I don't think my snow blower ran as well new as it does now. I took it to Brown's because it just wouldn't start. Had to put a new carburetor on it because the old one couldn't be fixed. The machine is only 6 years old, so I think it wasn't set up right to begin with. They did a great job, promptly and reasonably priced. Thanks!

This is a business to look up to came in looking for a old gas cap for a 3.5 horsepower Briggs& Stratton with no part number. They were able to find one and hand it to me at no charge. I had been to three other places. Nobody sells this stuff anymore but this place was able to hook me up. Kudos!
Great service on my Toro lawnmower. Thing works great and don’t have to worry about it having a dull blade anymore. Definitely recommend but take into account that depending on the time of year, you could be without your small machine for a few weeks. Be considerate and know you’re not the only one in town looking to get things serviced.
I have always received Excellent service from Browns. Bill and Eric Excellent service. I was having an issue with my mower and went in and saw Eric. I decided I wanted a new mower and Eric helped me pick one out. I got it home and put it to use. It works great Browns small engine repair is the Best place in town for equipment and service 👍👍👍👍
I dropped my string trimmer off on 5/23 for a tune up and was told it'll be about 5 days. I called 5/26 just to see if maybe it would be done before the holiday weekend. I was told "you're number 5 in the pile and it'll be done next week." I said no problem. I called again 6/1 to see if they had gotten to it and was told the exact same thing "you're number 5 in the pile and it'll be done next week." I said "I was told that last week Friday, I'm gonna have to come pick it up because I live in an HOA and with all the rain I need to get it done." I wasn't mad, more so annoyed. When I showed up and checked in, I was told "ya know if you had had some patience we probably would have had it done today." Excuse me? I was told 20 minutes ago "it'll be done next week." I was then told in a very rude manner "today is technically day 5 with the holiday weekend." 5/23 - 6/1 with 5/29 being the holiday makes 7 days. I didn't like his attitude with me when I was simply trying to pick up my machine. I've bought 3 very good machines from Browns over the last 9 years and planned on adding a snow thrower in the fall. Looks like I'll be going to fleet farm to buy Ariens and Echo products from now on.
Best service anywhere! We have brought several of our small engine products to Browns for repairs and servicing and have always had excellent service. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. We just bought a new, larger snow blower and Bill spent time with us to make sure we knew about all the features, safety points, and how to operate. We had a parking lot demo and my husband was able to ask questions, get the "feel" of the machine and feel comfortable with it. When you are a customer with Brown's Small Engines, you get preferred treatment with service/repair appointments, which is a great perk. Highly recommend Brown's Small Engines and will continue to be their customer.

Simply AMAZING! Needed to get my riding lawnmower serviced, went online and left my name, number and service I needed done and Bill Brown responded back within 24 hrs. Told me he was 2 weeks backed up with work but if I could bring it in on a certain day he would be sure to get it done that day. Sure enough he called me in 3 hours saying service was done. WOW! So refreshing to find a service provider who actually does what they promise to do I highly recommend Browns repair and theyve made a new customer in me. Thanks Bill!

Best small engine shop in town
I brought some lawn equipment in for repairs, Ive called at least 20 times to inquire about its status, no one ever answers the phone. Ive called at different times of day and on different days. Does anyone there ever answer the phone? Today I called 3 more times still no answer I just keep getting their recording. Ill go somewhere else next time.
