Had them come out to give me a bid. Bid sounded good to me. Said they would send me a contract in a couple days by email. It was $3500 higher than quoted. Tried calling twice to discuss but they won't return my calls.
The team at complete did an amazing job on my backyard. They were incredibly flexible as I put together a pergola and fireplace during the job. They were a joy to be around on site and walked me through many aspects of the project. Complete has a great reputation with Axner which gave me warm fuzzies as I had an entire backyard done by Complete. Highly recommend for their design, flexibility, and communication. I have an amazing backyard thanks to them and will keep them in mind for my next landscaping project.
Our experience with Complete Lawn & Landscape was the perfect balance of professional yet friendly. The owner gave us great advice and suggestions on how we could design our landscape to be environmentally conscious for our property. We were very appreciative that he took the time to take our concerns to heart. We were so happy to give our business to such a professional family owned business. It was an added bonus that Josh and his team finished our project ahead of schedule. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
Gave them a opportunity to prove they were good... They are not. Paid extra to get the service started and everything. Sent pictures got confirmation that everything would be handled.. it was not. Unfortunately they will loose more business then they will realize and once 5.5 million viewers on my reviews see this I'm sure it's even more then I realized.. Good luck 🤞
We can't say enough about this company. We changed over and contracted with them starting February 1st. We are an Assisted Living community. We have a large area with all kinds of landscaping needs. Complete Lawn and Landscape has taken us from looking meh... to looking like we're in a Better Homes and Gardens magazine. In just two months! We can't wait to see what the next seasons bring. Tyler, Randall, Mike and team were very professional, listened to our vision and made it happen! They were very conscientious and their follow-up is great. The dry creek bed they designed is beautiful and we also love the lawn edging bricks they used. The type of sprinklers they installed work very well and cover the lawn very evenly. The very effective weed barrier they placed around the perimeter of the lawn will mean much less upkeep for us. They did a great job of blending the landscaping with the existing pool and waterfall. They would not show when they said they also would mow the lawn leaving stripes of it over grown half week wacked did not trim bushes II would have to inform the workers on what was needed and the office not good at all
I had someone come out and estimate my backyard on Feb 2nd and there has been no estimate. I followed up on Feb 10 and was told they were working on it and to be patient, then I followed up on March 26th and was told they would follow up and see where he was at with the estimate, then I followed up on April 22nd and I received nothing. I understand the estimate was no cost to me so I m not out anything but it is a terrible way to treat a potential customer and unfortunately my project has been delayed and I m back at square one.
Tyler was punctual and informative when he came to my previous home to give an estimate. I value good customer service and he is exceptional. I would definitely recommend his services!

Never seen a harder working crew! Tyler was the most helpful of all the people we spoke to. (Don t waste your time with anyone else) He gave us so many references and I called them! Not one, could say anything negative! We had a major concern about drainage in our new subdivision. His patrons mentioned that it seems his crew specializes in this. Wow! It was just a no brainer at that point. My yard looks like a vision, wow! We even built a side doggie yard. Happy! Happy Thank you to all of you, Tyler, Randal, Mike, Rob and all those others that worked their tails off. I love it! It is beautiful!

My wife and I are very impressed with Tyler and his crew. They started out working in the muck in the pouring rain and we were amazed at their fortitude. Due to persistent heavy rains for nearly a month and the ground too soft and muddy to continue, they came back at the first part of April and in 1 week they transformed our back yard. The result was well beyond our expectations. We are more than satisfied and would recommend this business to anyone. Tyler was there for all of our questions both before, during, and after the work.
Complete Lawn and Landscape Tyler and crew removed old landscape and a backyard of rocks, prepared the soil and put in new landscape and sod. Tyler and Randall were so easy to work with, very professional, efficient, and nice even when I asked for changes. All of the crew were very nice and worked so hard and fast. The yard looks absolutely beautiful. I am so happy.
We recently had some tree work done in our back yard. There were two huge piles of brush, branches and limbs that seemed very daunting to tackle. But two of Tyler Hoffmans men made quick work of them and had everything out of the yard, cut and loaded on their trailer in a matter of minutes! They were super friendly and very hard working. I would recommend them to anyone needing yard and landscape work done.

The crews were always on time and worked diligently. The clean up at the end of each day as well as at the end of the project was unsurpassed. Their fees were reasonable. They installed our backyard sod and sprinkler system. They also did borders with decorative rock and plants . Tyler has creative ideas to really make it look attractive . We were very pleased with his hard working crew and the end result was great. We would highly recommend this business.

Tyler and his team are pros at landscape design, I gave them a project that was pretty much barren dirt and dead grass and they turned it into a Hawaiian luau backyard in no time! Their team goes above and beyond for their customers everytime! They also do my weekly maintenance and my landscaping looks great! Night and day compared to my self maintenance.
