This is my second year with Weedman and I am happy so far with the service they provide. I was using True Green from last 4 years and my lawn was getting worse year by year. I learned that Ture green gives you discount but at the same time, they were reducing my yard size in their system. their technician was spearding fertilizer and week killer in amount of 2000 sqft yard, while my yard was 5000 sqft. After switching to Weedman last year, my yard improved a lot. I am aware that only lawn care company can not do everything, I still had to pull some weed myself and that is totally acceptable and normal as per what I think. I recommend weedman to others as I am sure they drop the product you pay for and it will improve the lawn for sure.

Very disappointed with services. Each time technicians treated the lawn they never treated the entire yard as contracted. They claimed they did, but I guess they didnt think we viewed our cameras. Tried calling the office several times, but never got to speak to a live person. This company is dishonest and I dont recommend at all.. The black Technician with the dreadlocks made this experience even worse by acting like a thug on my property. If you are using them, check behind them after each service. View your cameras!!

I finally just cancelled after waiting since November for service after getting many texts that they would be here the next day but next day never happened. cant get a return phone call after leaving many messages. should have quit a long time ago.

My yard was finally looking good. Took a couple years to get to that point. So they did a great job at the that but now I haven t seen them in almost two months. They missed my last treatment and never communicated to me about why. I called them up and finally got someone on the phone. They told me about staffing issues etc etc. They basically just old me that they would pick up my treatment on the next cycle. Which is in a couple weeks. I didn t like that answer because my yard is now over come with weeds! They said I would get a extra weed treatment but no one had showed up! I pay for a service regardless of your business growth and employment issues. At least communicate when treatments will be missed. I really want to stay with your company but you re making it difficult!

I ve used Weedman for several years but have noticed over the past year a decline in quality. I know to wait after treatment for weeds to die however it has been over a year and there are patches of weeds that are still present from a year ago. Your company is advertising your work and actually placed your sign on a stretch of my lawn that has tons of weed growth. I ll leave your sign up for all neighbors to see.

Wonderful at communicating and has helped us figure out how to have grass with an abundance of pine trees, shade, and clay soil.

Weed Man did a great job controlling weeds in our zoysia lawn. Timely, communicative, and reasonable on pricing. Definitely recommend Weed Man if you have issues with weed control in Raleigh.

I was charged for service that never happened. Ive been noticing that for each service like fertilization, I never see any of the application on my lawn. For the recent service, I checked my cameras (including Ring) that the person never stepped on my lawn. I wanted to point out that I have security cameras all around my house covering my yard that records 7x24, not just my door Ring. I checked every camera and never saw anyone stepped on my yard the morning of the service date. In addition, my wife works at home and facing the front yard window. She said she did not see anyone. I have called in (and did it a couple times previously before), I only get automated message and I dont hear back at all. I canceled service as I have lost trust with the company.

Used their services for over 4 years, never saw an improvement in my yard. Canceled services, I still get calls from them stating they are in the area and want to know if I want a treatment. My biggest complaint is they would come out for a treatment with no notification during the fall when the leaves are falling, the application would be applied on top of the leaves. Once the leaves were blown all the treatment would be blown away as well. This could of been avoided with better communication.

I have used multiple companies like this and never had any success. The Weed man did a great job and my lawn has never looked better. Highly recommend!

When Weed-Man performed the 1st lawn service there was to much iron in their chemicals and it stained my freshly painted trim and stairs. It looked as though they sprayed orange clay water everywhere. They claimed they sent someone out several times to resolve the situation and that it would take time for the orange stains to disappear. Six months later it is still stained and looks terrible. I would not recommend this company.

These guys are absolutely horrible. Never use their service. It looks like they even stopped spraying my backyard this year. I have more crabgrass and nut sedge in my yard than I did when I took care of my yard myself. Additionally, they state they will service your lawn every 4 to 8 weeks, however they have not been to my house to apply a turf application in 11 weeks. This is even more frustrating since this is the time of year when weeds tend to start thriving. I had even referred my neighbor to them recently just to get a free application since they charge more than the other weed management services in the area. Should have used a different service.

I have dealt with Weedman for many years. People give directions by telling them where to go by the house with such a green lawn. I am especially happy with my current technician, Chris.He is very pleasant to deal with and is genuinely interested in my lawn. I really appreciate that and actually look forward to his visits.

Great Customer Service.

This year I used Weedman for the first time instead of TruGreen or local lawn services, which I used in the past. My front and back lawns are now in better condition than they have ever been in the seven years I ve been here. I like Weedmans style of service, and in particular the fact that the same person attends my yard. He handles it like a physician would handle a regular patient, monitoring its condition and improvement, and prescribing treatments as needed. He also checks on the yard from time to time. TruGreen sent different people all the time. Their staff lacked personal knowledge of my lawns or their history, and they lacked a sense of me being their personal client. They never came by to check on my yard, even when I asked them to. Their service was like a patient being seen by a different doctor each time. Weedman is doing far better, both in its customer relations and in its results. Very pleased. Dr. D. R. Brown.

Horrible communication except for when they want to sell you something. I left messages several times on their voice mail for them to call me about questions and have never received a return call even after I told them I was firing them. I was invoiced for a fertilizer treatment Monday, there was no door tag left by tech and after looking over the whole yard I could only find 2 or 3 small areas where there may have been some fertilizer applied. I guess they do not care so I am taking my business elsewhere.

First and foremost, their spraying did not work. They had to come back to respray because they were not effective the first time. I called and canceled my service after I realized how bad they are and they came and sprayed despite my canceling and charged me for the service even though I had already canceled with them. Bottom line: their services are terrible and their employees are incompetent. I use Nutri-lawn now and they are fantastic.

Weed Man Lawn Care has maintained our yard for the past few years. They have always arrived on time, they do a thorough job. They are aware of what the lawn needs, when its needed, to survive and thrive.

Im very happy with Weed Man. My yard was TERRIBLE, and several months ago, they started working on it. Its really coming along. I didnt think it could be revived. What I really like is that you can call them back after their application if the chemicals didnt take hold in a certain area, and they come back without any fuss or guilt trips.

Two year customer. Weed man company has been a pleasure to work with. I have seen a vast improvement in my Zoysia lawn. Any special issues that have come up, they have been very prompt to educate me and lay out a plan to get a positive resolution. I am very pleased with Weed Man lawn care.

For 50+ years I have taken care of my Corner lot in Cary not interested in any lawn care service until last year when I decided to to take a chance and have Weedman, service my lawn. I will admit that I have been very happy with the appearance of my lawn. Any problems after scheduled service are taken care of within a very short time. I would highly recommend Weedman.

Weed Man has taken care of our lawn for many years. They do an excellent job which is admired not only by us but also our neighbors. They are very responsive if you can will a question or issue. We use the standard package plus additional lime and grub control. The only part we do ourselves is to spray for brown spot once a month May September. We take advantage of the discount offered by pre-paying for the following year in November.

Weed Man has taken my crabgrass yard and made it a beautiful green carpet. I am the envy of my neighbors and cant recommend them more highly!

Love these guys!! They have been putting treatments on our grass for four years now, and they are the best!! We win yard of the month several times during spring and summer. Our neighbors always comment on how nice our lawn looks... we always respond we just mow it, its Weed Man that does the work. They take care of aeration, weed treatments, disease treatments, even organic soil....They come back out and spray again if the weeds arent all gone the first time! They are polite when you call, and they will return quickly if you need them to.

I have been pleased with weed man lawn care. My neighbors asked this year what had I done to make my lawn look so green and weed free this year. I gave them a referral to weed man.

Did not deliver as promised. Did not notify you before they were going to arrive. They just showed up. Came more frequently than expected except when it came to the critical time to do plugging and seeding and they arrived over a month late. I now have young grass 2 inches tall fighting with cold and leaves. They do have at least one good customer service person who tried to help and was understanding. But one of the schedulers was very rude to my wife. He said we have to be here when they are doing the plugging. So we had to reschedule our travel plans to accommodate. Although we requested the plugging to be done early September they arrived in October and rescheduled three times. Which mean we have to flag and re-flag twice. They did not plug near the steps or air conditioners, but other areas were chewed up like a garden. They tracked mud across the driveway and did not clean it up. We flagged an area where our invisible fence crossed and they ignored it. I think we were lucky and it was not damaged but why bother to flag it you are going to ignore it. The information flyers they left were informative, but were often not completely filled out. Im just disappointed with the attitude. We will get there when we can. I am suppose to mow when the grass gets six inches tall, it has been four weeks and the leaves are gathering. What to do? Mow and kill it? or let the leaves kill it? Frustrated! OK, well at least they are monitoring their negative reviews. I got a call five minutes after I made the original post. The owner was very understanding, but did not convince me to stay with them. Particularly when I send my bill, where they apparently invoice based on their schedule not when service is rendered. I got billed on Oct 31, for service just rendered yesterday. Their system showed the plugging was done early October. They need to sync their billing to their service not their schedule, which clearly they are at least a week behind.

IF YOUR NOT USING THESE GUYS YOUR LAWN IS NOT WHAT IT COULD BE!!! I dont know what hybrid superseed they use but every place i planted it it grew!!! Places i have never gotten any seed to grow Weed mans did. I have tried every single super seed The big home stores sells and nothing would take. YOU WANT WEEDMAN
