My wife and I have been customers for a few years and have our lawn mowed and edged weekly and landscaping trimmed seasonally. The service has been great. The team runs a consistent schedule and will arrive the same day and roughly same time each week. Their work is quality work. We ve also used them for cedar mulch delivery and installation two jobs in a row. The most recent mulch delivery and job, we were hosting a party at the end of the month and really wanted the mulch done beforehand and I contacted them mid-month. They were very considerate and made the time to get the mulch installed the next day, 2 weeks ahead of schedule! And last but not least, the staff doing the hard work have been pleasant, kind, and trustworthy and the prices are reasonable.

Jim made thoughtful suggestions about alternate plants based on low availability for some of the plants suggested. We were under some time pressure due to an event at our house. Great company professional and reliable

Signed up for full yard maintenance. Within a month time, I noticed fungus spreading in my lawn. Since grass was cut low, it killed my grass. My yard looks terrible from what was handed over. See the picture attached. Even for bush trimming and yard clean up, folks hardly cared. Had to cancel service right away. I dont think they have any understanding of Lawn Care. Terrible, terrible service - very disappointed!

I was mowing our yard and was almost finished except mowing the ditch around the perimeter of the road. While doing that my mower ran out of gas and quit on a rise from the ditch. I went to get gas and when I returned, the job was finished and my mower was parked in the yard. I ve been using Jim s crew for lawn maintenance since buying our first house 4 years ago and they ve been a big part of helping us get our yard where we want it. Apart from the regular cutting/trimming, Jim is really great at taking requests for one-off jobs and giving you a fair quote. We ve used them to clear out some brush and unwanted bushes, clear out wild overgrown messes under the deck and even lay down rocks to keep it clear. All their work was done fast, on budget and came out even better than I expected. Any future random projects will definitely be run by Wake Pro first to get a baseline quote because I know the work will be done well.

I saw Wake Pro Lawncare working in another neighborhood. I called for an estimate. Ben responded right away and came by to provide me a free estimate. He emailed the quote promptly. Once approved he set a date. A team of gentlemen showed up on time and worked very hard cleaning up weeds in my flower beds, trimmed the bushes and trees and put down mulch. Everything looks great!! Weve been using Wake Pro for a few months now. They have done an outstanding job! We signed up for the gold package, and they have followed through on everything they have committed to. They have also been consistent on the level of quality provided. I have zero complaints! They arent just trying to check off the items on a maintenance checklist. They pay attention to the needs of the yard and adjust accordingly when needed. Ex. Ive got a vine that can be problematic if left unattended. It will start creeping up the side of our house. Since Wake Pro started maintaining our yard, I havent seen it on the house once. Things like this just seem to get taken care of. No extra requests or reminders needed. Its nice to know when I have to put in extra time at the office or if I am traveling, the lawn will still be kept in perfect condition!

We are very happy with Ben, Kenny and Dawson. Weve tried other companies for bi-weekly service and werent happy with the service we received (missed weeks, missed areas of the yard, soil damage, shady billing practices). We havent had these issues with Wake Pro. Any time I had a special request or question, Ben was quick to confirm and on the next visit, the request was fulfilled. We received a very reasonable quote from Wake Pro Lawn Care almost immediately after reaching out. With a very busy schedule they managed to squeak us in when they had a cancellation which was amazing. They all showed up right at 8am when they said they would and got right to work. A half acre of pine needles and leaves gone in less than 3 hours and we could not be happier with the job that they did. It would have taken us weeks and weeks to do the same amount of work.

These guys blew us away! It was quick and easy to get a quote, schedule service, and end up with a completely cleaned-up yard. A project that wouldve taken us at least an entire weekend was knocked out in about an hour by a friendly crew. We will definitely be going back to them for additional work.

I have recently bought a new house and the previous owners never took care of the pine needles laying all over the yard. I have tried a couple other lawn care companies to remove the excessive amount of pine needles. They were all poor quality. Not Wake Pro Lawn Care. Six people came out with leaf vacs and blowers and were done in an hour. Worth every penny!

What a huge difference before and after. My landscaping beds were overrun with my Bermuda grass, weeds, and washed out mulch from last year. Now my landscaping beds look amazing. Clean, hard edges between my lawn and landscaping beds. It would have taken me countless weekends just to do half of what the crew did on my own. A team of 6 descended upon my yard and 1 hour later, not a leaf was to be found. Impressive considering the entire back yard was completely covered with a 6 layer of leaves. They even removed a few piles of small branches I had intended on cleaning up later.

Its difficult to know where to begin when describing the outstanding landscaping experience with Jim Beson and Wake Pro Lawn Care. Let me begin by saying we are detailed clients...high maintenance would be an appropriate classification. Im thrilled to say that Mr. Beson and his team met and exceeded our expectations. I first discovered Wake Pro on a walk in our North Ridge neighborhood in North Raleigh. I remarked as to how well the property looked and gave Mr. Beson a call. He answered immediately and set up a time to come dream with us about our project. He did not arrive on time....Jim arrived early!! I love this. And, this was the first of three meetings we would have to brainstorm the project before agreeing to proceed. Each time Jim was early by about 5-minutes and spent as much time as needed on every occasion. During the days between site visits, Jim frequently sent ideas and pictures which helped us tremendously. The week of the project arrived (approx. 1-2 wks. after final planning meeting). Jim let us know when he and his team would arrive, what they would accomplish on each day, and when I could expect the project to be complete. He met each of his commitments on time and the quality was remarkable. Furthermore, during the process we realized we needed a few additional plants and those were secured and installed in only a days time. As I stated earlier, Wake Pro goes above and beyond. During the project install, we ran into a snag regarding our irrigation system and the placement of some plants. Jim was relentless in his effort to make sure I was fully satisfied. He worked personally on this for multiple days to troubleshoot, research, and correct the issue to our satisfaction. A picture says a thousand words. The picture below shows Jim himself moving a plant about 6-inches from where it was originally placed. He is a leader who is not afraid to do the work with his team. I was so impressed. So many positive descriptors would be appropriate for Wake Pro Lawn Care, but even they are insufficient to express our joy and excitement for the work they performed and what I hope will be a new partnership. If youre like me and you look to work with the best, then look no further. Jim and his team will satisfy. Dont waste your time with other companies. Im sure theyre great, but theyre not Jim and you might not get the service, quality, professionalism, and tenacity that comes with Wake Pro Lawn Care.

Jim is always prompt and responsive. He even fixed my gate latch once his team told them they may have messed it up. In reality the latch had already been broken, but he went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed!

Wake Pro Lawn Care has been the perfect solution for our oversized yard in downtown Raleigh. My wife and I have been renting a house on the edge of Historic Oakwood for the last two years. Apparently our rental lot was previously zoned for storm-water draining/collection, so needless to say the 70 ft x 200 ft yard was not easy to maintain. Jim and the rest of the team at Wake Pro Lawn Care were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Before contacting Wake Pro Lawn Care I spent nearly 4 hours mowing, edging, trimming, etc. (even with a riding mower, push mower, and weed-eater) each time the grass needed cutting, so having a recurring appointment truly added hours back to my week. We also have two dogs so naturally the yard was constantly full of sticks and/or chew toys. The fact that the WPLC team handled moving or picking up any objects in the yard as they worked is a huge bonus not many lawn care services can offer. I would absolutely recommend Wake Pro Lawn Services to anyone in the Raleigh/Wake County area.

I started using them this year and the communication has been awesome!! The work they do is relayed to me and they explain WHY they do it. The staff has been super nice and respectful. I really am happy I chose them.

I knew I wanted to be a Wake Pro Lawn Care customer after seeing the lawn care technicians working my neighbors house. WPLC has reliable vehicles and top notch equipment/staff. This week their technicians did a A+ job on my lawn; as well as Weed Man (subcontractor) lawn chemicals. I have the GOLD PLAN for a very reasonable price. So far I have met the President and 3 staff employees; and all of them were courteous & professional. Also quick.

Jim and his team at Wake Pro Lawn did an excellent job helping us transform our backyard into a wide-open, grass-filled, play area for our kids. Jim was extremely responsive and communicated with us throughout the process. They did everything from spreading mulch, grinding stumps, grading, bringing in fresh topsoil, and aerating and seeding. Jim would also check back intermittently to make sure the seed took. We would definitely recommend them.

I used google reviews to find this company after my previous lawn care company destroyed my previously beautiful yard. This company managed to bring my lawn back from being an embarrassment to being one of the nicest looking lawns in the neighborhood in a few short months. He had a plan that fit in my budget (a combination of killing all existing grass, mowing it down to the dirt, then reseeding (and sodding in a small area) the entire yard. I have found that his crew takes the time to do the little things that make the yard look a lot nicer. Jim is a true professional.
