Trugreen did a terrible job on my lawn. Part was burned from over application of fertilizer, most of the rest was overrun with crabgrass. I tried repeatedly--for more than a month--to reach the local office but all phones (after the sales process) are forwarded to a call center. The company is a mess.

Update 7/16/24: Another employee who Skips houses. This ones name is Gene and argues with customer b4 she drives away. I have 10 cameras all around my property filming from a fly landing on my mailbox to Gene yelling at me in my driveway. She said she sprayed property 2 weeks ago and refused to do revisit. Really!!! Why would she push back. Thats very unprofessional!! My concern for revisit was it rained 1 hr after she sprayed property 2 weeks ago. Thats why I wanted a respray. We were excited for our first experience dealing with TruGreen. 2 days after we signed up, they came already! We were notified that Kaisseme is coming at 8:30 am, and on point, he s here. Nowadays that s rare. No 4 hour windows with them. Kaisemme is not just punctual, he s very pleasant and polite. Very professional, answering all my questions. I was watching him and he s very efficient. Great job. Now we ll see if the chemicals he put down will work. Carlo the sales specialist also did a good job communicating with us. They show up with notice and treat my lawn with fertilizers at the appropriate times during the year to ensure my grass is the best it can be. When I moved in the lawn was mostly moss. Using trugreen last year, I was very happy to have green grass . Lawn never looked better

Poor customer service. They will call you everyday to try to up sale you on something. Overall never saw a difference in our lawncare. Also even if you have a conversation saying how disappointment and do not want to this service anymore, they dont cancel your membership and dont call before showing up again the following spring and you have to keep paying until you call corporate.

Do not sign up with TruGreen!! The service has gone completely downhill. Ive called the local Randolph office 3x and get connected to a call center. Norman has never called back. They dont leave service tickets, or theyre left in the rain. Just called again, got disconnected and no call back. Its infuriating to try and get acceptable customer service. Im going to switch to another company.

Please dont buy into what the website says. They claim, Tailored Solutions TruGreen offers tailored solutions to meet the needs of your unique outdoor living space, every season of the year, no matter where you live and Professionally Trained Experts TruGreen has a team of professionally trained experts and specialists to ensure every service is performed the right way with the right product and equipment at the right time to maximize effectiveness. This stuff is just a marketing, the branch manager basically told me it is impossible to meet those standards, their employees are sent out to addresses with a product and told to put it down regardless if its needed or not. They burnt the heck out of my lawn dont let them do the same to yours.

Very hit and miss. As many other comments said. They do not do proper coverage. I suspect certain Techs are actually the problem. There is 1 from this office I will not allow back. I was promised he would not service my property, but that s who showed up last time and he did a poor job. After reviewing security camera footage I called and was promised a follow up retreatment. They actually showed up early today and even with some equipment issues the tech eventually did what looks like a great job and was super polite and professional the whole time. This was the same tech who corrected the bad service last year. I will be cancelling any service that is not him. Pay attention to their billing though. I had a big issue with them last year when they tried rebilling me for service from 10 (TEN!) years ago they say I never paid for. Took months to finally get removed. Also agree with many comments about not being contacted/called back by the local manager. They do a great game of passing the buck. Managers name and number should be published with an escalation path to regional and or executive offices. There seems to be no accountability for their non-attention to customers. Bottom line: watch them and keep them accountable. The rest of this season will determine if I continue service.

I love all the true green ChemLawn guys, the one thing I really appreciate is that they never run over my dogs toys They move all his babies aside, and never run them over. That brings the customer service up so many notches. They also never ever forget to close my gate to the backyard. I ve had other services that I have forgotten, and not so soon after that I m chasing my dog down the road. I don t usually leave reviews on places, even if they suck. But this place deserves 0 stars. My boyfriends father pays for the yard to be treated. My boyfriend and I, who live at the house, have a large VEGETABLE garden in the back yard. It is very obvious and plain as day. A blind person would trip on it and know it s there. Our entire garden was sprayed with your chemicals. There are pellets covering our plants, as well as the soil, making it toxic to eat. I m assuming your employees know the risks of the stuff they are spreading. Especially because the sign they leave in the front yard says to not walk dogs or allow kids in the yard for 72 hours. We now cannot eat any of the crops we ve grown. All of our plants are destroyed and are turning black where the pellets are on the leaves. Not to mention the pellets being all over the sidewalk, driveway, as well as in the pool. The garden was very much so avoidable. Our crops are inedible and the grass is still dead.

Never had a problem with true green but today the guy the came to my houae broke my side of the entrance concrete and left it there , did not notice anyone, very disappointed.

Dont make my mistake. They lack integrity. They issued me an invoice for a service that was never provided and they wont issue a refund. It happened 3 times already. The first two times I agreed for what they call reservice which is actually sending someone here. The 3rd time I asked for my money back and they wont refund. Thats stealing. Stay away. Update: Shortly after I posted this review I was contacted by a member of the care team and she issued a full refund for the fraudulent invoice that was issued to me, so at least that part was remediated.

When I spoke to the local branch in March, I was exploring switching to TruGreen only because the cost of my existing account with Lawn Doctor went up. When I found that I was getting the same treatments PLUS a lime treatment with LD, the woman I spoke with told me her manager would approve throwing that in. When I called today (but can only get corp customer service) I spoke with a Nadelis, who told me that service was not part of my plan and offered to schedule it and would explore discounting the service. I told her that if it is not thrown in as I was told in March, I am not scheduling it and would not renew for next season. She put up NO effort to keep my business and put in my cancellation for next season.

Gene B. our Technician who perfomed the Tree/Shrub Service was polite, pleasant, and responsive to questions. She did a great job and followed the directions about our property on file. I would like to commend Dave for the wonderful service he has given with regard to Lawn applications. I had requested Dave contact me when onsite. Very disatisfied. No improvements to bare spots, caused even more of them through fertilizer burn and killed some evergreen border plants that never came back. Cancelled service last spring. Got a Text Msg from Troy this January asking if I would be intereted in re-starting. Said I would consider if someone could come out to my home so I could show them why I was unhappy. He said they would only do that in the sprig AFTER I re-started service. I told them to forget it. Cannot recommend them.

Don t waste your time with this company. They tore up my yard when they aerated it and wouldn t repair the damage. They also wouldn t return my phone calls.

I hired Trugreen to grow me a front and back lawn. I specifically told the sales rep that my lawn was dirt and moss and that it needed to be seeded. On the first application Trugreen laid down fertilizer with weed and crabgrass control. Which I thought was weird because I didn t have any grass as of yet. When I checked my homes security system I saw that they only fertilized one half of my front lawn and one half of my back lawn. I then discover I was signed up for fall airation and seeding which threw me for a loop because I specifically explained to the sales rep that I did not have any grass and needed to grow grass. I canceled my service with Trugreen as a result of only performing half of the first application. I then spoke to a local landscaping company who informed me that would not be able to grow grass for the season because Trugreen laid down weed and crabgrass control before I actually had a lawn. Apparently weed and crabgrass control prevents grass seeds from germinating. So this is the dilemma Trugreen has placed me in. So I won t have a front or back lawn for the season. Now I m waiting to receive a full refund. I m at a loss because my home is going to look crazy without any grass.

This company is a money-stealing FRAUD!!! My husband and I called TruGreen NJ on March 8th because we had ants in the house and wanted treatment for that and for mosquito removal. We stressed to the rep that we were looking to start service asap. He quoted us a price for the summer, it included 5 treatments, and we paid right away for the entire service (we were not given another option). He told us that the company was very big on customer service and that if they sprayed and bugs and mosquitos were back the next day, they would come out the very next day and spray again at no additional charge, etc. Everything sounded awesome. A few weeks passed and there was no service. We reached out to the rep, who apologized and assured us everything would be taken care of and he would make sure we got service set up immediately. Ok, great. Except, more time passes and still nothing. We called again. This time, the rep claimed that the phone number on our account was incorrect and told us some number weve never heard of. Anyway, he claimed to correct the error and once again promised that we would have service sent to our house within a day or two. No service was ever received, almost 2 months later. At this point, the rep stopped responding to texts and voicemails. When we called the main line on Thursday, the automated system said we were scheduled for service today, April 25th. I feel it is almost redundant at this point of me to say that this service never happened. We called the main line again. Of course a representative is never available. Now, the line says we are due for service this coming Friday. The only problem is that I dont trust I will ever receive this service anymore. We paid almost $500 and have yet to see anyone come to our house.

The sales person assured us that they would not use machines on the lower portion of our property and ruin the lawn - which they did. Any time you call the 1-800 number you get an out of the country answering service that promises a call within 24-48 hours. To date I have not received a single call. Canceled the service after two weeks of trying to get someone on the phone.

Used for weed control and fertilization over the past 4 years. I think their pretty good, sometimes the weed control lacks full lawn coverage.

Had Trugreen service my lawn for the past 4 or 5 years. Prepaid the first season I had them but they were so unreliable I stopped prepaying and paid after each application they did. Two weeks ago I got a robo call from Trugreen letting me know they were coming to perform my first service of the season the following day. But they never showed. A few days later a customer service rep from Trugreen called me and said my annual service was canceled and would I like to renew it. I asked the rep why my service was canceled right after I was supposed to get my first service for the season? I never canceled it and I always paid my bills on time. The rep said there was no info why it was canceled but it was canceled by the Randolph Trugreen office that did my service. The rep then connected me with the Randolph office to find out why my service was canceled. When I spoke to someone there they couldnt tell me why my service was canceled either. But right away he tried to sell me more services that I did not want and get me to prepay for the season. I told him I wanted to stick with just the Truhealth service that I always had and did not want to prepay. I could hear the tone in his voice change and all he said is ok he will renew my service. Then hung up. A week has passed and when I check my online account it still says there is no service for this address. I really believe this entire cancellation was just a sales tactic to get me on the phone so they can talk me into adding more services and prepay for the season. So now I am done with Trugreen. I was never impressed by their service and results to my lawn anyway. Calling Lawn Doctor!

My lawn looked good after using them. Was all set to use again this year, had agreed to price and services on phone. When it came time for them to start, they would not honor the terms of our agreement, saying their representative on the phone did not have the authority to make that agreement. I canceled immediately.

I received Lawn Care service from TruGreen. My lawn not only has multiple BLONDE patches but it has BALD SPOTS not. Like it was given a bad perm with no neutralizing shampoo. I called and held for a Manager. The Manager barely listened but assured me that a professional would come to not only assess the damages but treat them. The professional showed up today and attempted to spray weed killer on my lawn AGAIN. It s OBVIOUS that the MANAGER I spoke with was not attentive and FAILED to brief the lawn care professional on the details of the visit. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE & INCOMPETENT LEADERSHIP. They never even offered a refund. These services are EXPENSIVE btw. Did I mention, the 1st day I was suppose to receive services, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP NEVER AGAIN

After applying a treatment I ended up with rows of yellow grass. They blamed the lawn service and took no action to correct the issue. I canceled as a result. I d recommend going elsewhere.

They cant seem to help get rid of the weeds in my lawn. Did some damage to the lawn by over spreading in some areas. Burnt it out and they refuse to send anyone to repair the damage!! Stay away from this company! Terrible experience!

I rarely write reviews, but I had to write something about trugreen. I had there service for a year, the weeds did not get any better, they actually got worse. Additionally they charge you whenever they want without any approval. I prepaid for a years with of service and with 2 service trips left I was charge $100 without any warning

Poor service. No proper response if you call. 1. I have a slight slope on the side they conveniently ignored. They did not apply weed control on that side. Reported multiple times but no use. 2. Multiple times they applied weed control right before rain and it was useless. Once I called and reported, they said they will check after a week but nothing happened. Few times I had to apply weed control over their service. 3. I had chosen a full year maintenance priori year at a given rate and the next year they auto renewed at a spiked up price and they have been charging my credit card without me giving any approval for new prices

We were a customer for many years but this summer they burned our lawn due to over application and blamed us. This is a common theme with Trugreen. Have heard similar reports from neighbors. They said they would look into it further but the account manager never responded. In addition they aerated my lawn without authorization and billed me for it. I called customer service who said they would escalate the issue but no one returned my call and they keep sending me bills. Horrible customer service. I am done with this company. UPDATE- I sent an email as your response requested but no one has followed up with me! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I signed up with Trugreen this spring, hoping to improve my lawn. The first treatment was completed without an issue. However since June service has been poor, they only treated half of my yard, Ive complained to customer service, sales guy and what someone in management. As of today my yard looks worse than it did in April. Never again

I signed up for the year and after a couple of months I noticed that my weeds werent going away. So for the next visit I watched them partially service my lawn so I complained they sent the same technician out to service he only parked his truck in front of my house and never came outside to service my lawn thats a third of an acre and left 3 minutes later. The next time they quickly serviced half of my lawn this company is a joke. Customer service is good private contractors are no good and dont care

UPDATE Aeration Service Performed on 9/21/21: Specialist/Tech 51680- Karim did a very nice job in making up for what Specialist/Tech Zach failed to do on 9/14/! Worth noting that were still waiting to talk with Norman L. D. (Supervisor) as to why we didnt get the proper agreed upon service the first time as well as why it took us having to talk with the 8 Customer Service Agents in order to make things right. We were told by the Customer Service Agent on Saturday (9/18) that the local manager would contact us by close of business that day - THAT SIMPLY NEVER HAPPENED! SIMPLY PUT - WORKING WITH TRUGREEN AND THEIR SYSTEM HAS BEEN ANYTHING BUT SMOOTH AND IS VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING AT TIMES!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Poor Quality Job! Service is very, very inconsistent from one season to the next. Techs do NOT follow instructions and when asked to Do It Right/agreed upon, simply pack up and drive away. Agree with K - you shouldnt waste your time or money with the team at this branch!

I used them for fertilizing the lawn for a one year pre-paid contract. The lawn is still having yellowish patches in the fall. The technician was late for 6 hours for the last service and now they can not even schedule me an appointment . I called the sales representative that sold me the pre-paid contract (and he had promised me he would take care of my services) several times and he did not return my calls.

Update. Based on my feedback Trugreen was willing to redo the aeration and overseeding service, however by then I had already completed it myself, so they agreed to refund the fee. All of us make mistakes unknowingly, owning up to it and making it good requires true character. Im updating my review based on this. I m not happy with the experience. The aeration and overseeding service was just fine. Aeration was rushed. The seeds were spread very lightly even when I requested the lawn care guy to spread heavily over bare spots. The service included neither dethatching nor covering bare spots with husk to protect seeds. It took them all of 20 mins to finish up. I ll have to do more work on the lawn myself now. I feel I was highly overcharged.

I wish I could give zero stars because they dont even deserve 1 star. Please do not use this company and waste your money. Unfortunately I didnt check the reviews before hiring them I wish I did, lesson learned. I purchased $700 worth of service in the spring they promised that my yard would be looking great by the end of summer and believe me, I have more weeds than ever. They promised that I wont be seen any mosquitos, spiders or ants but nothing changed. I am not exagerrating. I kept asking them to put flags at my property so I know they did the work. One time I found the guy spraying my neighbors yard. DISASTER.! At the end of summer I called to complain about my weeds and none of the managers bothered to call me back. Customer service kept saying they are send messages to the general managers and they would not contact me at all. 2 times they told me they are sending me the full refund and they only sent me $46. For 3 months i called them every week so at the end I was advised to call the corporate office and i did and they ended up sending me another $46. I said I will not give up because they dont deserve a penny from me. I had to threaten them that I will report this company to BBB and sue them no matter how much it would cost me. FINALLY one manager contacted me and promised to give me a full refud.. After a week I finally received my money back. Please report this company they are horrible horrible horrible!

Worst experience. I ve done my own lawn for 20 years but finally decided to give TruGreen a chance. On the very first service they only did the front yard. They did not do the sides and the back. After admitting there mistake they said they would be right back. 8 days later and 3 phone calls still nothing. Time to take it over myself.

I would not recommend TruGreen. Their customer service is horrible and their lawn service is mediocre. They look to get customers with auto renewing contracts that if you are not on top of it they will continue to service and bill you. I would suggest to look into a local landscaper in your area. There are many knowledgeable landscapers who are cheaper and will work with you application by application.

What a joke. Initial customer service terrible when I called to schedule an appointment for a price. A few days later the harassment began from the local TruGreen clown rep. If you want to be harassed into business with TruGreen, they are the company for you. You will get call after call, text and emails even after declining their service. The most unprofessional company Ive dealt with.

Where to begin; I have been begging them to come for the 2nd mosquito application for two weeks, they have Scheduled then canceled out by text mon, tues, wed of this week so far, and when I call them to ask if they plan on coming tomorrow, they tell me they don t have any openings on their schedule for the rest of the week!!!, They also take a lifetime trying to find your info on the phone, and two different guys came across as close to brain dead as you can imagine, don t torture yourself.

This is regarding Trugreen is Randolph. The came to treat my backyard on a windy day May 18. The Chemicals got on my bushes - black spots everywhere. We have called and emailed and complained and still no one will even come to look! Worst customer service ever!!! Do not use! Sales people will hook you. If you have a problem they don t care at all! Just try getting a supervisor on the phone. This company needs a class action lawsuit. Facebook has a page dedicated to unhappy customers! Do your research before using them!

Talk about deception and fraud. I paid Trugreen at the start of this season for Lawn Care, Tree & Shrub Care and Mosquito defense, I made the mistake of paying for the entire season up front... In their defense, the mosquito care has been great. I am indifferent on the trees and shrub care, not too sure if theyd look any worse without the two applications theyve done so far. Today however is the day I end my relationship with TruGreen. A gentleman named Zach came to my house at 11am and left by 1120am. I watched him sit in his truck for 5 minutes and then walk around my property (with no equipment/spray/fertilizer) and hop in his truck and leave without any work being done on my property. No service ticket left with the work performed, but when I login to my account online it shows that he sprayed 18 gallons of weed control and grub control. That is a lot to do in 20 minutes. I called customer care who stated he completed the work which he did not. Customer care, while having Zachs number in front of them, are not allowed to call him to reconfirm the work or see when he actually planned to come back to fertilize my lawn. They then told me they could have Zach come back out as early as next Friday (even though this was their second application of 7 for the season and hadnt been to my property since 4/17). I refused and have demanded my money back. The customer service rep refunded the amount of what todays work cost but wasnt able to give me an idea of when the remainder of my money would be returned to me. She said someone will get back to me, which isnt acceptable considering I paid TruGreen over $1,100 at the beginning of the season. Needless to say, TruGreen (and maybe it is just the one local to Sussex county) is stealing from their customers (claiming theyve done work in which they have not) and TruGreens corporate office is limited in their ability to support their customers needs and claims. Even worse - no way to actually report this person for lying about the work they claimed to have accomplished. Do yourself a favor, save yourself from the headache and hassle and either fertilize yourself or find a more reputable company.

I am very disappointed with the service I receive and the responsiveness from Trugreen. I signed up for the mosquito and tick program. I reached back out to have them come spray again as part of their customer satisfaction guarantee and have not received service yet. I am not sure they even did anything the first time when they came. Do not recommend.

Ive had to schedule my own appts not automated Ive had 3 no shows no courtesy call to let me know just a no show and Ive had to call & reschedule on my own Your app doesnt let me track the status My phone calls to Trugreen reps go no where promised that a manager would get in touch but no call forcing me to call again Spent $1000 dollars for servicing - Seemed to have missed a timely application and (going on 3 months of no application and my lawn is dying .. - Ive spent precious time on the phone trying to figure out what is going on Cant even call someone to talk to to resolve ur phone reps cant do anything there is no way to resolve

They are the most unprofessional outfit I ve ever had the displeasure dealing with. I paid for a full season up front. They havent been to my house in almost two months. Meanwhile, the weeds are out of control. Ive contacted them multiple times and no one comes. Yesterday was the last straw. The manager was supposed to meet me to look at my lawn. No show as usual. No call as usual. In the meantime, my brand new lawn is suffering. Im done with this outfit. Time to get my money back. Dont waste your time or money with these people.

Very unresponsive - everything goes to a call center , no way to speak to a person at local branch. Left message that we had a problem after last visit- looks liked lawn burned by over fertilization. Requested an expert to come an examine- they sent a tech early am - no contact- that fertilized and left a note to water and seed in fall. It is very obvious the lawn has a problem. Called several times to local branch all calls diverted to call center- still waiting for a call back- been a customer for many years guess it doesn t matter.

We contracted with this company and they notified us the work was done at 7:45 am September 22, 2020. No sign of them on my camera, no paper work left in the mailbox, no evidence of anything done. No pesticide flag on the front lawn. Tech claims he was here. We re waiting for management to call as promised by representative from the office.

For the love of God dont deal with these people. They are dishonest . I live in saylorsburg. Im watch the guy do a tiny area of my yard then he told me he needed a bigger truck so he could not complete the yard . They lied and never camed back out to complete the job After telling me they did. How I know they lied because my contractor was there the whole day and told me they never camed. I confronted the lawn service and they admitted it after charging my card . Who wants to have to watch over people. They also wanted to change the price from $60 to $350 to do my lawn. I refused. Bad business all around I would never deal with these people again. Spread the word. We need to rebuild this state with honest companies

Completely Frustrated - Long term customer, signed up for Grub Control and spoke to the service rep in detail regarding urgency. Even had my appointment moved up to accommodate. True Green came and did the standard service and did not do the additional Grub Control that was the entire point of moving up the service and paying more. Now called back, speaking to someone who CANNOT help, will not send me to a supervisor and said service is at least a week out. Completely unacceptable.

When things are going well, no problem - lawn looks good. But when something goes bad - forget it. I have been a customer for 8 years. I just terminated. My grass was being eaten and the rep didnt show. When he finally showed up, he never called me with results. After complaining, he came back out and didnt call me again. After a month of this and my lawn being eaten alive, I switched to a local company where I can talk to an owner. True Green is too big and uses a call center. Youre on hold forever and they dont know whats going on!

Super aggressive on phone, when i tried to explain I had a service already and it cost less we just wanted the base fert/crabgrass/grub treatments, not extra stuff and she hung up on me with out even bothering to give a price. Nice way to get a new customer. I feel bad for the 2 people who emailed me before that from Trugreen (local reps) who I did not even respond to yet.

I have been with TruGreen for the past 3 years. Year one the burned my entire lawn so bad it took them almost 1 full year and 3 visits of reseeding to repair the damage. What do I get for being loyal and saying as a customer; they try to jack the price up on me. I have been paying 93.00 per application. In March they sent me an agreement for the same price 93.00. Today I look at the account and they are charging me 120.74 per app almost 30% more than what we agreed upon in March. I spent the past 2 days discussing this with Brittney who doesnt seem to understand that you CANNOT change the price after making the application. They instead tried to decrease the future payments for the original amount. Its not the money but the principal, you cannot do that, so I fought with them and they finally decreased ONLY the first payment knowing that i would be canceling. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.lol

called TruGreen for evaluation (estimate) for our garden tree service, but the service guy showed up just start to treat trees without talking to us, he dont even know whats going on on service plan. It looks TruGreen sales dont communicate with their service people at all. Hope they can improve.

Horrible service. Unresponsive to emails and calls. Missed appointments even after follow-ups. Cant even get basic service agreed to. Will not be renewing. Recommend everyone to look elsewhere.

PRODUCT IS NOT EFFECTIVE 2 yrs into service and my trees are dead. Find a different supplier.

This is concerning the TruGreen in Randolph, NJ. I wasnt going to write a review, but after repeated attempts to resolve the situation, I think everyone should know this companys business practices, esp. since it deals with billing/credit cards. Tru-green was arriving at my home without notice and only treating the front of the home, but not the back. (there is a locked fence due to a pool.) Despite this, they were still charging me for the entire property. After complaining, I authorized a discounted charge for the past services, but when I received my credit card bill, there was an second charge that was not authorized. Not only did they bill my card without permission, which I find shocking, they were billing me for allegedly providing grub treatment which I did not order. I stopped payment with AMEX, but True Green sent them a receipt for a credit sale with an auth code. After complaining directly to TG, some of the treatment charges were reversed, but after telling me on 2 separate occasion they were reversing the remaining balance since it was not authorized, they still have not. It is completely unacceptable to bill someones credit card without authorization. I also am attaching a picture of my yard about a week after the alleged broad-leaf weed protection was applied. Stay away.

Look somewhere else, spend a little extra $ for someone who will actually treat your lawn. I complained that the services I was getting all summer did not help the crabgrass and other issues they said they were treating. After the next service my lawn was burnt up. I asked for a refund and I was refused.

Trugreen in Randolph NJ has horrible customer service. After starting my $400 program with them last week, they promptly came out and laid down pre-emergent on my lawn even though the analysis said there were no weeds or pests and it desperately needed to be seeded. So now we cant seed it for 4 weeks! After complaining about this to Trugreen, the office manager, Jason, called me and told me it was the right thing to do and he wouldnt even work with me to get a seeding done. I immediately canceled my contract. I do NOT recommend this company for lawn care unless your lawn is already full and you just need someone to prevent weeds from growing.

Complete scam. Tried to bait and switch me and then would never return my calls once they knew they were caught. Hire local people absolutely DO NOT HIRE TRUE GREEN

Good service at a reasonable cost..The technician completes the scheduled treatment on time and in a professional manner. The office staff has been helpful when I have questions regarding my service.

They are a lousy service, they do not show up as scheduled, do not return phone calls in a timely manner. Would not recommend them to anyone.

15 years with Tru green . they killed my evergreen shrub cost of $600.00 . the first tech came out and said it looks like it was over feed and burned it.2nd tech came out 3 months later and said that my propping it up killed it. they can do lawn service but nothing else. but I also can feed the lawn . the shrubs I wanted a professional . still need one of those. gary

First time using them and im not a happy customer at all Got the Lawn and insect service. I was told that the insect service would also help with ants/spiders and it does NOT Every time i call im on hold forever. I called for service for my weeds, they say well have someone come out 3-4 days and youll get the IVR call the day before, its now been a week and no one has called or come to my home We will not be renewing

The specialist that was here to care for my lawn was extremely helpful. I had questions, and he gave me very helpful answers. A watchful eye is kept on my lawn and trees by Trugreen. Im now having my trees taken care of.

Lawn looks great. Better than it ever did. TruGreen are truly professionals! Never have to worry or follow-up due to the maintenance scheduling notifications and reliability of the lawn care specialists.

Pretty new customer, Lawn is looking good and seems to be getting better. Met the Tech a couple of times really seems professional. Dont know if I need as much communication from the Tru Green Co. though <br /> <br />Companies should just make it very easy to hear any issues that need attention.

To answer this question it is very easy. My specialist is Brian and from what Ive seen and the interaction Ive had with him there is none better. Ive dealt with a couple of others and they did not pick up problems as Brian did. Grubs for one. Brian saw that right away as the others did not. My lawn is better not perfect but better and I attribute this to Brians knowledge and service. I would prefer no one but Brian take care of my lawn!!!!!
