He called me and waited for me to come home so I could put the dogs up so we didn t have to reschedule. I have been using Green Gecko to treat the lawn for two years. They do a great job and are competitively priced. They are very responsive and management has followed up with me several times to make sure everything is going well. Colten came to my house on 2/6/23 to apply a pre-emergent to prevent spring weeds. He let us know he was there, was very professional and friendly. He followed up with a detailed email with what was done and instructions to ensure it is watered in. Highly recommend!

Mark called us that morning to let us know what time to expect him - he also gave us a follow up call to let us know he was in route to our house. Mark S. was prompt, courteous & professional, he completed the task in the rain swiftly with no intrusion of our time. Geko Green, although slightly more expensive that other commercial lawn fertilization companies I have used, is noticeably better in both results and quality personnel. Ashton Stewart, our yard tech, is absolutely awesome. Not only is he conscientious and knowledgeable but he is so personable. Even their office staff is very polite and sincerely appears to care about customer service.
