I called them after playing phone tag for three days, but I got turned away because it was too forward. I would not recommend.
This company called me at my job, asking if they could have a meeting for a bid to do the landscaping for my job. We set up a time and a date. I got 3 emails asking me to co firm the time and date, which I did. 10 minutes before the meeting, they sent an email canceling the meeting and saying they would not do business with us. Actually glad they did, because if this is how they treat a potential customer I can only imagine what a nightmare they are to deal with.
Much appreciated on how USLawns was on it when needed ! We have a Large club and it needs TLC and they delivered! Place looks great and looking forward to the spring and summer.!
Our Account Manager Robert Macdonald has been great to work with. He visits the site often and always checks in with the office.
US lawns has been an improvement over the previous landscape company. The workers show up on time work throughout the day and get as much accomplished as possible. They're polite, courteous and communicate well.

As a Property Manager, my job would be 100x harder without the crews at US Lawns. They are always quick to help when a leak has sprung in my irrigation, which is every other day from squirrel damage. They communicate great and it’s always easy to email the office or text my account manager. I’m especially appreciative that they are always willing to help me map out my next big project and find a way to make things happen. 10/10!
