My lawnmower was working when I took it in to George lawnmower repair. The pullstring needed replacing. They replaced string and air filter and oil change for $85. I took it home , it would not work. George s said they would need to do complete engine overhaul to address problem at my cost.. It was working when I took it in. They took advantage of me based on my age and gender. I DO. OT recommend this business to anyone

I took my mower to George s to be repaired and I ask do I have to pay right away before the service was completed I was told payment must be required before service is done I said ok cool A couple days later when mines was repaired I come in a white customer ahead of me working with the same guy who told me to pay up front I stood there and hear him tell this white customer he can feel free to bring the payment Back when he returns for pick up it shock me but they did get my mower back running not saying they racist but this why blacks feel a certain way about a lot of these stores we spent our money with

Absolutely great and fast service! Brought in our Toro Snowblower for a tune up and got it back fast. They also have quality brands in store for purchase!

Family owned. Goes out of the way to help their customer. Shows how to operate the item you are purchasing. I was purchasing a snow blower . Had other customers in ask did they have a chair I could sit down while waiting on other customers, went and got a chair from the back. plus taking out New toro snow blower putting them together. Shows you how to operate the blower. Take it to car and it starts blower up to make sure operating . Now he shows whats to do while it is running. What to push to start Great Job . You do get this type of service at Lowes or Home Depot. Or any other place. Even tell how clean for the next. Year Father still working his business side with his family by his side

Worst service I have EVER had. Had my mower in on two separate occasions for the same problem. Charged me for different things, but still havent fixed the problem. And the worst part... is they NEVER answer their phone.

Nice guy, unfortunately after waiting over a month I find out they could not fix my mower.

They are the best to me I buy all my Toro products from their great people . And I love Toro products they may be expensive but when you sell them they still have very good Value.

Had my snowblower repaired on Feb 19, 2018. Cost of repair was 189.95 for new auger belt, tune-up, skids and sparkplug. I Didnt get a chance to use it after repair because we didnt get any more snow. We finally get snow in January 2019. I start the snowblower and make 2-15 foot passes and blower stops throwing snow. I take blower back too Georges and they say pulley on auger is bad. Come to find out that when they put pulley back on from belt repair, they didnt tighten chuck key that holds pulley on so it wobbled loose and broke. They wanted 225.00 to fix it. I informed them that I only made 2 passes and they didnt care. I wont go back to them again.

They had what I needed for my snowblower thats 20 years old and it was only $24 they alright with me

I went to replace the cover for my lawnmowers filter. He didnt have the exact part, but offered substitute with return if it doesnt work.

Don t give them your business. I have never experienced the worst customer service ever! They told me they called me and left a message on the 17th that my mower was ready to be picked up. No message, nothing on caller ID. When I called on the 22nd asking for an update a woman answered the phone, put me on hold and told me they still needed a few more days that they would call when it s ready. So I wait until the 27th and call again and that is when I was told that it s been ready since the 17th. When I asked why a woman told me differently on the 22nd, the lied to me and said no women works there It s an all male shop . Another customer spoke up behind me and told them they were lying to me, their niece works there every day. Then he said well what do you want me to do about it, I tell him an apology would be nice, but he was steadily arguing with me. To top of off I was watching a mechanic bang a part back on that wasn t fixed, so it is still broken! Spend your hard earned money with someone who cares about customer service and treating people right. He said I should pray for him, he needs help. I think his family are the ones that need praying for. Very poor service!!!!

They did a great job repairing my mower

Georges sharpen all my gardening tools at one time and had them back to me in three working days. If you need hedge shears, pruning shears and branch loppers this is the place to go. Some of my tools had not been sharpened in over 30 years. But because of the quality of the metal these guys were able to get them sharp like new! We also have our lawnmower blade sharpened and other small engine repairs done here also!

Call demanding I pick-up my lawn mower because I didnt pay a deposit. I was not inform that when I drop it off or when I call a week later to find out the what was going on with the lawn mower. Very rude.

Friendly and fast sales. This what they should stick to. I took my year old Honda lawnmower in for service back in the spring. Explained that while using it, the mower just died. Checked all fluids, which were fine. They pulled the starter cord and told me the the engine was blown due to no compression. I then bought there four hundred and fifty lawn mower. I took my Honda to commercial lawn mower where they cleaned the carb out and returned it three weeks later. I called to inquire about a refund and was told NO. was informed when they took mine to the back to check it out, that was not a diagnostic. Just a courtesy check. I will never go here again. Sorry Georges you lost a potential customer for life plus all word of mouth friends and family. Not the best way to do business. I heard good about you before going there, must had been the previous generations.

Ive taken two different lawnmowers and a snowblower to them for service. The staff I dealt with were always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended them!

They are very knowledgeable and quite experienced in restoring snowblowers to its original form. My snowblower is a Toro, and it caught on fire during startup. Yet, they fixed it by replacing all parts and it is now good as new!!!

I had them order a part for my rider and it had the wrong bracket facing the wrong way and so they had there mechanical switch the bracket around and when I pick up the part the charge me another 25.00 dollars for doing that with asking me about if I wanted that done because I could of done it my self and it wouldnt taking a 5 days to get it back so it was a bad experience with them and I wont be back there again

Found same tire and intertube on line for half price I paid at Georges , will not be going back, sorry.

Been going there for years for parts, went in for a new belt for my snowblower, they sold me the wrong one which damaged my housing cover. Took the chewed belt back the next day and they wouldnt even entertain the idea of a refund. He told me to go to a Honda dealer for the correct one...REALLY ??? Great way to lose a solid customer.....See ya.
