Jade Landscaping in Redmond

Kevin at Jade Landscaping is a rockstar! We had our sprinkler system blown out last year by a different company and when we went to turn our system on this spring found that some of our zones weren't stopping. Originally thought it might be some bad valves and called Jade Landscaping to have them come out and take a look. Got Kevin on the phone and he was an absolute ROCKSTAR! I explained to him what was going on and was looking to see when he would be able to come out and diagnose/fix the issue. He said it could be 1 of 2 things. "A 5 second fix that I can do or a cylinoyd replacement," which would mean he needs to come out. Instead of taking an opportunity for the easy buck, he walked me through the 5 second fix, which ended up being the solution! He may not have gotten any business today, but he DEFINITELY got our business for ALL our future landscaping needs. Thank you Kevin!!

I've been using Jade Landscaping for maintenance and yard projects for the last 3 years since moving to Bend. Kevin the owner is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with work. His crew always does a great job at keeping my yard looking nice and clean. If I ever have an issue (which are far and few between), Kevin is always quick to resolve it.

Company likes to take advantage of two 100% disabled veterans. Employees killed a peach tree, broke three sprinkler heads, doesn’t complete mowing of yard, consistently doesn’t mow backyard. Also employee lets his dog run off leash all over my yard and neighboring yard and does not pick up the dogs waste. Multiple emails have been sent to the company over the past 8 months without any replies other than here is the invoice you need to pay. Will say the guy that did my yard last year was great, however, it has definitely went downhill fast. I also asked to have services stopped and no reply.

Gary does are yard for us. We love the job he does and recommended him to our neighbors. We have them take care of our sprinklers and many other landscaping issues. We have never been disappointed. Kevin the owner is great to deal with also. They are great honorable men.

Jade Landscaping is awesome! They are super dependable and went above and beyond to fix my sprinkler system at an amazing low cost. They have been very helpful when I needed anything extra. I give them 3 thumbs up.

Gary does my yard. He is very attentive to detail, and works fast. He is always willing to do what I want or need done. The owner, Kevin , has always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I have, and is very easy to work with.

Kevin has been easy to work with. He can be hard to reach by telephone, but once you reach him he deals with issues promptly. I think he has a good knowledge of the management of yard scapes. When my renter complained of weeds not being pulled, Kevin personally took on the weeding himself to make sure it was accomplished properly. (His team is used to lawn maintenance, and my property does not have a lawn.) I appreciate his personalized effort.

They are a good company. They did an incredible job landscaping my yard. When an area wasn't getting water they came and fixed it. I would recommend Jade Landscaping for your yard work and creating and beautiful landscaping.
