PSN Landscaping CO. in Randallstown

The owner of the company Bonnie Nichols is not professional at all. She does not take ownership of her employees mistakes while they are on the job. One of her employees recklessly backed into my car while he was driving one of those big lanscaping trucks and now her insurance company can not get in contact with her nor the driver to get a statement from either. Her insurance company has been trying to contact her for 3 weeks to get the drivers statement, but she does not respond to her insurance company's calls, letters, nor emails to put them in contact with the driver. He was clearly at fault, and now refuses to take responsibility for his actions. Maybe Ms. Bonnie had a person driving the vehicle that should not have been driving. Maybe she participates in questionable business practices. The way you treat situations says a lot about your personal and professional character and I would not do business with a person that has possible unlawful and questionable business practices. She should be doing everything she can to make things right on behalf of the failure or her employee. She certainly is not professional.
