Augusta Lawn Care of Issaquah in Renton

We hired Augusta to fix up our lawn before putting it on the market to sell. Our house flew off the market, thanks in part to Augusta giving it some real curb appeal with their exquisite yard work. I cant recommend working with this team enough!

Reshell provided excellent customer support! We encountered an issue with our biweekly lawn service visit, but she promptly responded to our concern and resolved the problem.

I am very impressed with Augusta Lawn Care of Issaquah s work ethics, professionalism and the quality of their completed work. From answering to the clients phones to the finishing the job they work as a team and do represent the company s values. Reshell, at the front desk, effectively relates the clients inquiries to her team and makes sure that they are resolved quickly. Mowing the lawn can be once a week or bi-weekly. They also offer a 12-month plan to take care of the rest of the yard s yearly needs. Although I am new to the company, I am glad that I listened to the recommendations in Nextdoor Neighbor as well as of several other people in finding Augusta Lawn Care of Issaquah to trust with our yards being well taken care of year around.

Augusta has been terrific for my lawn maintenance needs. They have assisted with the original bush clean up and now mow the yard each week. They are professional and timely with their services.

They responded to my inquiry right away and scheduled the removal to take place before incurring fees from my HOA. We are so impressed with Augusta Lawn Care! Gavin showed up in an Atmospheric River and got the job done! We arent talking about a small, weekly job! We had our lawn reseeded a couple of months back and had not mowed yet. We and our neighbors appreciate Gavins hard work today!

Jenny mowed my lawn today, and she was terrific! Not just in the job that she did, but she was friendly and also helpful with a problem in part of the yard. She even went an extra step and offered to leave extra notes about it for other crew members. There are also two others I want to mention who I ve been impressed with. Carl is great communicating with emails, clarifies what s needed, arranges what needs to be done and does it promptly. And Tyler showed amazing patience and skill remedying a problem that came up in my yard. What I ve noticed about all three is they seem to make extra effort to do a great job. I ve never worked with a company that follows through so well on customer service!

The service person was very friendly and did a great job mowing our lawn and blowing clippings off the driveway. Left everything looking great. Followed all my instructions to a tee! However the communication between me and the office, and the office and service person was almost non-existent, resulting in confusion such as me having no idea what day or time to expect them, and them starting the work before I was even aware they were here, and had to run outside in my robe and slippers to tell the service person exactly what I was looking to have done :)

I m an old lady and I really need to find someone trustworthy to do my lawn. Reshell helped me a lot with my questions about pest control, lawn mowing, mulching and sod installation. She is very knowledgeable about their services and very patient especially to an old lady like me. I would definitely recommend this company to my other senior friends since they are looking for one too.

This week we had two visits from you, and both were superb! The first was a complete rejuvenation of our front lawn, and the second was a one day early regular visit. Were very happy with both! Now Im patiently sitting in my office waiting for our new grass to grow!

Worst ever lawn care service. These guys will not show up biweekly might even send 1 guy for the service and not even work for an hour on the property. We had their service throughout for 2023. They were really good in the beginning. But the last six months were a huge disappointment. They hardly show up but keep sending invoices to pay. They increased our winter service charge to +25% and we still paid because we wanted a smooth service. But it s April running and we still have leaves on our property from last year. Emailed them multiple time , asked for owners / estimators to look at our property to put us back on our original price. They keep giving false schedules and say owners will come today or tomorrow it s been more than 2 weeks and no one showed up. Then after my multiple email the estimator arrived and he asked to sigh up for a yearly service , when I emailed them to give us an estimate for yearly service they send the wrong quote. When I asked them if two guys will come they are like we can t guarantee and increased the quote to double the price. They promise something and deliver something. It seems like there is some level of dishonesty going on. Don t sign up with them this lawn care company is a fraud.

Me and my husband were having a hard time finding the right people to do our lawn since we just moved here. Reshell was very helpful and she answered all of our questions like what type of plants and trees will survive in our location. She was also informative about the sprinkler system if we decided to install one. She was very helpful as well on explaining the services they offered. I would definitely recommend this lawn service because they have the right people working for them, that knows what they re talking about.

Thomas is incredibly responsive to communication and his customer service is great. If I have an issue, they come out the same day to address it. His staff is professional and friendly.

I reached out to Augusta Lawn Care to get a quote and potentially service for a winter clean up of our large property. The work has not been performed yet, but Thomas showed up 2 days after the inquiry to inspect the property more closely. He was very pleasant and professional. He was patient with hearing my explanations and expectations. He also explained clearly what to expect from him in terms of timeline for the quote and the queue for when service would be provided. So far, I m very happy with their business and hope they will become my go-to.

They were not responsive while completing work. Had to call to follow up multiple times and was told they would call back with more info, but never would.

I had Augusta do a major general cleanup of my property which is all landscaped bark after which I plan to have them do regular maintenance . One worker came out on Saturday 7/15 and did an amazing job. He cleared the grounds of pine cones, branches, etc. and cleaned up a rock pit area, trimmed bushes and ground cover as needed and left the property spotless. He did all the work based on a video and instructions from management and never had to ask for clarification. I am a senior woman living alone so I have used outside yard care a lot and I have never been more pleased thanI am with the work done by Augusta. I hope to employ them on-going. I love having confidence in the people taking care of my property. I will be a grateful lifelong customer.

New Update: Received a call from Thomas, the manager and he was Fantastic! He listened to my concerns, had figured out the issue before calling me, and explained what had happened. He was of course apologetic and even offered a discount. He was able to shift something s around and will make it happen today! It is because of Thomas we are giving them 1 more try! Thank you Thomas! Original: So they were great right out of the gate timely with sending someone over to do the quote and get us the written quote. However when it came time for the appointment, they never actually got us on the calendar even though we received the appointment email. So I called the morning of the appointment day and the first person couldn t find us on the calendar and she was going to check and call back. That didn t happen, so I called back and same story, this person was going to check and get back. He never called back but I did get an email showing they moved our appointment to today now. So I called as no one has shown up and again they don t have us in the calendar. At this point I am done! We have cancelled the work to be done and I will find a reliable crew to come and take care of what we need done! Sincerely, Disappointed
