Called yesterday to have my sprinkler lines repaired after a fence install. Chris showed up before noon the very next day. Looked through all the zones to make sure there were no underlying damages that weren t visible to the eye, and sure enough there was. He fixed everything and put it all back how it was and we are back in operation. Very professional company and reasonably priced.

Overall had a really good experience with them. The crew installed an irrigation system in our front yard and gave us plenty of good information for the back yard. There was a discrepancy with the install and I notified them that evening. They called back almost immediately even though it was after hours and set up to repair the condition the following morning. Would recommend to others and will use them again for our back yard.

Tye and his team are awesome! They all worked with us, taught us how to use the lawn irrigation system, and truly made sure that every inch of our property was covered by a sprinkler. I would absolutely recommend them and I would also go back and use them again. Great group of guys. They know what they are doing.

I would highly recommend Tye and his team I ended up adding an additional area to my original plan. Tye was able to easily refigure where to place the sprinkler heads on the day of installation and the price was very reasonable for the addition. His team member Harley was very thorough and patient explaining the Wi-Fi system to me and he did an excellent job with the plumbing. Most importantly, Tye was responsive with my request for an estimate, as well as promptly answering all of my questions along the way.

Its my pleasure to give Tye & his company (All Green Sprinklers) an enthusiastic 5-star rating. The crew installed a 6-zone irrigation system at my property in one day (Sept 22). He took time to educate me on various components of the system, including the main valves in our basement, the controller, & of course the various zones outside. I highly endorse opting for the Hydrawise smart controller so you can play around with your sprinkler system from your phone ;-) In terms of value, the pricing was ~20% lower than 2 other groups I was considering. During the initial consultation/survey, I was given the confidence that Tye is master of all things irrigation-related. Scheduling was completely reasonable. Awesome company! Installed a huge system for us and have been very responsive for all questions since installation. Today we had a technician out to winterize he was awesome and the office staff was great to deal with.

The crew arrived on time and completed the sprinkler install as expected. They ran into many roots from the large maple trees which they were able to work around but left quite a mess for us to repair. They could have provided better instructions on the use of the wi-fi unit. Over all, I would recommend to my neighbors.

Please be careful in dealing with All Green if you have any expectation for strong Customer Service. I inherited them as a contractor when I purchased my home and I ve had 2 bad experiences with Tye Smith s company, All Green Lawn Sprinklers in less than a year. First experience was them sending an irrigation tech that was clearly under the influence of something to my house for an irrigation system fall close up. This person was erratically running through my house and pulling at his hair until I got him locked out of the house. I reported this experience immediately to Brittany at All Green s office (Tye s wife), and she knew exactly who I was talking about and apologized for his actions as he was just a sub-contractor they used when they were busy. Then for my spring irrigation opening, my account had still not been transferred over from the previous owner to me, keeping me from having any control of my irrigation system. After waiting a month for this to be corrected, I reached out to Brittany in the All Green office and she suggested I take care of this issue on my own, as she was too busy. Finally, after 4 phone calls over 3 different days with the irrigation system manufacturer to help me set up my system where I had control, I reached out to Tye Smith and spoke with him about All Green s support and what I could look forward to in the future. He ultimately said that if I had 2 bad experiences with All Green, he couldn t make me happy and I would be best served finding another irrigation contractor to service my system. So just be careful when dealing with All Green Lawn Sprinklers if you have an expectation of quality personal service.

I cannot say enough about Tye and his team at All Green. I called several companies to get quotes, many did not even call me back. When Tye arrived he was knowledgeable and provided me with the best solutions for my property. On the day of installation, Tye arrived on time with his team. Everyone was professional and took the utmost care of my property as the work was being completed. I love the Wifi capabilities and mobile app. It all allows me to customize my schedule and use the smart features to water as needed. You can basically set it and forget it. You cant go wrong with All Green. My lawn and flower beds will be the envy of the neighborhood. ;-)

The owner Tye is professional, very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain your options to you. No ones likes to spend money on repairs but Tye was able to make the process as painless as possible. Isaac just came to our house today to close off our sprinkler system for the Season-we ve used a Latham company for years (original owner sold, so not the same at all!!!!)-very impressed with the professionalism of Isaac and All Green; and Brittany was great on the phone, setting up our first appt.!

Tye and team installed a second system for me with wifi/app access and about 11-12 zones. They did an amazing job and you cant even tell where the grass was dug up. One of the zone connections was leaking due to high pressure and they came out and fixed it right away too. I would highly recommend them and actually referred my neighbor. Definitely worth the investment than manually watering :) The app access is great too since you can control everything from your phone.
