I have been into Warne Chemical multiple times to buy fertilizer and grass seed. Each time I have been there I have been helped by a different employee. Each one of them has been extremely friendly and helpful. They are able to answer any and all questions. I have always been very impressed with the service and will continue to return here in the future.
Taylor called me within an hour and was extremely helpful. He explained what we need to do take care of the fire blight and how to maintain heathy trees. I really appreciated Taylor's expertise. Thank you
Last year I called about getting lawn service never received a call back, this year called about getting lawn service never received a call back. Have a Tree that needs to be trimmed and the trimmer told me that he thought it was missing some nitrogen and I should contact Warren chemical. I absolutely cringed at the idea, but since I can’t seem to find anybody else, I went ahead and called them. Talked to Taylor he said there was no need for him to come out that he could see all he needed to see by pictures Taylor Texted me and said send me some pictures of the tree. I immediately did, waited a week never heard back from him. Texted him again to make sure that he got the pictures, no response have called multiple times and have never received a call back. Horrible horrible company
Spectacular service. Excellent products and applicators. All of my spray equipment comes from Warn Such as: 3 25 gallons jack rabbit 2 50 gallon dual reel with booms 60' 3 point boom sprayer I put on my tractor that has GPS. They have all the replacement parts on hand...the equipment never wears out.
I worked with Tiffany to set up the 5-step lawn care as well as Springtime pest control. (While I missed the window for the initial application of the 5-step lawn care, I'm on track for the remaining four steps). I'm pretty excited about this and have high hopes after reading the other reviews! However, my focus here is on the pest control service I received recently. Jim, the technician, came out on a Saturday morning to administer the pest control treatment. He demonstrated remarkable efficiency and thoroughness, ensuring every area received proper spraying. However, the interior part of the garage was forgotten, but I gave Warne Chemical a call, spoke to Tiffany, and she was able to get Jim back to my house that same day to finish the job! (Side note: I actually didn't mind that the interior garage was not done, but I did not want to be invoiced for it when the quote I received said it was included. When I called expressing my concerns, I was told because it is included in the price, it could not be removed from the total). Not to fear though, Tiffany sent Jim back my way and he was back at my door within 30 minutes to complete the job. Jim is great and has wonderful customer service! He could have been disgruntled having to be sent back, but he apologized profusely and was still very cheery. I chalk the misstep up to being really early and first thing in the morning. Overall, I am pleased with the service that I received and am eager to continue working with their dedicated team for future lawn care needs.
We contacted Warne to kill weeds in our backyard to prep for hydro seeding. The front lawn and sides were already established. They rescheduled 5 times due to wind and between each appt we waited 1-2 weeks. We missed the spring planting window due to this. When they finally showed they didn’t call prior and We were out of town. They sprayed without confirmation and killed the ENTIRE yard. They did not call back for quite some time and we went all summer with bare ground. The weeds came back and overtook the whole yard. They finally contacted us in the fall to offer restitution. Their offer was to let them do a quick dry seeding or $600 cash. Nowhere near what it will cost to reestablish a healthy lawn.
Cancelled my service last year; getting charged for services being performed this year. Not amused to say the least.

I hired them to get rid of german cockroaches. We were seeing 1 every 7-10 days. Only ever 1 at a time. After they sprayed/baited 5 weeks later we still see them regularly. Never stopped them at all. It cost me $133 and no improvement at all. The stuff they said they used cost $20 a can maybe just spray it yourself. Its defense nxt.
I strongly advise against using this service as it was an utter disappointment. The individual who came to my house was incredibly rude and couldnt wait to finish the job as soon as possible. There were areas of my lawn that werent even treated! To make matters worse, it took them over a month to show up and work on my small yard. This company charges exorbitant fees for a standardized service that doesnt even take into account the unique conditions of your yard. They use the same formula for everyone, regardless of your soil pH, grass quality, or any other relevant factors. Its clear they have no regard for the health of your lawn or whether their treatment is even necessary. Moreover, when I forgot to pay my bill, they didnt bother to send me a simple reminder letter or make a courtesy phone call. Instead, they promptly took me to court with a small claim lawsuit. Such a callous and unprofessional approach is simply unacceptable. Despite all the money and effort I wasted on this service, my grass looks worse than ever before. So, if youre looking for a substandard service that cares only about making a quick buck and has no qualms about dragging you to court, then this is the perfect choice for you. Otherwise, stay away from them and save yourself the trouble.
Staff is amazing and knowledgeable. Have an issue with grass being spotty in my back yard and they were more than willing to help give me recommendations on what to do to get better results for my soil.

They were quick to respond and got me to the appropriate person the same day I contacted them. Taylor determined what was wrong with our tree after I sent a few pictures, and they were out to treat it only a couple of days later. They are very knowledgeable and I am very pleased with how quickly they took care of our tree. Highly recommend!

I don t often write reviews but thought it necessary to compliment Logan. He was most likely training Eric and was so thoughtful and knowledgeable when I asked him about a tree I had planted while they were here for routine fertilizing of my trees. He took Eric and thoroughly explained to him everything he was doing. In regards to the new tree, they were both on the ground for at least 5-7 min assessing it and gave me advice and explained things! Coming from a teacher, this was a blessing to my day to witness the younger generation acting with such professionalism, kindness and respect. Not only to me but Logan s ability to be a fabulous mentor to Eric! It s hard to find people like Logan to do an important job, done right and with extra thoughtfulness, thoroughness and professionalism. I appreciate that very much! Thank you Logan and Eric

Hello this experience I had with the sales person was exstrodinarely the best salesman I have ever experienced before, for 1 the man stayed extra time after the store was closed and waited for me to get across town and then answered all my questions and also explained all the good,bad and very perfessional and let me know everything I needed to know about the product and procedures. Im from Rapid City and it was on Sat. 30th After hours. I never caught his name but he knows who Im talking about,very very good salesman and though row with his explanations. We own a 4 plex and several rentals, I ve used Warne Chemical to spray for insects, inside and outside perimeters for the past 18 years. Always professional, always effective job, great service and fair prices.
I called to get my house sprayed for spiders. They showed up in the time that they said they would. Very happy with that. The problem lies with the communication. They told me that they would provide an individual sprayer and some product for $50 so I could spray the inside of my garage myself. I didnt want the whole inside of the house sprayed because I dont have an issue inside. I was never told to go purchase it at the physical store so I assumed they would bring it to me. They showed up sprayed the house which Im thankful for but never left a spray bottle. Insert confusion. I then called and was told sorry for the confusion on your part we dont do that on the phone when clearly they didnt communicate it well on their side. Happy with the spray and the service but unhappy with the miscommunication on their part. Hopefully their product speaks for itself. That will determine if I use them next year when the time comes.

Had a weed and feed spray scheduled for April. No one ever showed up. Called the 1st of May and was told it would be another week. Called a week later and was told they were scheduled for the following week and still no one showed. Called again and was told they would be out this past Turs or Fri and again... no show. It isnow the 2nd week in June and I am tired of waiting and pulling weeda. Will look for a more reliable company!
This is where you need to go if you are planting grass, applying fertilizer, or pest/herbicide. They will get you exactly what you need. Even if you are just a homeowner go here, dont waste time on the cheap box store junk
Wonderful company. Jim who was sent out to spray for bug control was very nice and informative. He is definitely a asset to the company. I will definitely be using again in a few months especially after they fit me in at such a busy time for them! Thank you!!

I called them and they came over and did an estimate on my lawn the next day. I called to schedule there 5 treatment lawn program and they were at my house the next day to start. Great and fast service and the gentleman doing my lawn was pleasant.

Called to schedule a 4-time treatment. Missed the first one so it was technically 3. After almost a month, saw no one. Called, was told they would be there by Friday. Friday came, and still no one. Went with TruGreen.
I tried true green twice, always got garbage results, found out my neighbors used Warne Chemical. Called them up and I am already 100% impressed. They are punctual, they do exactly what they say they will do, and I am already seeing my grass color and health improve dramatically. I recommend em all the way!!

Why 5 Stars ? Because They built me an Awesome 60 Gallon, pull behind watering tank with a 12 volt pump for my far away trees (folks who live rural understand) Half the price of chemical sprayers with accessories that I didnt need ! They were professional, timely And fair priced

We have been using TruGreen for about 6 years now. We switched this year after an issue involving our new dog (either they didnt spray or they sprayed with our dog in the yard. Either way, they charged us.) We noticed an immediate difference. Our lawn has never looked this thick and green!!

They sprayed my trees for a fungus a several years ago and only now has it returned...
Had my house seasonally treated for spiders. This time I had more spiders just after being treated. Called to inquire and see if they could do anything. They said no problem they could handle it, it would just be another $180 charge. They do not warranty there product at all and cant promise any results.
Terrible communication skills. They tried to charge me twice for the same weed spray job. Took 2 and half months for my weeds to die. Never using again.
I am in Phoenix AZ, and am desperately trying to save my ficus tree from a fungus. I purchased some Mauget Fungisol from a company here and after spending $100 discovered that the normal sized feeder tube is too large for the thin skinned ficus. So I had to buy another supply (another $100) to try again. Since the local company didnt carry the mini-micro feeder tube, they wanted me to buy a full box of 100 for $36 just to get the 9 tubes that I needed. I went on-line and found Warne Chemical. Victor heard my story and right away realized that I needed the smaller tubes, and yes, they did carry them. He simply charged me shipping and sent out the tubes right away. Talk about incredible customer service!!! Here I am, out of state and not a probable repeat customer and hes willing to cut me a huge break. Maybe we ought to think about going to the mid-west where people still follow the golden rule.
