Jim said ne sturdy for the areas I was concerned with and said he sprayed post & preemergent and some nutrients for the grass. Very nice fellow .

He did a great job explaining us why we seeing a lot of weeds in our yard which led to us finding out that your crew, possibly , hasn t been treating part of our yard because they might thought it s not our territory. I asked him to please let the management know that and we would like extra attention moving forward. Let s see after the treatment yesterday how our yard looks.

No call when he was on site. Needed to talk with him about the weeds that we have been trying unsuccessfully to have addressed now for the 3rd season with no luck. Not impressed

They also answer any questions I have on the spot and are very thorough about following up and explaining to me what they took care of during each visit... They are reasonably priced and I feel I get a tremendous value for the service they provide.

We are so pleased with Triangle Pest Control Services. Today, we had one of our regular contacted treatments. Our tech, Michael was so professional and knowledgeable. He called ahead to give us an ETA and arrived in a timely fashion. He explained in detail, everything he was going to treat, asked if we had any concerns and then took care of our property, perimeter, porches and garage. He let us know when he was finished and confirmed what he had treated. He also said that if we had any further questions or problems in the future, to let him and the company know.

Michael has serviced my home multiple times, and his work is always stellar. He takes the time to explain what he will be doing and always asks how he can help. He does a terrific job - He is an invaluable asset for Triangle.

We started seeing results quickly and our lawn has never looked better. We are informed ahead of time when they are coming; they send instructions before and after each service, and they always call before service to inquire about any questions we may have, anything we are concerned about, etc., and if there are any concerns, they address these immediately. I highly recommend Triangle Lawn Care.
