Bob Jackson Landscapes’ garden design, craftsmanship, and caretaking are exceptional, truly best-in-class. You’re not getting a cookie-cutter design. Their design process starts with an actual survey, a thorough site analysis, and deep conversations about how you want to use the outdoor living areas. Installation crews are top notch. Hardscape elements are precisely handcrafted. One hallmark of a Bob Jackson landscape is more mature, and more generous use of plant material. Instead of waiting years for plants to fill in, Bob Jackson’s landscapes look fabulous immediately.

Hired this company for master plan and planting list. Offered a deadline and received enthusiastic response. Deadline approached with zero communication from Doug that team would not meet deadline. When I asked Bob Jackson he said this is not typical of Doug and could not be possible as if I were lying. LOL. Doug himself admitted he did not communicate but could not offer any rationale. Bob then proceeded to tell me deadline was unrealistic. We are reasonable people. If unrealistic then simply COMMUNICATE. Bottom line- work with people that do what they say they are going to do and don't make excuses. There is zero reason this team could not communicate and provide a project status update before leaving for the weekend. They wasted my time and now a month later we are starting over. After learning someone else would do the planting they quit without completing project or righting their wrongs. Next time we will work with a woman owned company that takes pride in beautiful work, setting clear expectations and offers reasonable communication.

We have used this company for years and are thoroughly happy with the results. They are creative with designs and the plantings are wonderful quality. They work with you to create the outdoor space that compliments and extends your home. Highly recommend!

Strung us along for 5 weeks after I called them for an estimate. It took 2 1/2 weeks after their project manager came to our property (and several phone calls and emails) for them to decide that our project is too small for them to do. Don’t call them - it’s apparently waste of time!!

Doing everything in my power to have this company fired from my community HOA. They are here for HOURS reving engines and going by my house upwards of 30 times in a row... AT 7-8AM!!!! This company doesn't care about the people that actually live in the community that they service, all they care about is squeezing in as many properties as possible.

As a property manager with a large portfolio, it is refreshing to use a landscaping company that is professional, courteous, responsive and cost competitive.
