EcoGrass in Reseda

I called EcoGrass on a Tuesday afternoon, told them that I was ready to go. By Wednesday at 5:00pm my new grass was installed and looking absolutely fabulous. Two guys worked their butts off to make it that way. I found EcoGrass to be responsible with pricing, and the quality of their work was / is outstanding. Thank you EcoGrass for making it great to come home!!

Shane, the owner, is wonderful to work with and they did a beautiful job in our front yard.

I been a licensed General Contractor for over 15yrs. I only use EccGrass for my turf applications. Shane is responsive, professional, and competitive. All of my customers have been completely satisfied with the service rendered. If you are considering turf for your home or business. You need to call EccGrass!!!

Workers were here on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned everything up after. Mine was a small job, but I felt they treated it as important. It looks great.

Had a bad experience with EcoGrass. The owner was bad tempered. They buy turf from turf manufacture and hire contractor to put on the turf. So basically they are middle man. The contractors are local gardeners. They are not professional and tell you lies so they can do less work. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To respond to the owners reply, I hate to use the word Lier again. But both the owner and contractors are liers. I am not upset by the property line issue. My neighbor and I have agreed on what we should do based on the information his contractor has given. I am upset because the owner called me and threatened me of hiring a lawyer and putting lien on my property. I dont think a company can do that, not to mention that I have no intention of not paying for the service. It was the owner who yelled and harassed me, and that is why I said the owner was bad tempered. The truth was his contractor did not build turf to the property line that I told them. I asked when I saw them working on the bender board. They told me yes. I trusted them and did not check myself because the area was covered with dirt then. I found out it was not after they left. When I called and asked why, they told me they could not put bender board on my property line because they need to cut the tree root more and the tree may fall. If this is the case, why didnt they ask for my opinion before they moved the bender board away from the property line I perceived (based on the nail on the side concrete in between my house and my neighbors house). Plus I specifically asked about it and their answer was yes it is to the property line. Regarding the tree root thing, I think they provided false information (or lying again) in order not to redo the work. I just had my 10 year old tree on my property removed. The root is more than 3 feet deep. My neighbors tree is same type and 23 years old. One can imagine the root should be even deeper. Cutting 4 inch on the top to put bender board will not make tree fall. One other thing regarding the contractor/employee comment. When the owner called me, he said I have already paid them and you need to pay me right away. What does this imply?

Shane was very friendly and open-minded when he came out to do our estimate. Their prices were really fair, and the artificial grass they had to choose from were excellent. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! I called them & they sent an estimator to my place for free. The estimator Mr. Rey is very nice, very helpful. He showed me some great samples & gave me a cheap estimate for the best materials. They will also include all the cleanings, demolition, etc. They send 3 guys quick & started after 3 days of the estimate. It only took a little over 7 hours to finish the job including the cleaning. I will recommend ECOGRASS!!!

Wonderful! Rey was very responsive and helpful. His company offered the best price and warranty for turf installation. We live in a townhome so we needed minimal construction done on the patio area. He was able to glue the turf to the existing concrete and he still offered the BEST WARRANTY for the work and product. His team arrived early and got the project done in a few hours. They did an amazing job installing the artificial turf at my home. They hid the seams extraordinarily well compared to other homes who have had turf installed in my neighborhood. They also cleaned up and left with my complete satisfaction.

Michael did a great job. His crew installed artificial turf in our 1300 sq ft backyard. He came and gave us an estimate soon after we called, and his crew was ready to go a week later. We made some changes on the fly, and he and the crew were great at adapting. The whole project was completed in 2 days

The EcoGrass team is great, very professional and friendly! I dont love the look of artificial turf, but we chose a lighter shade of grass with a tan thatch-ey base that looks more natural here in SoCal. The EcoGrass quote was much lower than some others but you wouldnt know it from high quality of the materials and install we received. Love it - wish wed done it sooner!

I dont have enough good things to say about working with EcoGrass! It was only 15 days between when we reached out to request further information (while still determining with whom wed work) and when we had turf fully and completely installed! We wanted to replace some turf in our backyard that was put in by previous owners, and EcoGrass did an incredible job of it. They were very responsive to e-mails, came out within three business days of me first reaching out for a consultation, gave us a rough timeline as to when theyd be able to install and how long the project would take, and then they were able to come out sooner and finish the project faster than initially anticipated. They not only installed gorgeous new turf but also did an amazing job smoothing out the surface underneath (given the previous installation wasnt as well done, which made our backyard almost wavy). Were already using our backyard space so much more, thanks to EcoGrass!

Replaced backyard grass with artificial turf. Workers came early and installed the turf quickly over two days. They kept the area clean during install. It looks great and the dogs love it. One minor thing was their machines left what looked like oil stains on our concrete patio. This has faded quickly and is not an issue but Im noting it for their knowledge.

Beautifully lush quality grass and top customer service. The yard was tended to quickly and I had beautiful grass the same afternoon! I also had them put in DG in one area of my garden which I m super happy about. If there was an issue the staff responded immediately and made sure I was 100% happy. I worked with Shane to get everything set up. He is professional, knowledgeable and did everything he could to accommodate our needs. We had over 2000 SQ FT put in and they were able to complete it in 2 days.

A positive experience with this company. The artificial grass looks excellent! I was adding more footage to an already existing area of artificial turf, Shane was transparent in the outset about there being a seam, it came out really well and they managed to match and blend the two different turfs. All the foreman and workers were eager to please and truly pleasant to work with. A true sign of a solid company is when they make right when things go wrong. Mistakes happen. In installing the turf they accidentally cut and capped a pipe that ran to the sprinkler system for the other side of the house, I was concerned they wouldn t make it right (like other companies I ve unfortunately experienced) but they came back and dug up and lay new pvc pipes and fixed the system. Very happy with my artificial turf and the fine professionalism of this company to follow up and complete the jobs even when there was mishap.

The city of Torrance replaced some of the sidewalk in front of my house. In the process, my artificial turf (previously expertly put in by EcoGrass) was damaged. EcoGrass came to the rescue and completely corrected the damage. It is impossible to see that there had ever been any problem.

I had a very positive experience with EcoGrass. I called multiple companies to get quotes and they were the only company to come to my home in person to review the project, share faux grass samples and explain the process - plus their cost was extremely competitive. We made the decision to go with them and in just one morning my yard was transformed into a beautiful lawn that my kids could play on and I wouldnt kill unlike the 3 sod lawns I planted/destroyed prior to EcoGrass. I highly recommend this company and product!

Came out and provided a quote that we could afford, discussed what our use was and based on that, options for the type of turf. They came out as scheduled and the work was done quickly. My dog happened to dig up a corner of one section of the turf, and they came out to add some adhesive and advised we sit something on it to strengthen the bond - which has since been fine. Appreciated their work!

The guys at ecograss did a terrific job on a backyard artificial turf project at my residence. It has been over a year and the turf looks just as new . I have add several parties and the turf gets a lot of traffic with no issues to report . My yard is hard scaped and needed an area for my great Dane to run around on. She has romped, jumped and dashed all over the turf and its held up very very well.. Im very pleased with the quality and durability of the turf. Its being used heavily and holding up great. Install was clean and meticulously done.

Great experience! Had my backyard and side yard of the house turfed last summer and it still looks good as new. We got the pet friendly option since we have two dogs and it isnt stinky at all with normal rinsing every once in a while. Considering turfing my front yard with these guys too!

Was shopping around for someone to install turf on my large, weirdly shaped roof deck. Ecograss werent the cheapest, but Michael &Shane just seemed more knowledgeable & I felt a good vibe. I had artificial grass installed in my backyard a few years ago, by another company that offered the service for a low price. Long story short, I had Eco Grass come in and recover and reconstruct the terrible job done by the cheaper company. Well worth it. Very fast and the whole operation went very smooth. He really knows his craft and explained the whole process for us. When it came to installation the crew showed up and worked their tails off. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a contracting company. I have been looking to replace my backyard with artificial grass for quitie sometime. My family and i were sick of trying to up keep our lawn especially with my two dogs. Our lawn would be muddy in the winter months and dusty in the summer months. Once decided to pull the trigger we got 3 quotes. Ecograss came in with the most reasonable quote and in my opinion best looking turf so we decided to go woth them.
