Lawn monster always has done a very nice job for reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them.

Lawn monster has done an absolute amazing job on redoing my landscape and removing some shrubs a old mulch and fabric and putting down new fabric and new mulch and also working on putting in drain tile for my gutters to make it look a lot more beautiful I definitely would recommend lawn monster for you home or office landscape and also irrigation

This company is responsive, and perform high quality work. With short notice, they were able to make time for me and completely fix the irrigation issues I was having. They were here for 30 minutes, and the price was extremely reasonable. They also provided advice in case I ever needed to change something myself. I will definitely be using them again for all my landscaping, and irrigation needs.

The quality of work might be good but I wouldn t know because the customer service is terrible. I filled out the quote form and got a response from Justin a day later, he gave me the pricing, told me they were a week out for the service, which wasn t an issue. I sent an email back saying that would work along with my address. No response. I emailed again a week and a half later after no crew showed up to do the service, and I still haven t received a response. Like I said, quality might be good but customer service is lacking.

Within a short time I was called to confirm an appointment the same day. They were respectful and prompt and had very reasonable pricing. Thank you! Horrible communication. Owner never returned my calls or texts this summer when he knew his service was a dependency for a patio project I wanted to complete.

Have always enjoyed using Lawn Monster and for multiple years. I am not sure what happened but this year the Owner snapped on me for asking a simple question about getting a head replaced during blowout. I was honestly fine with waiting but due to the unprofessional language I will never go use them again.

Fast, efficient, and good quality work! We were very impressed with their attention to detail. The sod is healthy after a year and the edgers have remained sturdy and in place.

This fall we hired Lawn Monster for sprinkler winterization services and super happy with their work. It was a last minute request and they were out the next business day, and at a great price! Thanks guys!

Had water in basement due to snow piled up. Called Lawn Monster, exchanged info at 3pm and crew was here cleaning up snow piles and hauling away by 7pm. Same day! Fast, efficient! The guys were friendly, helpful and explained what they were going to do. Will definitely use this spring for lawn care and landscaping!

Xfinity buried my line this spring and cut through my irrigation lines. Lawn Monster was able to save the day! Within 24 hours of contacting them, they were at my home and fixed the problem. They also adjusted my sprinkler heads to make sure they were operating at top performance. Very nice guys, professional and personable. I will definitely contact them for future needs and refer my friends and family to them.

Justin and his Team are Awesome to work with. We were new to our sprinkler system and they were patient and answered all our questions. We will continue to use them for all our irrigation needs. Each provided me a high-cost estimate and pushed sod as the only way to fill my needs. Then Justin with Lawn Monster showed up. When I brought up getting a quote on sod, Justin stated he could surely sell me it, but it wasn t necessary for me to go that route. All I needed was a little top dress, seeding and I would have a great lawn in no time. I took his advice and he was 100% right. I can t say enough how much I simply appreciated the honestly of it all. Justin could have easily shot me a bid for something I didn t need. However, he acted consultatively, and provided me a professional solution. Since, I have employed Lawn Monster for two projects and plan on using them exclusively going forward.

Our irrigation lines needed some TLC after years of wear and tear and Minnesota winters and Justin and his crew made everything good as new! Car battery dead. Snow blower on strike. Stuck at work dreading having to shovel the first wet/heavy snowfall of the season when I get home. Suddenly I got a text from my wife saying one of your drivers saw her shoveling as they passed by and just took care of it for us. Wished her a good day and was off again. Inquired about having a sprinkler line repaired and Justin responded right away and had someone out the next morning to repair. While there, he discovered another break in the water line and ran out right away to get the needed parts and worked it in to get that fixed as well.

Ended up paying less than expected. We needed our lawn dethatched, and these folks were able to take care of it the same day. Took them very little time, since they sent a big enough crew to get it done quickly. My wife and I were quite pleased with the attention to detail. They got in, got it done well, and got out, all for a very competitive price. What more could one ask!

Unprofessional. Quoted me at one price and then tried to charge more. My yard is all torn up from their bob cat and as well after removing landscape nothing was cleaned up it was all left, landscape I stated to stay was removed and landscape that I requested to be removed is still there. Stated they would be there at a certain time and showed up an hour and half later. Just because this company is local don t use. My yard has massive divits throughout the whole yard, just a mess. All around I believe it s a very unorganized company and they do the little they need to do to get paid.

This company is horribly unprofessional. We had him out in a timely manner and were actually excited to work with them on our project. 6 weeks later we still never got an estimate from them. Weve called multiple times, and at first we were told they were looking into it and would call back, but never did, and all our recent messages have been unreturned. Whats worse, we found out from 2 of our neighbors they are using our name when giving them estimates on their work to build credibility. Very disappointed in this company.

A quality, reliable company that has been around for years. I have used them on several endeavours of work related and personal properties. My experience with them recently has been great and they cut and removed some large trees over my house and now have been maintaining my yard for the season and he was the cheapest i had found and didnt sacrifice quality to get it done for that price. Called for lawn services and the guy I talked to rushed me out. Didnt feel like talking to a customer. I asked him to repeat what he said because I didnt hear him well. He said, ya u hear me, am gotta go am busy. This is very bad customer service. You always want to treat your customers with love, patience and respect no matter their race, color, accent, or gender. Always gets the job done.

We had a 35 ft high, 2 ft diameter spruce tree removed. The stump was removed along with an accumulation of 60 yrs worth of fallen needles (up to 10 inches deep). They then placed and compacted a few cubic yards of soil to fill in the depression left after removing the needles and stump. Lawn Monster did the work on time, for the bid quoted and cleaned up very well. They were professional, courteous and did everything to our satisfaction.

Once I set up what I need for snow plowing, Justin ALWAYS shows up and handles it. This is extremely helpful since I get so busy that I cannot always send him a message to plow. It is great to take snow accumulation off my list of things to manage.
