Bushwackers Landscaping in Redford Township

I recently hired the services of Bushwackers Snow Removal this year to handle the snow removal needs for my property. I regret to say that their performance has been inconsistent, specifically when it comes to clearing the back of my property. This review aims to shed light on my experience and highlight the aspects that need improvement. One of the primary concerns I have encountered with Bushwackers Snow Removal is their inconsistency in clearing the back of my property. Despite clearly communicating the need for complete snow removal, their employees have repeatedly missed this area, leaving it untouched. This lack of attention makes me question the value of their services and raises concerns about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I called them out for a estimate which that came... when they emailed me the price they forgot a tree in the estimate....I talked to one person in email and asked her for a updated price with the tree in the estimate now no one answer calls or returns emails... guess I'll go somewhere else.

Bushwackers has been cutting my lawn for many years, and they do a good job with the lawn, trimming, and cleanups. It's the irrigation service that is the problem. My review here relates only to the irrigation service. If you want your clean floors caked with mud and dirty, then this is definitely the company to use for your irrigation needs. The service tech who turned on my irrigation system did not remove his dirty boots when making several trips into my house. He got dirt and mud all over my newly-cleaned carpet and floor. And rather than an apology, the service tech lied. Stay away for anything irrigation related!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT ever go with this company, even if you're desperate. My service was supposed to be weekly....every week I got multiple citations from the city because they would not come out when they were supposed to and my lawn would go at least 2 weeks without being cut. Throughout the month of service I paid for, they never corrected this issue and continued to come out biweekly (if not longer). I'd have to call and get on them every time I needed them to come out. And good luck getting a follow up or speaking with anyone other than their receptionist. On my last cut, they did not do my backyard and the grass was over a foot and a half long. To this day they never came out to fix it and only claimed to charge me for a "half a cut", whatever that means. Not only this they damaged a gutter drain that was attached to my house, must have ran over it with a lawnmower because it was all mangled. Still waiting for the company to "follow up" regarding a solution to this or for them to replace it like they suggested they would do. No one has reached out to me regarding this issue. I will be reaching out to the better business Bureau. These people are crooks. Go with any other service but Bushwackers. They are highly unprofessional and inconsistent.

Wow! Surprised at these reviews. This company has been in business over 40 years, and have maintained my lawn for a few years now. I always get great customer service, and feel that the prices are low, in comparison. Sometimes, I get other work done (fall clean up, dirt, mulch, seeding, rocks delivered) and it has been completed on time. I'm a customer as long as I remain in their service area.

Disregarding the only other review I called and scheduled an appointment to winterize my sprinkler system. My appointment was set for Friday at 6pm as I work till 5:30. The lady called me the next day and asked if I can do an earlier time like 3pm or so. I told her that I work till 5:30 and won't be able to make it home any earlier than 6pm. I was home at 5:59 PM that friday and although had a ton of work and other things going on, I waited till 7pm and no one showed up. I left them a message that same day and no one has gotten back to me yet. Just like the other review said, don't waste your time and money, these people are not professional and they don't respect your time.

Dont waste your time! They might do a decent job cutting your lawn but their sprinkler services are over priced and the quality is poor. Call a "Sprinkler Company" not a lawn service to work on your sprinklers!
