I signed up for their mowing and seasonal treatment program this year but unfortunately had to let them go in less than two months. The staff members are pleasant to work with and the mowing is great. However, for some reason they keep rescheduling my spring treatment on the day before. After being pushed out for 3 weeks, I called them about this situation and the agent promised to note my concern and make sure it doesnt happen again. Unfortunately, the treatment was pushed out twice more after the phone call. With no idea when they will show up, I eventually terminated the program.

I received a door handle flyer from them for front yard cleanup a week ago. I happen to have a large group of laurels around my front yard that needs trimming and price is reasonable. So I reached out to them. We agreed on an appointment for 8am yesterday Marcus showed up on time, literally on the dot. We walked through the front yard and agreed on the amount of work. Marcus then proceeded to do the work. He was very thorough and it took him most of the day to finish the work. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work he did.

Helping an older relative who lives in this area, after their previous yard care service seems to have gone out of business. I helped arrange for Augusta to take over. My relative is very happy and grateful and things seem to be back on track for her, and she mentioned how nice they were :)

Marcus gave my lawn the first mow of the year and it looks GREAT! I hired Augusta to mow my lawn as I am recovering from a knee injury and cannot do so myself and quickly realize how much better my lawn looks when it is maintained by a professional. We had an extensive list of things that needed to be done, pruning, trimming, weeding, and a lot more pruning! We were having a large party and only had a week to get this done. Marcus was prompt with an estimate and they were able to start right away. In three days they had it complete and did a fantastic job. Marcus was very professional and made our time frame work. This company is definitely a must-hire! And I wish some of my neighbors would use August Lawn Care. We hired Augusta for spring clean-up. Marcus arrived promptly and spent all day--and past sunset--cleaning the beds, pulling weeds, shaping borders, and hauling it all away. He even entertained our German Shepherd with fetch while he was at it. At the end of the day, Marcus cleaned up the service area and hauled away all of the debris.

Very professional! The guy I met (Cole) was very friendly and got to work immediately after we finished our initial conversation. I didn t have too much to be done, some general yard maintenance, but he edged my yard up really nice, as I haven t been able to get to it in ages because of chronic illness and I was getting a little overwhelmed. He assured me he d do his best to help me out and even went the extra mile to clean the pine cones and other debris from the yard that I didn t ask him to do. Highly recommend this lawn care service to people that feel a little down and out about their personal home lawn situation.

Marcus is great to work with!

My yard needed significant clearing, pruning, mulching, etc. When I contacted Augusta, Marcus got back to me within a couple hours. I liked that I could just send photos rather than having to schedule a time to meet. His estimate was extremely detailed and exactly what I was asking for. Plus, different aspects of the job were called out as separate line items so I could see the various costs and make a decision on what I wanted done. We discussed other things I wanted but, rather than just doing the work to get the money, he recommended I hold off until fall to make sure we dont damage some of the plants and trees. I appreciated that ethic immensely as I dont know better, and they easily could have just done the work. Our conversations via email were clear and prompt. They had no issues whatsoever in understanding what I wanted done via email or when they were on site. The crew showed up on time in the morning and worked their butts off the entire day. Midway through the day, Marcus asked me to come out to discuss a few options to make sure they were doing what I wanted, which was awesome. The team worked into late evening. The second day they showed up early morning to complete the remaining work (it was a *lot* of work). Mid-day Marcus had me come out again to do a walkthrough of the yard. There were a few items I wanted tweaked a bit which they completed with no issues. The yard looks fantastic now. I would recommend Marcus to anyone without reservations. Im having them come back in the fall at minimum and probably sometime between now and then for a spruce up. The only thing I wish is that they be available for regular maintenance out in Duvall. Hopefully that becomes an option sometime in future.

The tech was professional and worked quickly. He turned my massively overgrown property into something that looks quite nice. He listened to my instructions well and didnt damage any of the plants that are supposed to be kept shaggy (unlike other lawn services which I have hired.) Overall I recommend this company.

We first worked with Augusta for a yard cleanup. Marcus and the rest of the team did a wonderful job. Communication leading up to the work was prompt and professional. The work was nicely done with good attention to detail and they were happy to answer my questions about products used in the service. We were happy with the work and service overall and have now hired them for regular maintenance as well.

Would recommend gladly. RE: on time, they notified me ahead of time that they would be a couple hours late, and I appreciated that.

Augusta replaced a 1000 sq. ft. front lawn for us. Marcus single-handedly cut out and removed the old sod in one day! He and Cole then put down a beautiful new carpet of sod. Completely satisfied and impressed with their very hard work. Positive

Exceptional care and service

Marcus did a very good job mowing an overgrown lawn, through the rain soaked grass, over irregular terrain. He used the weed wacker where the mower wouldnt go. Im very pleased to have a decent looking lawn.
