Thanks to SYNLawn we are now happily putting on a super fun mini golf hole. Joe was very professional, open to feedback, fun to brainstorm with, and very detailed in the application of the turf. We can't thank him enough for his time working on this project and making it possible. We also love that the turf is high quality and that the company has an interest in environmentally friendly products (via their recycled turf and boards) and has a commitment to helping our community through various initiatives. We hope to use them again to get Wilson Elementary playground updates!

I contacted Synlawn 8 years ago after buying a new house which had no landscaping at all. Joe helped me create a low maintenance yard that would look good and last a long time. He recently came by to give our lawn a refresh. A little power brushing and stretching and our lawn looks as good as new! I can’t say enough about how much we love our lawn and how great of an experience it has been working with Synlawn! Joe’s positive attitude and attention to detail is what has helped to transform our house into our home!

SYNLawn of South Dakota helped make the Kirby Dog Park in downtown Sioux Falls a great success. The high quality turf performs well in all weather conditions and we appreciate the fantastic service from the SYNLawn team before, during, and after installation.

It took me quite a long time to get in contact with anyone with the company, despite the promise on initial contact that someone would reach out in 24-48 hours. After I finally got in contact (multiple calls and e-mails), what I will say is that Merlyn was very nice, and seemingly reasonable. The company is lucky to have him. I was then referred to an installer who quoted me THRITEEN THOUSAND dollars to install turf in a very small dog run in my yard (around 150 sq feet). After questioning the integrity of this company and their estimate, they than "compromised" with a NINE THOUSAND dollar quote. These two quotes would be $86 and $60 per sq. foot, respectively. For reference, Synlawn estimates that the cost per sq. foot should be in the $15-$20 price range. This is apparently not true at all, as the requested work I had estimated should have been between $2000 and $3000 (truthfully, even 2-3k seems a little extreme for this miniscule area in my opinion; nonetheless I was open to paying the premium for a professional installation of a good quality product). When I questioned the integrity of this company (Bluestone Landscaping, STAY AWAY from them), I was referred to another company for a quote who turned out to be "too busy" to even do an estimate. I haven't heard back from Synlawn since, and that's probably to my benefit. Communication: 0/10 Contractor ethics and integrity: 0/10 Ownership of issues: 0/10 Friendliness: 8/10 (their only saving grace) Quality of product: unknown, unfortunately Overall, I would recommend one stays away from this company, despite their potential of a good product.

This is quite the company. I have personally used SYNLawn products on three projects (so far) and would not dream of looking elsewhere. The quality of product is second to none...the best warranty in the biz backs that up. Perhaps more importantly, the customer service is perfection...the type that all businesses should hope to provide. Great local business!!
