Sonrise Lawn Care in Raytown

Did an outstanding job, lawn looked great and trimming/edging was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Requested their services. Was told someone would be out and check over my yard and then they would get back to me with a quote. After one week, I called back and was told they were behind but would be out in the next day or two. After another week I called back. Again got told they were behind and that someone would be out in a few day. Just before hanging up, I heard someone ask who it was. Person said it was <MyName> and laughed and then hung up. I didn't tell them to forget it, just found another service to handle it. I never did hear back from them. Very unprofessional. I guess if they are that far behind they don't need/want any additional business. Could have at least said so.

Big shout out to you for helping when I was stuck at the bottom of the hill to my neighborhood! Thank you for helping and saving the day!

Sonrise staff are always nice and professional. They do a fantastic job on my lawn treatment and leaves.

Horrible lawn care, they don’t bother to weedeat hardly anything. Gotten so bad in areas it’s has completely grown up with small trees ! They rarely blow anything off and they have broken 2 of my large flowerpots

Wish I could leave zero stars. I was told that there would be someone by every Thursday to mow my yard so I made arrangements to leave my dogs inside while I was at work that day (an hour away). I had Sonrise not show up the first Thursday with the excuse that they got behind even though they had it on two different workers routes. When I called after returning home that evening I was promised that they would be by first thing in the morning (Friday) which I would now have to make additional arrangements for my dogs again. The next week I made arrangements for my dog's to remain indoors on Thursday and guess what happened again when I returned home..... yep my yard was not mowed yet again. When I called again I was told that the workers came by and my dogs were left out but I knew better and told the person who answered the phone that this is becoming a weekly thing and not looking good for them. They again told me that there would be someone out again Friday morning even though my scheduled day is Thursday. The following week the same thing happened no one showed up Thursday dogs were in the house and all. I happened to be home sick from work Friday and on my way back from getting medicine from the pharmacy I saw the lawn truck down the street. I stopped and asked they guy when he planned on mowing my yard he said he had planned on it yesterday but got really behind and would like to do it now if possible. I asked if this was going to continue to be a weekly thing and he assured me it was not. I let my dogs in the worker mowed my yard broke my clothes line pole in the process and left without saying a word. Last week it rained off and on Thursday but I still put the dogs inside just in case they came by not that I actually expected them to however Friday I left them in as well and when I got home guess what....you guessed it no mowed yard. I called Sonrise Lawn Care but the office was closed left a message regarding my issues and to please cancel my service and have never even gotten so much as an apology phone call in return. I would not recommend them to anyone who is wanting prompt professional service.
