This is my 2nd year using the “Fall clean up”. Bryce came to my property and did something magical. Sometime between 9:00 and 11:30 Bryce and his team from Malloy came and went like a thief in the night. I came home around 11:45 and Not one leaf was there. The entire property looked immaculate. All of the leaves came down early this year and with the insane amount of leaves to clean around the holidays it can be unbearable for one person to do. That’s why I tried Molloy last year and again this year. I will be using them indefinitely. Also I have used them for year round lawn care, fertilizer treatments, lawn aeration, and over seeding treatments. My lawn has looked beautiful and deep dark healthy green. I highly recommend Molloy for your lawn care or fall/winter cleanup.

Sent an email from their website asking that someone stop by and look our lawn over for aeration + overseeding for this year and regular lawn fertilization and weed control for next year. Cizy from their office emailed me and we set up an appointment for September 11 – someone from Molloy stopped by (I cannot remember his name) on that day and looked everything over. He was a very nice guy and sounded very knowledgeable about lawns, treatments, etc. and left assuring me that he would have an estimate to me later that day. So a couple days go by and I haven’t heard from the company so I call the office and Cizy informs me that the guy is working on the proposal and should have it to me the next day. So 2-3 more days go by and I get an email with the estimates for all the services I asked about. I call the office to schedule aeration and overseeding, speak with Cizy again and am told that it may take over a month for them to get to my house. Well, OK but I don’t want to wait that long since it will probably be really cold out then and I doubt that grass seed grows well when the temps drop quite a bit overnight and could she tell me definitively when someone would be able to come out for the overseeding + aeration. Cizy tells me that the person who does the scheduling is not in the office that day and would it be OK if they call me the next day and give me a firm date for the work. That’s no problem so I agree to wait till the next day. So that next day has turned into over three weeks and I’m still waiting for someone from Molloy Lawn & Landscaping to contact me with a date – when the phone wasn’t ringing I knew it was Molloy L&L not calling! Of course I found another company to do the work (one that responded promptly to my emails and phone calls). Not sure what the problem is at Molloy – maybe they are too big, or disorganized or they just aren’t interested in obtaining a new customer. Maybe all three! Seems to me that when you have a potential customer looking for services that your company provides, you should do everything in your power to ensure all their questions are promptly answered so they will sign up for your services! I remember thinking that if Molloy L&L treats me like this before I sign on and give them my money, how will they treat me after they have my money? I did not like the answer that I envisioned for that question!
I was a customer for a few years. Service is decent once they show up but you could never get a response if you needed to reach them about pretty much anything. The owner reached out, but every year the problem recurred. I moved to a more responsive landscaper who is also better priced.
Malloy has ghosted us! They did a great job in Fall 2023 to restore a small lawn and fed all of our shrubs but when I asked them to come back for some specific tasks (mostly relocating a few shrubs) they never got back to us. Bryce Malloy came out in March 2024 to look at the work we wanted to have done this spring and never got back to me with an estimate. I have called once/week since the end of March with NO REPLY. Office staff told me that Bryce didn’t have our email address (which I sent to them several times) but Malloy’s marketing department has managed to send me many emails/week.
Molloy just planted a tree for me and I am thrilled with the results. Kristen and the entire team are easy to work with and thoroughly professional. They came to the house to look at the site, discuss tree types and good locations to plant. They worked on my schedule and made everything easy. And the tree looks great. It changed the whole look of my garden.
After this summer's drought, our yard was a mess of dead grass and patches. Molloy recommended aeration and seeding. The work was done within a week and the best part were the well timed and well written texts reminding us to water. It was a true collaborative approach to lawn care. We couldn't be happier! Super frustrating. I was happy to book with this company to help us with our lawn even though they were booked 3-4 weeks out. Today I got a message that we were out of zone (saying they didn t know) and cancelled on us the day before the appointment. Now I will have to hope the next company I reach out to will not take another month. This is especially annoying given we are on the brink of Spring-Summer months!

Can always rely on Molloy to do professional work in a timely fashion. I started using them for lawn maintenance and have recently had them install some granite steps for our patio. Have yet to disappoint with their service and support!
Molloy has been a godsend for my yard in Milton. John could be an MIT laboratory biologist with his knowledge of grass, the patterns of the area, shade vs sun, and troubleshooting common lawn issues/plant growth. He has called personally to explain processes and how my sod can be different / exactly when a type of weed will go away. We use for mosquitos and also for snowplowing. Fair, doesnt churn business, and has even on occasion dropped off complimentary seed/salt, etc. I could not recommend more.
We use Molloy for our professional landscaping. We have always been pleased with their services from mowing to weeding to landscape design and maintenance. Their customer service has always been exceptional. They get the job done in an efficient and timely manner. They stand behind their work 100%.
We contacted Molloy Lawn and Landscape earlier this year. We were very pleased with their landscape design and their landscape designer. I recently had 3 Molloy Landscape employees (Kevin, Kevin & Luis) stop by and provide their annual spring cleaning and mulching services. As usual the yard was beautiful when they were finished. Molloy has been providing this service to me since 2016 and each time the result is the same. The price is fair and they are available within a reasonable time once the contract is signed. They also send me a newsletter periodically that provides helpful suggestions for lawn and shrubbery care throughout the year. I dont know of any other landscaper that takes the time to do this for their customers! Ken
I m a new client with Molloy Lawn/Landscape and after the first service visit I m certainly glad I signed on!
We had Molloy give us a quote to come and clean out some weeds and trees along the side of our property and clean out two planting areas along the driveway near the front of the house and trim our Rhododendrons. They did a good job cleaning out the trees and weeds along the side, but took out more of our good plants than we had discussed, cleaned up some of the invasives, and informed us it was too late to trim the Rhododendrons and that they would come back in the spring to trim them. This spring, most of the invasives came back and the areas looked worse than before they did their work. I contacted Kristin and she came out, and said she would get back to us,. Due to some personal issues we did not hear back from Kristin. After a number of tries I did conenct with John Molloy who came out and was very responsive. he went above and beyond to clean up the invasives and trim the Rhododendrens, and did some extra work at no additional charge. I will hire Molloy again to do additional work.
Hiring Molloy was one of the best decisions we ever made. Our yard needed extensive cleanup after all the rain we had this summer. Molloy exceeded our expectations . Not only did they clean our yards , but also took tremendous care in weeding our flower beds

Best decision we ever made. We got a sodded lawn done due to the amount of crab grass we had. It is beautiful and everyone has commented on this. They instructed us on how to take care of the lawn and now we use them for fertilization. I could not ask for better care. They are wonderful and cost is very acceptable. I would never go with another company. Extremely happy with Molloy.

The staff at Molloy Lawn and Landscaping have for over 5 years provided the best service and care for my property. Clean up after they visit, securing the access gates so I don t have to worry about my dog and informing me about the application they used so not to impact the health of my dog or family. A great company to do business with and they are a local family owned company.

From start to finish Molloy was great.They showed up on time before a scheduled party. Chris the estimator, Rhonda the office manager and the workers were all great. They did a spring clean up that was at least 5 years overdue. It changed the look of our yard. Clean and efficient and I will be using the service annually. The cost was very reasonable!

We have had a great experience with Molloy over the past several months. First, they demolished two rotting decks off the back of our house, and replaced with a patio made of concrete pavers, while restoring the yard on the other side. Chris was great in helping envision how best to use our space, including around a tricky basement stair well. Kristin provided a thoughtful plan for our landscaping, and the team successfully transplanted a number of our existing shrubs and trees for a better layout, adding a number of new plantings and then reseeding the lawn. They do a great job of taking the clients ideas and offering expertise to execute a vision, with attention to your budget. They were flexible to work around other projects we had going on with different contractors, such as the team replacing our siding in between Molloys phases of the patio and landscaping. We intend to keep working with Molloy on future projects, and highly recommend them!

We recently moved into a new house and the yard hadnt been taken care of since last fall. Molloy was fantastic to work with! They cleaned everything up for us, removed a number of bushes and large rocks, and replaced old rotted timbers with new ones. They also had great ideas for other things we could do down the road. Would definitely recommend them!!!

I started using Molloy to cut my grass a couple of years ago. Since then I have added spring and fall cleanups, mulch, fertilizing application, bulb planting, gutter cleaning, new bed installation etc. I am pleased with all of the work that has been done thus far and if I ever had an issue with a service, it is immediately responded to. John has built a great team, and this shows in the work that they do. I have referred many because they drove by and ask who does my lawn. Highly recommend.
Have had Molloy come out for a few things now (plant some arborvitaes, clean the gutters) and they have done a great job. Will definitely continue to use them.

Be warned... My condo association contracts with Molloy Lawn & Landscape for landscaping and snow removal. While plowing in March of 2018, a Molloy associate backed into my car, causing over $2,400 worth of damage. The driver got out of his vehicle, looked at his truck, and drove off - it is all on security video footage. When I contacted Molloy to inform them of the damage, I was asked to send photos. After sharing images with the company, they subsequently refused to respond to my calls or emails. Thankfully the hit-and-run was recorded via video and my insurance agency was able to pursue the claim; however, given the recklessness and lack of integrity of the company I would recommend that anyone looking for landscaping or snow removal steer clear of Molloy.
