I ve used weed man for several years but this year I have been frustrated several times. I received a text saying they were coming but then it didn t happen. I have had to call requesting the services I have already paid for instead of them keeping on top of my fertilizer and weed control. I think their service has gone downhill

Adequate services. Not a great value for the $$. Had to call twice to get them to come even though we were scheduled in their system. This happened last year as well. Didn t come until second call, second week of June.

These people are the best! Where the business is local they dont send out servicemen on windy days so the weed control doesnt end up in the flower beds or fruit. I wish they could sign up my neighbors to the southwest of me so the dandelion seeds wouldnt blow into my yard.

Signed a yearly contract with Weedman. They came out and did the first spray. After about a week there were still some thistles in my lawn. I contacted Weedman and advised them of the thistles. They contacted me that day and came out and respected two days later. Great service!!

Got my first of two annual weed control applications today, June 6, 2024. I consider it late, the dandelions had already bloomed and spread their seeds. Weed man seemed more focused on generating new business this year (grub control) rather than completing the established contract ie. weed control. Unfortunately we have to call and prompt them to get service.

They are always quick to respond, if I have questions or needing something more. A little slow in getting the first application done.

I ve fertilized my lawn and sprayed my dandelions myself and it helps, but Weed Man has quality fertilizer and weed spray that just works a lot better than what I ve been able to get at the store. The techs I ve interacted with have been courteous and the office staff has been very helpful as well

I have been with Weed Man for many years and have one of the nicest looking lawns in the neighborhood. It s the first one to turn green in the spring. The lawn technicians text ahead of coming and do a good job.

Weedman has been great. They send text messages when they are coming. If they cant make it they text and inform. My lawn has definitely been better since having them with a yearly lawn package.

They are very prompt. They works with us when we need to adjust when treatments are being done. They keep us informed when they are coming and then let us know when they have completed the job. Our yard is very green thanks to Weedman. They are also no more expensive than me going to the garden store and purchasing the product and putting it on myself. Using Weedman is a no brainer.

We had a rep from this company come give us a quote and told us we would be put on the schedule for this spring. Upon contacting them they said we had canceled with no follow up. Wrong ! I still have the quote to prove the agreement. If this is the way you run your business, forget it !!

Someone came to talk to my wife about doing our lawn. She told the person we were interested but they needed to call me and schedule. No one ever called me. Out of the blue, they just she up at my house, but no one is home. For some strange reason they fertilized half my front yard and left the invoice on the door. I reviewed my Ring cameras and not once did they go into the back yard. They were there 12 minutes and half that time you can see the tech trying to call someone. I called and told them what had happened. $78 is what they billed me. I was upset at first and wasnt going to lay, but to avoid further problems and did. If this is how they make there money then they must need it

I have been trying to get them to come for 2 seasons now. They finally showed up 14 months after signing up. they havent returned since April. I called to see why and they explained they were coming this week. 2 hours later I get a call asking me to sign up?! Ha! I told them not to come back please. Ive never had more weeds or worse service. The manager was pretty short with me also with about a thousand excuses. 14 months is more than patient. I wanted to support a local company, but my business will go to another one after this experience.

These people are not on time at all and they keep calling. I finally asked one of the kids that finally came about the calls and he said once in a while they call from the do not call list just to make sure we want to stay on that list.... Seriously!? With the amount of time they call and say they are coming vs the amount of time they actually show up doesnt add up. This will be the last year we are with them due to the lack of professionalism. Weed Man, I know you read these so Ill ask politely dont contact me because Im done. Took too long to get off your call list already.

They give a low upfront estimate then charge way more. Can t cancel services. Never on time. The product doesn t work. Very dishonest.

My lawn looks so good and I love that it is thistle free even though the surrounding neighbors have a lot. My grandbabies love playing in the grass and it wouldnt be possible without your help.

Heath & his team at Weed Man are amazing! They may not be the cheapest lawn care available. However if you want the best then Weed Man is the company for you. Other companies do a weed & feed spray. Weed Man does the granular or small pellets for feed applications & spray for weeds. It s tailored for the soil in the area also!

Scheduled a time for the 1st week in April, nothing no call no show. Then in the last week in May They decided to show up, again with no warning when their services were no longer needed or wanted. If you want stuff done in a timely manner I suggest anyone but these guys.

Weed man has done an excellent job on keeping my lawn weed free and green! They are always great about telling me when they are coming and if they cant make it because of weather they will let you know. Definitely the best lawn care company I have ever used!

Not really impressed at all, I scheduled the fertilizer, weed control and an over seed and they almost sprayed weed control just before doing the over seed. I paid up front unfortunately and just canceled the rest of my services, they told me it would take 30 days to issue a refund yet here we are over 30 days and It still hasn t even been issued. Apparently the lady that does that only comes in once a week ???? The only reason they got two stars was because the lady I talked to on the phone was nice.

Prepared got everything done...they didnt show up...we called to see what happened... csr agent said they would be out the next day, and never showed up. Asked for our money back and they finally gave it back...but never heard that management would call us before that could happen... -5 stars 4 me. For no show.

Our front lawn was growing in a little patchy this year, so we went with Weed Man in hopes of taking care of the problem and they ve been treating our lawn for a few months now. I can t say whether it s anything they did, but our lawn certainly hasn t improved over the past few months. The patchy areas of our front lawn our now filled with long splitting grass that lays flat to the ground and most of the rest of the grass is growing super thick blades in roughly round patches. The back yard also has many of these thick-bladed patches too. Again, I can t say if it was because of Weed Man, I just know our lawn is worse than when we started, we re down a few hundred $s, we won t be using them again, and we re considering digging the whole thing up and starting over next spring with new sod or seed.

They were spraying the neighbors lawn so I walked out to the associate and ask if they could spray my yard and they did! No question asked and they received some be work!

I love Weed Man! They do their work. They answer my questions. And they have been willing to change my wants and needs in the middle of the season if I change my mind in the middle of the season. What more could I want? Nothing!!!

Oh it pains me looking at the reviews here, but here i go TLDR at the bottom. never mind the name here as i do not want to make contact with these people again. For starters the product they use works no doubt about it. but the amount of problems this location gives is not worth it. Had services done and the service is very inconstant on when they come and mistakes are more than often than not. From what i gathered from others that have also changed services due to the same problems listed here: High roll over of employees, lack of training, over worked employees (they have come to my place as early as 6am and as late as 7pm to others, that is 11hrs), employees show up Mon-Sat (insane work week with the hrs), the occasional striping of the lawn with the fertilizer, and the rare killing of flowers, there are more but i have not had this many problems dealing with another company as they all seem to be more happy with their work. personally i have a small lawn and i find it easier to care for it myself and not have to deal with these people anymore. Also they have a sister company that is called Merrill Quality Landscapes, putting that into perspective the bias of the reviews left here is shocking to say the least because of that. Also a friend reminded me about the calls that we used to get (Lord have mercy). The calls we would get before and after leaving them would not stop. The friend in question had to ask to get their lawn looked at just to talk to them in person to get the message across, and apparently in that conversation the employee told him that once in a while they pull out the Do Not Call List and call all the people on said list again to make sure they do not want any services. This is also about the time we all changed our numbers or blocked their number. Personally it sounds like bad management and a bad deal for the employees that work there as i noticed most of them are college students that are more than likely begging for a job. I hope this place fixes its problems as it left a bad taste for me. I really loved the product though and feel if done properly this business would take Idaho by storm if they get their act together. TLDR: Good products, bad implement of business and practices, product poorly delivered, they will not leave you alone unless you take drastic measures, hope they fix themselves as they do have a good product to offer but cant deliver.

The services work. Their customer service is garbage. If you call for a quote, they will schedule and provide the service before you agree to it and leave you with a bill.

Very friendly. Only reason I gave 4 stars is sometimes it takes them a week to get out to my home to compete the task. I understand they are busy though so I really dont mind.

Weed man transformed my lawn from a dandelion/thistle farm to a beautiful, thick, luscious green yard. We have used them now for 3 years and We plan on using them for years to come. We have utilized their fertilizing and weed killing services. They are also reasonably priced when comparing them to their competitors.

Awful service. We kept them for only one application. We tried to call over and over again to get a second application before the weeds became rampant in our yard. We switch to a different service asked did our friends. They may be inexpensive but you get what you pay for.
