Submitted an online request for a quote for some work about 10 days ago. This company never bothered to respond. Certainly understand that companies may prioritize the work they are willing to take on based on the size or potential earnings etc… but at least have the decency to respond and tell potential customers that. Best Bet is definitely off my list of potential hires for any other work I might need in the future as well.
Having used 5-7 lawn companies over the last 10 years I can say without a doubt this company is your best bet! Every other company has come and gone, often quitting in the middle of a season but Best Bet has stuck around. They're attentive to detail and conscious of my requests.

I love working with Zach and his crew. I have very large, tall pine trees a couple of which unfortunately succumbed to beetle damage and needed to come down. He and his team came out, gave me a bid and got me on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time. The two very large trees were removed, there was no mess and we barely knew they were there except for the missing trees. I've used this company a couple of times and am very pleased with the work they've done! Thanks, Zach and crew!!

Where to begin, this is our first new construction home and with the cost that is associated with landscaping it can be overwhelming. Zach took the time to thoroughly explain the different options available for what specifications we were looking for and from the pictures attached his crew and him delivered!! Ever since our first contact with him he has been very helpful and quick in his response time whether the requests or questions both big and small. He was very upfront with the costs associated with our project and ensured it turned out as amazing as it looks today. Great experience with this company. I had a scheduled appointment for 130 pm and I got home at 120 and they were waiting for me. Unfortunately they were unable to fix my system do to it being poorly installed and to old and brittle. They were very honest and upfront. I highly recommend this company. Austin W and Coltin were very helpful, friendly and honest
Dante & Max are great. I had a few minor issues when they first began to cut my lawn. I simply called the office and they passed my requests on to the guys and they took care of it. My lawn looks as good as if I had done it myself. Well Done!!!

We used Zach to move a 4ft drift of snow off of our driveway! He came and went in about 10 minutes and the job was done above and beyond what my standards were! Very professional, fast, and great quality! 10/10 would recommend every time!

Gets out there and gets the job done, corrects it willingly without protest or fuss if you got a complaint. Good, responsible local business. I m probably gonna be using them annually.
