Clint and the team at Crimson Landscape did an amazing job with our huge front yard and backyard remodel. The team was professional and the communication consistently top-notch. Prior to breaking ground, Clint and his team provided 3d renderings to make sure we were on the same page on the design. We valued this a lot, since weve had prior experiences with other contractors where something was lost in translation between the expected design and the final outcome. After the renderings were confirmed, we had the option to select each part of the landscaping. Throughout the duration of the project, the team communicated consistently about the plan for the week and about any potential weather delays. We really enjoyed talking to our project manager, Kolin, about any modifications we wanted throughout the project, and the crew made sure to keep everything clean. Weve worked with a handful of other contractors in the past, but we felt that the Crimson Landscape teams professionalism, communication, transparency, and craftsmanship were on an entirely different level than any other contractor weve worked with. I am sure there are probably cheaper options than Crimson, but I would happily pay the extra cost again for the peace of mind that comes with working with an outstanding team.

We had the pleasure of working with Clint and his team for our patio extension. We reviewed a few different vendors before selecting Crimson Landscape and have been extremely pleased. We had a wonderful experience with Crimson Landscape. They completely renovated our backyard fixed the drainage issues and fixed/sodded our front yard from all the construction of our pool. We had a beautiful, solid patio built to our specifications by Crimson! Clint answered all our numerous questions back and forth, as we were in the planning phase for quite awhile. But once it was time to begin, we were ready to go! Pablo was leading the construction of the forms prior to pouring concrete and he kindly verified with us if we liked the look, even though he and the crew built it to the exact specifications, Pablo understood in reality it can look different, especially if you had a tiny stamp-sized patio before like we did. This is a well-engineered patio to match our house which will not be cracking etc. Pablo even let us check out the expansion joints...theyre experts and this is top notch work! We are so pleased. They can even do stamping or stain/sealant but we are happy with the pure concrete, broom finish. It turned out beautifully. A couple years later, still loving our patio, and was the best home purchase. No cracks, unevenness, or damage due to our Tx summers.

I told the lady I spoke with I had 2 homes that needed river rocks out down, she told me they dont do jobs under 10k the lowest-priced is 8k....... kind of threw me off. But ok I guess whats then. @crimson landscaping (Owner) Its called a review for a reason. Im reviewing my experience I had when I called for a quote... never asked for mowing only River rocks installation quote, which when i searched in google River Rock installation your company popped up first! We had Crimson Landscape install a flower bed at our property in 2019. Prior to install, you could properly see the bottom row of brick around the exterior of our house; however, after install the bottom brick was completely covered at one end of house due to improper installation/grading/digging. We didn t know it at the time, but a couple years later we noticed the wood floors on that side of the house had been destroyed from water damage that had slowly happened over time. This also happens to be the corner of the house with the most bugs, even though we are on a monthly treatment program. Our pest company had indicated our dirt/mulch shouldn t be so high, but I dismissed it since we paid a professional to install the landscape. Surely it must be alright. At that discovery of the water damage, unseen previously due to limited use of the room and an area rug, it clicked in my head it was because the dirt/mulch from the flower bed are pressing against/covering the foundation. We reached out to Crimson Landscape about our concerns regarding their landscape install and all that was offered was to spend thousands improving the drainage around the house. This wasn t a drainage issue before. This was an issue created by their work. Update August 2023 - I just noticed a response from the company was posted. My only concern/complaint has still not been answered - Why did we have no issues with rain water intrusion into the house before the landscaping was installed (we had lived here for 4.5 years pre-landscaping) vs post 2019 landscaping we have routine pooling of rain water in front of our house resulting in water entering our home. Yes, we have water that flows toward our house when it rains, but pre-2019 install the water would flow right around with no intrusion. It was the companys install execution (i.e. installing the flower bed soil/mulch ABOVE THE FOUNDATION LINE) which resulted in this water to now have direct access to our home. If it would have been stated from the start that installing the flower beds would result in this new drainage issue, we would have taken a different approach, but as stated, this was an issue that wasnt present until the completion of the companys work. The delay in posting was do to life getting busy and finally get fed up enough with water coming in to leave a review.

After reading reviews for other companies, I was not looking forward to anyone working on my sprinkler system as I knew I needed real work done on my system. I was referred to Crimson by someone in our neighborhood, I took a chance and gave them a call. They sent out Kolin and how lucky was I? He was very professional, honest and I felt like he only quoted me on things needed at this time. We both did not catch one issue before he left, but he was right back out the next day and fixed us up. I feel like their pricing was fair for the work I received. I would totally recommend this company to anyone, and they will be mine and my clients go-to from here on out.

Clint and the team at Crimson Landscape did a great job! They were very prompt with their communication and really took the time to educate us on our lawn, lawn care, and home foundation. As new homeowners, this was very important to us. Clint took the time to come on site several times and was very responsive to questions via phone and email. The landscaping team did an amazing job in our flower beds in front of our house. We are not green thumbs by any means so Clint and his team walked us through what would be best in our beds and needed little maintenance. As they were about to put the plants in, they walked us through each of the plants and how they would grow so that we could decide if any changes needed to be done. Clint and his team did an excellent job installing proper drainage systems and revamping the areas around an apartment complex that was showing severe signs of erosion and washout. His team was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the job and found ways to best address our needs.

What can we say? My wife and I are blown away by the quality of work Clint and his team achieved in terms of a full backyard remodel. Here is what we had done: -Demolition of current pool deck, walkways, and side patio out of house (was all slate) -All backyard electrical, drainage, and irrigation re-done -Ivory Travertine installed (where slate was and expansion of side patio and pool deck) -A roofed structure built with electrical built in(~20x17) -A 15 bar/kitchen installed on side patio with a grill built in -Brand new landscaping design- and hardscape planters installed along with TX River Rock in some places -Successful re-installed previous sound system -Roughed in low-voltage electrical for future fence-lighting While this was a large project and we were fairly demanding, Clint and his team (shouts out to Melissa, Colin & Team and everyone else for their expertise and patience) met a pretty aggressive timeline to accommodate a large event we were throwing at our house with a smile (mostly!) on his face. Clint was never too busy to take our calls for important decisions/questions, and was receptive to our point of view when they differed from his professional opinion. Our friends and family have been blown away by the transformation of the outdoor living/swim space - none more than us! We vetted a lot of landscaping companies because we had a pretty large project which included new trees and plants, grass, sprinklers, lighting and pathways. They offered great advice and executed exactly on our vision. We came away impressed with their knowledge and support after the project was done. We loved working with them so much, we plan on using them again in the future!

Clint and his team did all of our landscaping and irrigation after construction of our pool. He helped us pick plants that were a bit different from typical and get our desired look. His team was great. They were all very nice and courteous. They completed the install quickly and efficiently moving from irrigation to plants/trees to new sod and artificial turf. Crimson is professional from top to bottom in the organization and beginning to end. They helped me remove all the grass from my yard, grade it properly, install a new sprinkler system, then install new sod. He pointed out some items the previous homeowner did that were probably causing some of the deformations in my yard as well. This was nice because we could work together on additional work to get it done while the ground was already torn up rather than after the fact when it was all pretty again. The main reason I chose them over the three other bids I got for my yard was the level of detail when it came to the proposal. Most companies scribble some pricing down on a piece of paper after a brief walk around your property without any detail then expect you to just write them a 50% deposit to show up and start the work. This was not the case with Crimson. The first thing Crimson asked for was my property survey. This allowed them to include a visualization of what they would do on my property in the design portion of the quote. Next they gave a comprehensive breakdown from beginning to end of the process along with specific pricing for each task. This is good for two reasons, the first is accountability and the second is that it allows me to use this as a talking piece to understand time frame and process for each step. This level of detail at the bid level and pictures from their website gave me the confidence to hire them and know that I was going to get a quality product at the end and they lived up to that expectation. I will say they were not the cheapest of my bids, but personally, I would rather pay a little extra money for someone to do the job right the first time.

Crimson was fantastic to work with and the job they did was awesome. We had major pooling issue that flooded our garage every time it rained and those days are now behind us. Not only did their job work and solve our issues, but it looks great! Hats off to Clint and his team.

We had Crimson do a major job just as COVID was hitting. The quality and responsiveness were there. Based on that, we had them do a smaller, yet still relatively expensive, job 3 to 4 months later. If the workmanship for the first job had resembled the second, we would never have asked them back. The secons job cost more than originally quoted to us. The quality of the second job was something we could have paid far less for. There was little to no response to issues we had with the second job. What response we did get seemed unengaged and rude. I would stear clear of Crimson for now.

Timberli was in charge and very thorough from taking the quote via video to execution. The 3 pots in front of the house were crooked and straightened out. The front yard was cleaned up and fresh flowers planted. They also fixed a drainage problem we had by the side of the house. The Crimson team was very professional and friendly. This was not the first time we have used Crimson. They previously installed the front lawn a couple of years ago along with the boulders around the base of the tree. We enjoyed working with Timberli and glad she has joined the team.

Extremely happy with Crimson Landscape!! We have been planning on redoing our front yard landscape for a few years. Clint took pictures and was very proactive in providing us really good design options for the landscape. After we agreed on the design and received the HOA approval, we started the project and it turned out fabulous. Crimson was very professional every step of the way. In two days we had our front yard totally done, including professional lighting, some sprinkler fixes, integrated Wi-Fi irrigation system controller, and more. We couldnt be happier with the results. On budget, on time, no surprises, and the results speak for themselves. We definitely recommend Crimson Landscape, and we will use them again for future projects. You guys are awesome!!!

I previously removed a review on Crimson in an effort to resolve an issue but after several months of attempting it appears Crimson has no intention of turning a wrong into a right. We each had attorneys discussing the issue and recently Crimsons attorney alerted mine that he was no longer representing Crimson and to contact the owner directly. We hired Crimson to build a retaining wall in our front yard. The City has placed a red tag on my project based on the fact Crimson did not call in the proper inspections on the retaining wall at 4 different points in the project. This wall is over 4 tall and in our city, an engineer is required to design the construction and there are inspections required to make sure the wall is constructed correctly. This was not done and I am left with an incomplete project. In addition, the wall has several pieces that simply come out. Some small pieces and one entire block. (See Picture) We have no idea if the footer was done properly so the entire wall will have to be deconstructed so the proper inspections can be done by the new company we have engaged to correct the mistakes made by Crimson and Clint. I would certainly not recommend Crimson or Clint based on the details missed in our project. Furthermore, I would not recommend them based on the fact that I have made every effort to resolve this issue including removing reviews and presenting reasonable solutions. Crimson did not have the proper insurance coverage to build our wall nor to perform a complex drainage project leaving me with no way to correct the issue other than to pay more money out of my pocket to a new contractor. I was presented an insurance policy prior to the project beginning, but upon calling them they informed me my claim would be denied based on the fact his policy only covered irrigation and landscaping, not drainage or retaining wall construction. Very disappointing experience my family and I have had to deal with for the past 6 months.

This is the second time we have had Crimson not only design but install Landscaping for our home. Clint did some very detailed designs based on feedback from my wife and I that exceeded our own vision, then installed, followed up and provided incredible after sale service. Crimson even repaired issues that our Custom Builder didnt address, for free. Needless to say when it was time to literally gut the front yard of all builder supplied landscaping we called Crimson and again the team went beyond what we imagined it would finally look like. Our light, foliage, beds and sprinkler systems have all been changed out and look amazing. My wife has already had (4) neighbors come by asking who did our Landscaping and this is all within the past week since completion. If you seriously need quality work from honest people use Crimson.

Clint and his team did an amazing job. Designed a completely new look for the backyard integrating everything into the new pool. He even added two planters in the back for my girls to plant vegetables and herbs. Clint also redesigned our front yard into an amazing look that included a rock path for the fairies (per the girls). Highly recommend this veteran owned company that does exceptional work at a very fair price.

We had some landscaping done by another company which was not the best quality so we were very cautious in selecting a new company.
