We came across Landpride Lot Services a few months ago. Met with Shannon at a new house we are building to discuss grading and ideas for landscaping. Both my wife and I were pleased with our visit and exchange of ideas. Shannon had his crew out to do the rough grading and clean out the drainage ditch at the front of our property. In addition, they did a major clean up of construction material. Shannon's guys were polite, professional, answered all questions, and made sure we were happy with what they had done before leaving. Will be meeting with Shannon in the next couple of weeks to begin plans for the landscaping and lawn.

Relocated river rock, graded smooth the underlying dirt, spread decomposed granite in 2-3 layer and lastly tamped with both a roller and vibratory tamper in tight areas. Great experience, great price AAAAA+++++. Would hire again!

Shannon sent his guy Steve out to spread 3 1/2 loads of dirt over one of our fields. He went above & beyond our expectations with grading it and making sure it no longer had holes and ruts. This all happened the same day i called him. There is rain forecasted for this week and next, so they rushed out to beat it. Great service and great guys!!! These guys helped put a pallet of sod down for me. What I appreciated was that beyond just throwing the sod down, they really thought it through with how to make it stay on the hill. They also helped put down the excess in a few other spots for me as well. The sod was picked up on the same morning that it was installed, so it was nice and fresh. I would definitely use them again.

We used him when we received a citation in the mail about a lot that we didn t know we had (inherited after a family passing) and we needed it to be cleaned up ASAP, he was so helpful and honest and on his own went to the lot to see what all needed to be done before giving us a price and then he handled it immediately and got it cleaned up so we wouldn t have a problem with the city. Shannon is great. Asked him to help on a new property where it needed leveling and cleaning. I was unsure really what to do and let Shannon take charge and my place looks great. He removed a few trees to help with the curb appeal. Helped with draining of the water flow and much more. I would recommend Shannon for any size project that you have.
Did a great job tiling my garden
Shannon is an awesome dirt mover and outdoors-man as he cleared some trees for us and leveled our backyard. He made our back lot look so much better after spending a full day clearing brush, cutting down old trees and even cutting firewood for us! He is a great worker and we would definitely recommend him again!
I found Landpride Tractor Service on line and called Shannon to see if he could bring some fill dirt to level areas of my commercial property and redirect water that has been flowing across my lot and getting in my warehouse. We were needing our lot mowed. We havent sought a business at the time. I happened to see a young man unloading a tractor in front of our house on my way out the door headed to work. He was hired by the people who owned the lot next to ours. I asked if he was available to mow our lot. He made a few calls and he said he could mow ours after the lot next door. I spoke with the owner (Shannon) on the phone. He was friendly and gave a reasonable price. We were pleased with the job they had done. Give them a call for your landscaping needs.
