Anytime Tree Services LLC in Renton

This company did not complete the job and ghosted me. They cut down two trees and were supposed to grind down the stump. After cutting down the trees Chuy told us we had to call 811 so they could mark where they can’t dig or grind. We did so and 811 told us that it is not our responsibility to call but the companies responsibility as they are doing the work. They left a mess of which I thought they would clean up after the grinding of the stumps. My husband and I have made various attempts to get them to finish the job with no response. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional company! Also, please look at this company’s yelp reviews, as they’ve done the same thing to other people. UPDATE: In response to the company’s response to my review - If you look at the picture, there is no rain. The trees were cut down before Christmas! Them waiting for the rain to stop wasn’t mentioned to us. How hard is it to pick up the phone and say hey we are waiting for it to stop raining to take care of this. “Give us some time.” You responding to my review is basically me hearing back from your company. As I mentioned I was ghosted. I stand with you guys being very unprofessional, including your gaslighting response. 3 days have come and gone and still no response! Don’t waste your time with this company!

had a miscommunication not to any fault of the owners and they were able to communicate with me directly and able to figure the problem out! Will definitely be keeping them in mind anytime

I had a big ugly Pine tree that had a lean to it, right up against my fence. I have used Anytime Tree service before and was impressed with their work, so called them for this project. They arrived the next day! The foreman suggested removing two fence panels because when those heavy branches swing down they could destroy the fence. He was very alert to my surroundings and eliminated any possibility of damage. He also protected a close by Maple from the big sections that would fall. Once all three guys got started it was like clockwork, they all new the job at hand. After they were done, they replaced my fence panels, removed all the wood, cleaned up and swept everything clean. These guys are professionals. They deserve 10 stars!

I have a very large fir that had overgrown limbs and some had snapped and caused damage to my roof during high gusts in March. They went out of their way to accommodate to my schedule to be able to hear my concerns and give me a quote. The service was excellent and I was very surprised by how quick they got the job done.
