This company has done sprinkler work for us many times over the last 12 years and they are amazing!! The owners are fantastic and their staff are always knowledgeable, polite and efficient.

I would like to add an additional comment as I am not allowed to respond to this business owners statement. I have had interaction with the owners, as the owner called my Husband at 7pm on a Sunday night while we were enjoying family time. The owner left a very uncomfortable voicemail demanding my husband call him immediately on his personal number not work number. No other context was left. Being I was the individual who left the review on behalf of MY FAMILY, I tried to call the owner back as he demanded in his voicemail. Rather than answering, he sent a very long and distasteful text message to my husband, threatening our freedom of speech while also making a mockery out of our truthful review-rather than identifying he had a customer that had a horrible experience he instead resulted to gaslighting us claiming we shouldn’t be making this a big deal and we are in the wrong. After reading the message I called back once more to handle the situation as I was the reviewer. Upon answering it was the same exact response of “you’ll hear from my lawyers, you’re defaming me, you’re father has no right to review, I’m not afraid to spend a little money to get these bogus stars down, hope you had fun with this little game” and so forth. The owner would not let me speak and tried to state that my elderly disabled father who lives with us has NO reason or right to comment on the interaction and services provided to OUR HOUSEHOLD. Regarding other reviews, everyone has a right to an opinion, unfortunately the service and treatment we have been provided has been extremely distasteful to hear about leading others to make their rightful opinion on a business. The most shocking of this all is during this open channel of communication not once to the owner try to talk through this terrible situation. It’s been continuous threatening and the old famous line “I can’t believe something this small is being blown up this big”. Unfortunately being that my family are good people, when we are treated with absolute disrespect we will stand up for ourselves and share our story as that is what reviews are meant for. This will be the last time I will comment on this matter and this business. I really hope any future customers have a better experience than my family, if you don’t I warn you not to express because you may end up with multiple threats and be treated as the bad guy!!! It’s a sad time to be a customer these days. *disclaimer quoted and phrases may be generalized* *everything I stated is opinion with supporting documents* TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their website states “Free Quotes” in big letters all to find out in the “fine print” sprinkler consultations are not included.. Had a rep stop by for 20 minutes maximum to talk with my husband before he took our son to his class. Conversation ended with the rep saying they’d get back to us - never heard anything than an $80 dollar bill shows up in our mail. Now that’s not much in the grand scheme of things, but it’s the principle behind how the bill came about. If they plan to charge for certain quotes they should list it under their false advertising of free quotes. The billing rep claimed this individual was at our house for HOURS - a complete lie, again 20 minutes max. Keep in mind this consultation was regarding updates on a PRE EXISTING lawn care system that is fully functioning. Just a disappointment as my husband initially liked the rep and we were considering moving forward, but now they get the consultation fee rather than probably over 1000 dollars worth of business! Great management strategy at this company!!

Charged $80 to give us what was advertised as a free quote. Doesn’t sound like very good service to me.
