Now Santiago Landscape & Maintenance has specialize in residential landscape installations. Our goal is to create your outdoor area more of a living space not just a back yard. With our Landscape contractors license (#56408) and our Concrete contractors licence (#56408 C) we can help you complete a whole back/front yard by saving you the extra cost and headache of juggling the schedules of different contractors.

We hired Santiago Landscaping for Phase 1 of our backyard project. Elsa and the team completely transformed our backyard from a space that was unusable to a space where we can't wait to host friends and family. The crew also went above and beyond and did beautiful work. Elsa was very helpful and easy to work with especially when it came to finding ways to maintain our vision and budget.
I’ve had Santiago Landscaping do work at 3 of my houses. They just recently finished a paver installation and my newest home. In the past they have done pavers, retaining walls, a pond with a water fall and full lawn and landscape installs. I’m extremely happy with their services and I’ll continue to use them. The best way to describe the company is reliability meets affordability and beauty.
We just used Santiago for phase 1 of our backyard project. The crew worked efficiently and did a wonderful job. This is a family owned business and you really feel the love and support that they all have towards each other. I think that’s why they work so well together! This is a very well oiled machine. Hermilo came out and assessed our project and helped our vision come to life. Elsa remained in contact with us and answered all of our questions promptly. And Chuy and the crew were very pleasant and amazing workers. I’m looking forward to working with them again to finish the remaining parts of our yard.
We used Santiago Landscape & Maintenance to design and install our front yard landscaping, lighting and steps. From beginning to end they were absolutely awesome! They communicated well and in a timely manner, had a great work ethic and the expertise we needed. We highly recommend them to anyone in the Reno/Sparks area who wants water features, landscaping, artificial turf, outdoor kitchens, and/or outdoor lighting handled in a very progressional and customer centered way -- I wouldn't use any other company!

Great service, had someone drive through my front fence, took out trees, fence and mailbox. Called and they came out and provided a quote. Started work immediately and gave options as we moved with the process. Down to the details of the trees and colors. On trash day, they even brought the trash cans in. Great job

I just called and whoever answered the phone was very unprofessional. All I wanted was to set up an appointment to get an estimate for my backyard. I have a new build and have gotten many people that have come knocking at my door for business. I got one of his business cards and that is why I called. I am getting multiple estimates for our backyard. He said I don t give out business cards blah blah blah. Ok. I hung up. It s looking like $7400 worth of work. Bad business etiquette. Santiago Landscape did pavers, turf, drainage, and drip line for my backyard. They were amazingly fast, always polite. The work they did looks phenomenal! I absolutely love my new backyard. When one contractor said it couldn t be done without dragging wheelbarrows through my house and wanted to charge me more than double the price, Santiago landscape found a way to do it for half of their price! They showed immense talent and their prices are incredible. I will definitely be telling everyone to use them for their own home. Thank you Elsa and your amazing team!
They helped me when my husband passed away with a home we had just purchased. I had issues with the sprinkler system and they came out of their way to help me after hours. They also built a beautiful fire ring in my backyard. They removed all the 3/4 river rock that had been pit in the flowerbeds and placed all new topsoil in them for me. They were a great help and their work was 100% and more. I recommend them highly.
Hermilio did such a fantastic job gutting and redesigning our backyard and patio. We spend so much time out back now. Waiting for him to do our frontyard!

We had our backyard redone by Santiago Landscaping and are thrilled with the results. They turned our unkept yard into a beautiful space we cant wait to spend time in this summer. This included pavers, new trees/shrubs, and DG. On top of the outstanding work, Angel and his crew were totally professional and even provided the lowest pricing across multiple companies we had bid the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping work, and we will certainly use them again in the future.
Although we had trouble reaching the company, they did eventually call us back to discuss our project. They were friendly and honest about their capabilities and methods. We would definitely consider hiring them in the future.
