the leaf removal was ok. However, the mowing of the yard (both times) was not good. The first time (done by sub contractors i believe), leaves were repeatedly mowed and chopped into fine pieces. the problem is that these sat on the grass (heavy in spots) and killed the grass. Additionally, the lawn was cut at such a low setting that i now have numerous bald spots where the lawn mower blades cut the soil. So i get to replant those areas. overall not happy with the service.

Job well done! I would have given 5 stars, but the team dug up and threw out some plants that were definitely not weeds. All in all I look forward to using you again next year.
Turf Doc is reliable, professional, neat and tidy. Our yard looks amazing. When Hurricane Debby made it impossible to work, Turf Doc showed up on the very next possible day, first thing in the morning.
On the left of the house next to my neighbors concrete driveway, they are leaving a foot or two of grass not cut. They need to trim right up to the concrete.
These men do a fabulous job and consistently. Every part of the lawn is tended to from trimming, to mowing around detailed landscaping. We adore this service and the property flourishes as a result of their fine work.

Do a pretty good job, they could trim a bit better. Have mowed over and broke a few items left in the grass.
Cutting the lawn too close and the edging is not neat and clean. Edging need to be sharper!

The customer service was poor. I scheduled for mulching service. I got a quote which I agreed. Customer service told me that someone is going to call me. No one called me. After a few days I called again and their response was the same that someone is going to call you. Same thing happened gain. It was the fourth time when I asked for the manager then someone became active and the work was done

These guys are legit! The rolled in heavy with a large crew outfitted with loads of supplies and equipment. They made quick work of our large scale spring cleanup. We have multiple large flower beds on our property. These guys cleaned them up and they look amazing! Definitely recommend!
