Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Care in Raleigh

I have been using Naturscape since the spring and has been a great experience. Vance usually takes care of my lawn and does an incredible job. He answers any questions I ask and is very knowledgeable in lawn maintenance!

I am thrilled with the results of our lawn thanks to Naturescape Lawn Care. The aeration and various applications provided throughout the year have been beneficial. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely happy with their service, applications etc. My lawns front and back were just loaded with weeds when we moved in. Now they’re a lush green carpet weed and insect free. They were an extremely cost affected solution.

Naturescape was out the other day, to irrigate my lawn, and the guy found an issue in my backyard. My yard was so wet. Figured out my neighbor hose was left on and leaking into my yard. Thanks again to Naturescape you always do a great job.

Whenever I had questions or needed advice, the staff were very helpful and responsive.

Great service. They don't really give you a heads up when they're coming, though. I called before leaving for vacation confirming I wouldn't be home and they said they weren't coming until the week I was back. They still came while I was gone, though. Potential waste of their time and money if nobody is home and gate is locked, you know? Service crew and office staff are nice and do a good job. I just think the back-office folks need to secure some scheduling software and an actual customer notification system. People have locked gates and day trips and stuff. Doesn't make sense to go to someone's house without ensuring they / their property are accessible. Still, 5 stars. Just flagging for those sensitive to this point. I will continue to work with Naturescape. Just hoping this feedback is seen for the company's continued, successful growth.

I truly wish that I had the ability to leave zero stars. We used naturescape last starting in may. And our grass was torched going into the fall, due to incorrectly applied treatments. I would not recommend this company. Here are photos of our yard before using naturescape (the beautiful green grass) and our yard this year (second photo taken today 4/27). We received no resolution from the company, their customer service offered to give one “free treatment” but there’s no way we would want to have them come touch our yard again.

Naturescape is the most efficient/effective and most affordable lawn care services I've used. I'm so glad I choose them, and I'm very satisfied with their services and results. See the attached photo, my neighbor is using another company, check the difference. I usually do not post reviews but for naturescape, I really want to recommend it to everyone.
