I stopped by Dan's Lawnmower Center today with the hope of finding some parts for a minibike that has an old Tecumseh 4hp HS40 motor. Unfortunately I was unable to locate what I needed, but I had the pleasure of having the assistance of a gentleman named JIM who took the time to actually search for the parts I needed. His personality is outstanding as well as his patience and desire to assist his customer. He was able to refer me to an alternative source for what I needed. I did not leave disappointed because I greatly appreciate good old fashioned customer service, which is undeniably difficult to find. Thank you Jim for your great customer service. You are appreciated.

This is one of the most professional places that I have bought small engine parts and supplies from. I have been coming here for several years, and I am always satisfied when I leave. They have always answered my most difficult questions and have offered sound economical solutions. If you need parts for any of your landscaping equipment or service, then I would definitely suggest you try this business before any others.
Dans mowers just wasted my time, gas, and money. They do not communicate and totally disregard for people's time. Not friendly and seem like they don't need the business. I called prior to loading my mower and heading out there by speaking to a lady who was sounded a little clueless, but i did want my mower quickly. I asked how much it would cost, and if i needed an appointment, and the lady said, "Just bring it in." I brought it in, and it's over a 4 week wait, a bearded guy said. I told him they should have said something about the long wait. And he said he can do 3 weeks, but this is way too long.
Quick and courteous service, and nice enough to show how product works. Will use this business again and heartily recommend to others.
Great lawnmower shop. My old weed whacker needed a new air filter and the manufacturer does not make parts any more for it. They took the time and researched what will fit. Ordered a couple different ones and found one that will work. Awesome service.

Simply the best! Jim, who I kept calling Dan, is a master of his craft. The most knowledgeable individual for all lawn machine related issues. He might be a mechanical engineer for the way he speaks and part time teacher for the way he breaks it down in understandable terms. He has the best relationships with both suppliers and customers. He has earned another customer for life with his level of customer service and most importantly follow through. True integrity at this shop. Highly recommend because I know they will do what's best for their customers.
Not the greatest i dont know why its expensive for no reason yeah I know things have gone up but come on $50 just to change a lawnmower cord its completely bs I just needed it fix so it doesnt bother me that much but nahh should Been cheaper better off going to some other place or do it myself
I am really surprised with this hidden garden supply store in city of Rialto, I bought 18inches rake head with high quality and cheaper price compare to Wal-Mart

This is a well run and professional operation. I had a weeder, chain saw and snowblower serviced or repaired. I would recommend them to anyone needing service or to purchase landscape tools.
The service is very bad, when I call to buy a new equipment they are really nice and they have everything ready for me and last call a made was for something simple and they didnt have time for me, never go back again, they have to hire nicer people and no hypocrites
Went to get some work and parts and was Not Happy with the people there and Price on Parts!! Just Rude and Prices were too high and I was very UNHAPPY! I will Never Go Back There EVER!! I have Heard to Much Bad about their Work and just dont trust them!! I found Correas in San Berdo on Highland Ave and They are the Best!!

Dans is the best small equipment shop I have found in the area. Jim, Lynn, Olivia, Patrick, and the other mechanics always give you a fair and honest assesment of your repairs. Whenever I buy a new machine, I go do Dans. Id rather pay an extra $20 or so over the cheapest on-line price to have them prep it for me, start it and run it, and make sure the warranty gets registered. And there really is a Dan. He leaves the public workings to his staff, but he is there, lurking in the back somewhere, making sure the customers are well served.
I have a Zero Turn mower, took wheel and bearing to Dans looking for replacement. They had to order complete wheel and bearing but took them 6 weeks, when they had told me it would only take 5-7 says! You know how much money I list cause of their incompetence.
