We are very happy with our new front yard, Brent Landscaping is the best in Northern California, especially for Bay Area homes looking to upgrade their homes with a beautiful landscape job. From the design and layout by Xochitl Brent and the expert wisdom and knowledge by owner Dan Brent it was just awesome what they came up with. The whole project was done perfectly with care and true craftsmanship, and they took great care with the existing structure. It’s a huge upgrade for our property, and our house looks like the Best one on the block! Dan and his crew finished ahead of schedule and did a beautiful job. We wanted to transition our front yard, made up of a lawn and two large bushes, to a drought tolerant garden. Our budget was small and we were not sure what could be accomplished. Meeting with Dan and Xochitl was huge relief. They listened to our goals and created what is essentially a mini-park out of our front garden. It is unique and classic at the same time. Xochitl created a hand painted landscape painting that perfectly captured our hopes for our home. Dan communicated throughout, checking in, assuring us that we were taking the proper steps. It’s been a long timing coming..Our family did a once in a lifetime complete front and backyard landscape remodel to our house built in 1928 including ; perfect pavers, redwood deck, a gorgeous cedar pergola to match our existing she shedd (built during the pandemic), new pony wall, flagstone area and pathways, custom redwood gates with speakeasy’s measured to Labrador eye level, new plantings/trees and one of a kind incredible tile work. Also, a pretty cool new irrigation system controlled by an App on our phone that will save us on our water bill. It was A LOT of work but all was completed in a four month timeframe. It all started with a fabulous design tailored to our needs. Xochitl / Lily of the Valley Design’s creative designs literally transformed our Spanish style home into the way it was meant to look.
