Five Seasons Landscape Management in Reynoldsburg

I would not recommend doing business with this company. They admittedly used my address by mistake on a work order. We have never ordered any services from Five Seasons. However, they trespassed onto my property unannounced and processed to irrevocably altered six mature trees. They have been rude, defensive, and condescending. All we want is fair compensation for our losses. The company is downplaying what happened and refuses to reasonably negotiate a settlement.

Witnessed an employee of this company purposefully blowing debris (rocks, grass, leaves, etc.) onto a vehicle. When approached, the employee made no apology and walked away. I would expect this behavior out of a lawn care company run by a teenager from his bicycle, not a nationally certified company with a President and COO. You should be embarrassed.

Professional service, hard work and friendly crews are what you get with 5 seasons. These guys go out of the way to make sure you are satisfied. Whether its raining, snowing, or just hotter than hell outside, they get the job done.

Five seasons now mows one of my properties and they are Excellent! From the moment I inquired, Nichole was friendly and very helpful and got me setup in no time. The guys are professional and quick!

This Company promises MORE than they deliver. We had a patio, landscaping and irrigation system installed. One of our main requests was to have a landscape that was not going to be "like a jungle" in a couple pf years. Well, we have a jungle. The grasses that were planted are way too big for the house and they are killing the trees that they planted. The sprinkler system is NOT adequate and had to be reworked a couple of times. For the $ that they charged, they DO NOT DELIVER. Based on our experience, I would NOT recommend their services

If I could give them a zero I would. They are the company that does the landscaping for my condo association and every week my grass either doesn't get cut or its done very poorly. I usually have to have my son cut it either way. This has been an on going issue that has been brought to their attention and they will do better for a week then it happens again and again. I wish we would hire a different company.

If I could give a 0 I would, been calling since last week to get an estimate done. The gentleman we spoke to set up to come out the previous Friday and never showed up. I had just called the company back and explained the situation to a female that was working. She was extremely rude and wanted us to leave another voice mail and didn't even try and resolve the issue, she had a very nasty attitude and hung up on me.

We have used Five Seasons at our Condo complex consisting of 462 condos. Every year of our contract, the service has gotten worse. This summer has been awful. They are non-responsive, do poor work and seem to simply don't care. Our landscaping has never looked this bad. I would not recommend them and would strongly urge others to look elsewhere.
