I was head trustee for a church here in town and we had them do our snow removal for many years. They were always very professional and on time. I've had to call sometimes for the parking lot to get cleaned off because of unscheduled events and Jarrett was very accommodating. I recommend them highly!

My retaining wall failed and they came right away to ensure no further damage would happens. Did an amazing job replacing our wall. Very prompt and did everything possible to keep the cost down. Would use them again!

Normally I really love the service. I don't know if it is my system itself or not, but after start up I had problem they came out and I am still having problems. I ended up replacing Solenoids to make the system work even though they said they replaced them. One of the sprinkler heads broke on first use and I replaced that myself as well. Normally I really like the service but this time and $400 later for me to have to fix what was done already is frustrating.

This company came to fix sprinklers.Absolutely nothing was fixed when they left. They were called numerous times and the problem was never resolved. They did however, expect to get paid for work not completed.

I recently had a leak in my sprinkler system's mainline. Jeff came out within a few days and got things fixed up. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. He took the time to make a long-term fix rather than replacing only the broken elbow (which would likely crack again due to stress). This is the second time I have used Carefree for repairs and have been happy with their work.

In previous years they were great. However that has changed this year. I've tried to schedule several jobs since March. They either schedule something and then dont show up or tell me someone will call me to schedule. I'm sure it's related to the labor shortage but maybe just let me know you cant or won't work with me.
