They are the best. Professional, quick and your lawn looks amazing
Would show up. Stand around for 5 minutes and leave without doing anything. Constantly lied about sprinkler blow outs being done and backflow tests. Do not hire this company. Edit: company dropped us due to bad review, they didn’t try to resolve their screw ups and damage to property, they just called and dropped us. To add on to the many issues here are some of the big ones: 1. Gate latch was broken after over a year of service and having to show the employees how to properly open and shut it. It occurred after they had done the service and was not broken prior. 2. Employees dug out and removed sandbags on other gate that were there to prevent pets getting out, this was after latch had been broken when they were explicitly told by the occupants not to use that gate. 3. Employees would show up and “work” but would be observed by us who occupied the residents to sit in their vehicle for about 20 minutes, put the billing statement on the door, and then proceed to leave without completing any work paid for. 4. The employees would constantly leave the gates to the backyard unlatched or opened after having been told several times to make sure they are secure so the dogs do not get out. They willfully ignored requests to do this on many occasions where myself or other occupants would return home to find the gates unlatched or wide open many times. 5. There have been an overgrowth of weeds not in grassy areas the entire time the company was under contract and it was never addressed even though myself and the current occupants had mentioned it to the employees many times. According to billing it said they do weed control and the owners were billed for it but there was always an overgrowth and still weeds in the lawn. 6. Company employees showed up today on 12/05/2024 claiming to be doing “Early Fall Cleanup, weeding, fertilizing”. It is winter already and no clean up or fertilization was done. The billing statement said the work was done at 11:18 AM but the occupants were outside receiving a new appliance delivery at said time and no Elements employees were at the property. I will be adding photos of damages and other ignored instructions as soon as I can take them. These is all true statements, and I am not going to take down this honest review because I am protected by the Consumer Review Fairness act having been the occupant of the home the services were supposed to be provided at for the majority of the contract times.
They have been my yard care specialists for several years now. They do a very fine job. I highly recommend them.
I love working with Elements landscaping. They are professional, have great design ideas, do amazing work at a fair price, return phone calls and work closely with the owners of the job I have referred them to dozens of potential customers. Everyone loves them. I have had them help me with jobs for over 11 years. Hands down, the only landscaping company I would refer my friends to.
Elements has been doing our yard service for 10 years. Tree and yard spraying, seasonal clean up and weekly yard mowing. Outstanding Service. Our yard and trees are heathy and green. When a staff notices an issue with our yard or trees they explain the issue and treat it. Thank you!!!
The "BEST" in the business. I don't know what I would do without them. My 5 acre property is absolutely 💯 👌 and it's only due to Elements Landscaping. This business has transformed the look of our front and back clearings around our home. They are great workers. They listened to our needs and concerns, and then created a more beautiful landscape than I had imagined. The attention to detail and knowledge and skill put us at ease. They did all the work from design to implementation, and all with precessional attitudes. Love it. Highly recommend!
We used Elements for Christmas lights. What I loved about our experience was that they always showed up when they said they would. There was always clear and good communication. And Shelly in the office is always so helpful! Thank you, Elements for giving us the prettiest lights in the neighborhood!

Elements worked with me on a backyard design. They then implemented that design and were very professional. The forman on my job was easy to work with, and soon gained my full confidence. It was clear he loved his job, and he was also very artistic. Elements exceeded my expectations.

We called and made an appointment for the back flow of our lawn sprinklers and the lady told us that they would call us the week of May 25th to the 31st. No call at all so that to me is not good business!
They do great quality work.
I used this company twice. The first time they showed up 3 weeks after the scheduled date to blow out my sprinklers. The following year they just never showed up to turn my sprinklers on. The main thing I didn t like was they wouldn t give me a date and a time to which the were suppose to be at my house. Instead they would just say the week of the 18th we should be out to your house. A month later I called a couple time and left messages but no reply. I will say when they blew out my sprinklers they seemed to do an adequate job.
I had lost a expensive IPhone and when I called it a worker answered it and told me where he was. I spent over 900 dollars on buying the phone and was blown away by the honesty of that man.
Great way to irritate your neighbors.. They start working at 7:30 in the morning with their beepers. They do not care if they damage plants on other peoples property. Not a great experience for your neighbors believe me.
I wrote a review that they didnt show up. I had the wrong date and it was my fault. They have apologized and it wasnt even their fault so I am changing my review. I apologize for not changing it sooner I didnt know how.
Good company for all your landscape and lawn maintenance
They did landscaping including sod, fire pit with benches and pavers. They also plant flowers in planters and maintain them. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Elements Landscaping is one of the best landscaping companies around! Not only do they perform landscaping services but they also do snow removal and Christmas lights - just like their slogan says every season any element they are more than capable to provide every service that you would need, for whichever season upon us and/or is approaching! They also have impeccable customer service which is the icing on top of the cake! Highly recommend!
I owned a home in the area for many years and had turned it into a rental for a few of those years. The back yard was full of various trees, shrub & raised bark beds, good sized yard etc. Place needed reclamation in multiple ways before it could be sold. Jason sent a crew in to handle all the areas it needed all at once, including a bang up job on trees far overdue to be trimmed. It was done fast and for a more than reasonable cost. Committed ownership and they can perform all the services any time of year. I see their crews all over K County at homes and businesses for a good reason.
One of the best around!! Thank you Elements for my recent parking lot remodel at my coffee stand. Leveling, grading and adding gravel, makes it look soo much better. Very quick and detail oriented, you guys rock (no pun intended)!

Elements landscaped my front yard. They did a great job with mow curbs, rock, sprinklers and hydroseeding. They also cleaned the entire back yard, trimmed trees, and bushes and adjusted all the sprinklers. They are very professional. Dan was the foreman and is very responsive and easy to work with.
Had an appointment for an estimate this morning - my husband took time off work for this and they never showed. I called and was informed that they are booked out for the year and everyone was notified. NO not everyone was notified! Dont waste your time

A special thanks to elements landscaping for our storm damage cleanup. They were professional and courteous. The hardworking crew and equipment managed to clear in just a few hours what would have taken us weeks. A job well done.
Well I would like to rate them on their service, but I cant because they never should up TWICE!! I contacted them towards the end of August and had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to show up to give me an estimate which was done by Jason. He seemed nice enough but was clearly in a hurry. He told me that someone in the office would contact me to get me on the schedule (which they did not). The following week I noticed 2 guys walking around my house, when I went out to confront them I saw they were from element. They told me they were here to mow my lawn. I did not request that, I was to get a small spring clean up. There response was we dont know about that, we just do the work. Anyway...I walked around the house with them explaining again what I needed and let them get to it. 2 Minutes later they knocked on my door telling me they didnt have the proper tools and couldnt do the job and that the office manager would contact me....again she did not. The next day I called only to be told I would be out back on the schedule for the following week. And AGAIN no one showed up. So I made several attempts to call the office yesterday between 3pm-4pm and there was no answer. So I would highly recommend using a different company as this seems to be a common practice according to google and yelp reviews.

You meet the nicest people when your stuck in the snow berm, that the nice big snow plows made. I was so high centered I couldnt go anywhere. I didnt catch this super heros name but he turned around and came back to help me. He shoveled and pushed, shoveled some more and pushed and push, finally getting me back on 95. Then he plowed me a little path to the house that I had to go to too watch a baby. I could never thank him enough. This man deserves a raise!
Update: The crew was very nice and came out after the incident with the cracked fence. Looks like they are doing what they can to fix the fence.
This has to be the worst landscaping company around. If your not going to show up for appointments give a heads up and when u do at least bring the tools to do the job. Very dissatisfied and will be sharing my experience.
They dont show up for half the appointments they make and then when they do they mess the work up. Ive spent more on repairing their work than if I would have just bought all new parts and started from scratch. Shelly that answers the phone and makes appointments has given me the worst problems, usually botching the appointment in one way or the other or just plain never calling back.
They have become worse and worse. My yards does not look like it has been mowed some weeks. They leave messes and are not responsive to your concerns.
This past spring: 2 no-shows for Back Flow Testing & to turn my sprinklers on. When they finally did the BF testing, they did not tag my system. Fortunately, I had the invoice to prove it was done. They didnt mention a leaking valve at that time. This fall: 2 appointments made to have sprinklers blown out. You guessed it - 2 no shows (again)! Even though I got confirmation calls before my SCHEDULED appointments, this company never showed up to do the work! For over a month, I was told they would look into it or get it scheduled or get back to me (5 or 6 phone calls on my part). Never received a call back or any sort of explanation as to why they repeatedly do not show up for appointments at my home! 5 weeks later, I contacted another company - who came out THAT DAY to get my sprinklers taken care of for the winter. I would NOT recommend this company if you are expecting honesty, quality work or any form of communication! One star is the lowest review allowed - or I would have given less!
The only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because 1 of the 2 guys that showed up was really nice but that was the only good thing about my experience with them. They couldnt give any specific time just gave me 2 different days that they could show up so I waited and finally on the second day, I called and they gave me specific time. People didnt show til the next day. They left lawn clippings everywhere and never used an edger, just a weed whacker that only whacked away the grass and exposing all the dirt. They are not worth the price, the neighbor kids would have been a better choice.

Elements has done my yard work, snow removal and Christmas lights! They do a great job.
