Sent a text on Monday thinking it would be a week or so to get delivery and it was delivered Tuesday morning! The guys are always so nice and quick. The biggest draw is having them stack it for us. Other companies just dump it in your driveway. Totally worth the price all around!

I got tired of buying bags of overly-dry firewood at big box and grocery stores. It s expensive and burns way too fast! I decided to try these guys and wow - I m so glad I did! There was a small hiccup with some wet wood we received but the company reached out to us the next day and delivered the same day new wood without hesitation! I bought firewood from GI-MOW. They were responsive and flexible with the delivery. Colon, Sebastian, and Steven did an excellent job unloading and stacking the firewood on my rack. They were very respectful and highly personable. They even let me know that kindling was included with an order of wood and arranged for me to pick it up at the shop. They didn t have to tell me that. That s great customer service.

I hired these guys to pick up and bag leaves around my house in East Fort Worth (it was lot of leaves) and they did a thorough job. There was a minor issue, but it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend GI Mow to anyone needing yardwork! Liz at the office was very helpful.

Firewood is great and seasoned. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival as agreed and were very prompt in getting it all stacked properly.

Straight forward and fast when it comes to buying / delivering firewood.

They loaded a 1/8 cord of firewood for me in my Outback. $60.00. I dont use my fireplace that much, but their wood was much better (mostly dried oak) and a much better value than fake fire logs and the small little bundles you get at the grocery store. Will definitely use them again. Fast and friendly service. Located just a couple of blocks across from the Kroger on Hwy 26. Will probably last me at least 1/2 the winter. Check out their web site if you live in the area. Much better price if you pick up and they load it for you!

I was not going to be home then but received a call when they were on their way, the wood was stacked nicely where I asked. The wood was great quality. I hired this company for a second year. I wanted it stacked way in the back, on the patio - yet again. These guys never blink and work to make sure things are done to your satisfaction; they stacked that wood so beautifully, once again. They once again took the care to stack smaller pieces of starter wood in between the larger pieces, we could just pull them out easily. I had made several phone calls and landed on this one to wrap things up. Few days had passed and made another call to let them know I would be there soon. Liz immediately remembered who I was and let me know the firewood would be ready. The price was great and they had three guys loading up my truck. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes and I was really happy. Before I close, I would be remiss if I did not state what attracted me to GI-MOW. It was the owners interesting advertisement on his web-site. Not because I agreed with everything he wrote but because he was bottomline & up front on his beliefs about the Anthem. After 28 yrs in the Army I learned when someone tells you who they are upfront, not caring whether it will affect their way of life monetarily, you can always expect them to be honest & most times fair. This mentality resonates with me because I am fair and honest most of the time. People join the military for different reasons, mostly to make a better life for ourselves, and for those of us who are lucky to reach 20 years of service, we retired realizing we served so all people could have the freedom to believe as they please, ie, stand for or sit for the anthem/flag. Simply having that right to be totally free. I believe, people can only see from their own experiences. I served from one extreme of the military (Fuel Handler in the Gulf War) to the most elite (The US Army Field Band where I sang the Anthem for 18 years) just google all the lyrics to the Anthem, you just might be surprised by its message. So my beliefs for the Anthem are opposite, simply because my experiences are different than the owner of GI-Mow. In the military we called it agreeing to disagree and finding common ground which always led our minds to opening up for growth. The guys were prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and to any questions I had afterward. Very professional and courteous and did a great job with our Christmas lights. A storm blew through the same night the lights were installed with 60 mph winds and the lights didn t budge. A couple bulbs were loose and they came out the next day to tighten the bulbs. I m very happy with this company and will be adding more lights to the house next season.

I know there are mixed reviews on this company, however, Ive used them more than once over the last year and a half and they have communicated well. Although, delivery may be delayed at times, delivery has gone well. My most recent delivery they were very respectful, cleaned up after dragging wood around. I have used at least 6 different places for getting firewood (in Arlington and Mid-Cities), the real difference is the quality of the wood. I have had problems with all 6 at times during the winter for delivery of good burning wood and this company corrected the issue.

We had a great experience for firewood delivery this week with GI Mow! I called on Wednesday and had a full cord of wood delivered and stacked by Friday! Kayla the scheduler was so nice and Isiah the delivery guy was awesome too! He called me when he was about 30 min away and did an amazing job stacking the wood exactly where we wanted it. I havent burned any yet, but it looks like high quality, seasoned post oak and is cut to the perfect size for an indoor fireplace. Do really good work.

Great service, prompt and attention to detail. My pool is no longer full of grass each week! GI-Mow cuts the grass in a different pattern each week so no ruts are made in the lawn. GI-mow has also done great clean-up and make ready lawn care on my rent homes!
