Had a great experience with Tony and Precision Landscape LLC. I needed sod installation and a bamboo patch completely removed (previous homeowners/residents had planted and left it unchecked). Submitted the request for an estimate and Tony came out later that same day. He provided options, his recommendations, and answered all questions easily. Quotes were very reasonable compared to others and I ultimately hired Tony for his professionalism. Work was scheduled shortly after and completed on time. End product looks great. I will definitely reach out to Precision Landscape for future landscaping projects.

Quick response. Easy to schedule with - not too far out and flexible. Price was as quoted. Completely cleared heavy, thick blackberries. Cleaned up, hauled away and communicative about our maintenance going forward. Already discussed another job we have in mind in next 6 months. Would definitely recommend and use again.

On my first contact with Precision Landscaping they made it a priority to schedule a time to visit and get our project done and goals achieved. Precision Landscape LLC rebuilt my gravel driveway be scraping several inches of old gravel off, leveling and adding several inches of new gravel. It was a great experience working with Precision Landscape LLC. The new driveway is excellent and the clean-up was great.

Tony did garden maintenance (mowing, blowing, tree/shrub/ivy trimming, stones, and step/path work) services for me for a couple years and as well helped prepare our place for sale, doing such things as repairing paving stones, front walkway leveling, bark mulch, and edging in coordination with our selling agent. Tony is easy to work with and does great work!

We had a great experience with Tony at Precision Landscaping. We needed a yard cleanup, gravel installation, and sod installation. He was very knowledgeable and gave us good information both before the job and after when it was completed. We also hired him to install lumber around our fence to fill gaps so our friend s dog wouldn t be able to get out and it looks so good! I included a photo of that fence. He was good at communicating with us and everything was done very well. Will definitely be hiring him again.

My experience with Precision Landscape was excellent from the time I called for an estimate to completion of the project. Tony is very dedicated to customer service and provides informative knowledge to help you make the best decision for your project. We hired Precision Landscape to regrade our yard which was sloping towards the home. Its unfortunate there are irresponsible builders who would allow this to happen. Everyone knows grades sloping towards a home in the NW can cause water issues and should be avoided or at least provide a solution. Tony and his crew did a great job in helping with this issue and added new sod when regrading was completed. He also corrected some drainage work done incorrectly from another contractor. Had a great experience working with Tony for a backyard and front lawn refresh. We first met to discuss what we were looking for and got quotes shortly after that. Tony was very understanding as we adjusted the requirements based on budget. The work itself (concrete removal, old grass removal, mulch and topsoil installation and hydroseeding) was done efficiently and were very happy with the results. We were very impressed with all the specialised equipment used. Plus the cleanup at the end left everything looking neat. To top it off, the pricing was very reasonable. Wed definitely recommend working with Tony for any landscaping project!

We had a great experience working with Tony; he definitely took precise measurements for our sod installation project, and would quickly respond back to any questions we had. I really appreciated his honesty in assessing our soil quality which led us to choose not to add topsoil to the job, reducing the cost of the project. We have a very long gravel driveway that was in dire need of repairs and we hired Tony to add more gravel and resurface it. It wasnt an easy project but he did an amazing job spreading all the gravel, compacting it and making sure the drainage would work better. Would absolutely recommend Precision Landscape to anyone!

Tony did an excellent job installing a new gravel driveway. He was very easy to work with and is very skilled with the excavator. He removed our existing asphalt driveway and widened the entrance. I contacted Tony during the evening one night and he was at my house the next day at 7:30am to give me a quote. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He performed a final grade in my backyard with a sloped curve away from the house and made it so smooth and functional. I hired Precision Landscaping for black berry removal and land clearing. I am building a shop but my property was overgrown with not just generations of black berries but old growth as well. I attempted to clear it myself but reached my limitations. Tony came out and I gave him an idea of what I wanted cleared out. Tony was able to give me a quote and explained to me what he could accomplish with said quote. I m very satisfied with the work Tony did. I do not believe I saw Tony take a break. His work ethic is impressive in a time when it is difficult to hire good help. Moreover I not only have my land back but now I have an area for my shop to be built! Tony was able to remove the blackberry roots and grade the area to the best that area could be graded. I have highly soft soil. I wish I took before photos because these photos do not do justice as to the work Tony has done.

Precision Landscape LLC was outstanding. Very responsive, affordable and skilled at anything to do with landscaping and working on yards. I called Jose about a quote for grading my backyard as well as aerating and putting on top soil and sod. Jose came over to perform an estimate and got back to me with a very affordable/reasonably priced quote. The work he did was outstanding. Very detail oriented company that cares about the quality of work. The grading and laying/compacting of topsoil was everything my backyard needed to hydro seed. Precision landscaping also has a variety of sod for all areas in the PNW. 5 out of 5 stars.

Precision does amazing work, he is upfront and honest and does a good job on walking you through what you can expect. Twice we have gone with Precision and twice they have finished either on time or ahead of schedule and both times under our agreed upon budget. Tony, Precision Paving and Landscaping LLC, did an exceptional job excavating and leveling a sloped backyard area with tree roots, rocks, solid clay. Then brought in wash rock to build a wood framed pad for a garden shed. He is highly skilled and owns all the right equipment to do the job (Bobcat 4 , other excavators/skids, laser level, gravel damper, trucks and trailers). His customer service skills are top notch, he listens, questions, sends pictures, shows up on time, cleans up after, has the desire to get it right for you. Choosing him was the best possible choice.

Tony is great to work with. He helped us excavate along our new construction and plant trees and plants. He also leveled our backyard and seeded grass. Hes very communicative and responsive to questions about the project. He offers his professional experience to better the project. I needed brush clearing on a vacant lot which was overgrown with dense vegetation. Im so glad I found Tony. Though this is my first time working with Tony I can sense he has a great work ethic overall, very clear on what he is going to do and very thorough with his work. The quote was provided almost instantly and was very reasonable. He did an above and beyond job on clearing the lot, I was quite please with the result on the 1st day. To me he did his job and would be happy as is but he said he is not done and will come back next day to finish it up. It is a pleasure working with Tony from Precision Pavers. He communicates well, very knowledgeable, and professional. We were so happy with our first interaction that we hired him a second time. The first job was a large sod install job. He did grading, leveling, and brought in 14 cu. yards of rich soil to install 1000 sq. ft. of sod. Everything was cleaned up nicely when he finished the job. In the second job, we hired him to bring in additional soil to prep a large planting area. Highly recommended.

We are so pleased with the work done by Precision Landscape! Tony was professional, communicative, and very easy to work with. Our original project included the removal and disposal of over 1200 sq ft of asphalt. That went so well, we had Tony back a week later to level the gravel in that same area and bring in topsoil to backfill. Both jobs were completed with high quality in the estimated time, and the area was cleaned up well when the jobs were done. I will recommend Precision Landscape to my friends and neighbors and plan to call Tony again when Im ready to start my next project.
