Park West in Rancho Santa Margarita

Cuts off perfectly healthy tree parts for no reason making them look awful. Also, horrible customer service. Had a super urgent situation with a crew on site and receptionist couldn’t get me to a live human being. Said she had to email someone to call me back. In spite of several calls I never received a call back.

I couldn't miss the opportunity to give a five star shout out to one of Park Wests best employees when it comes to customer service. Elias Pimienta the arborist for our community at Colinas De Oro is top notch! Elias came to my rescue in a friendly, respectful and expedient manner in the removal of a fourty year old tree, whose roots were coming into my backyard and lifting and breaking a newly built planter. He wrote up his assessment of what needed to be done and worked with my HOA and board members to get it done and done right! Tree gone! Thank you Elias you are a real asset to Park West and our community. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

Not one person from Corporate or a satelite office returned a call in over a month. Customer service is lacking.

Horrible business. they hack down perfectly healthy trees and destroy your landscaping. they trample flowers and have zero accountability. Their workers are extremely rude leaving machines (leaf blowers and chain saws) idling at 7am in front of houses ad well as blasting music as full volume. They dont clean up after themselves always leaving trash behind from their lunch. We have also had them knocking on our door asking to use our house toilets. they work for the neighborhood not me. i will be petitioning my neighborhood to get new landscapers because this company is awful
