Your driver cant put his phone down. Was behind him going down Eagle Rock from 42 headed from Clayton to Wendell. He is scary and going to hit someone head on. Can send you picture if u like. Was 2:00 today and was in the other lane many times.

Horrible Service overall! Communication is awful, don t respond to issues and extremely overpriced!

Horrible, they use to be good but went way downhill. These past 2 times they serviced the wrong house. Luckily I work from home and noticed, had I not I would have been billed for a service not received. I am not sure how long this has been going on as our whole yard is basically dead. Will be looking to switch. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

We used them for years and their service has degraded. I have noticed they have rushed our jobs the last couple months and our last treat.ent was the worst. We caught the service tech only treating half of my front lawn and they treated my entire back yard and walked back to the front of the house in a matter of 90 seconds. I called to cancel continued service and requested a refund for the previous treatment because of their poor work. They denied that request. I have severed ties with them and strongly suggest you do not use this service. Their quality has gone down this past year.

Don t trust what the sales guys tell you is covered in their 7 treatment program $1,300. I mentioned a few concerns I have with Bermuda grass, brown patch, nutsedge. He said it was all included. I said I wanted to see it in writing. So nutsedge was covered but if you wanted Bermuda grass and Brown Patch that s was another $1,800! Obviously I canceled.

Honestly, this has been the best experience Ive ever had with a lawn maintenance team. As an ex-trugreen customer, these guys blow them out of the water. The communication is fantastic, the up-sells are perfect for the season, and everyone is so nice and understanding. I have never received a compliment on my lawn, this year Ive received numerous. Ive been working with the company for a little over a year and the progress is so noticeable.

I cant speak to the quality of their work, but the carelessness of their crews allowing large empty grass seed bags to blow out of their trucks on the interstate doesnt show much commitment to safety or regard for our community.

Always a rush job and always a different Technician. Results were okay but not great after two years.

I would give them a zero if I could. I caught them on my ring camera simply showing up to give me a detailed invoice without doing ANYTHING to my yard! After letting them know what happened they still continued to remove their fees from my checking account. I ultimately had to get my bank involved to get my money back. What a complete scam!

I cancelled their service due to two reasons. 1. I had aeration service done through Easter Turf Maintenance. I noticed that several areas were not aeriated. I notified them, but they said they cannot get any closer than a foot to the house itself. However, I am referring to areas much larger than 1 foot to the house. Obviously, they didnt bother to check. They just brushed off my concerns, and it is a bad customer service. 2. I was willing to be patience with their weed control method. However, it is not being controlled well, and my concern above made me lose any hopes that they will do a better job in the future. A few good things about them. They communicated and notified well when the service will be done. Their website is easy to use and easy to make payment. However, ultimately, a lawn care service company needs to meet the customers needs, such as weed control and doing the promised job as it should be done, but Eastern Turf Maintenance did not do good job for me.

I had a perfect Zoysia lawn for many years, but recently had a new service guy maintaining the lawn iland now a quarter of my yard is completely dead. It is like pulling nails to communicate with this company, or specifically leaving messages without anyone returning the calls.

Lawn looks better than it ever has. I now have what looks like plush green carpet. Thank you.

Started working with ETM in 2014 but the customer service has gone way down hill since they got new management and strongly advise anyone not to work with them. After reading some of the reviews on here its apparent how terrible they have become and their attitude of we are always right..not the customer. They cancelled my contract because they dont like customers calling them out for doing subpar work and having to do it over again. If they had done the job right the first time I wouldnt have had to ask them to do it again and they wouldnt lose money. At the end of the day, I am the one who lost money because I paid you for a service that you didnt deliver. A few years ago I would have given this business 5 star reviews over and over but it looks like most of the reviews in the last year are negative....sign of poor ownership.

I requested that they make an appointment with us because the gentleman who was suppose to be treating our lawn was not actually doing the job. I have video cameras and have proof that they did not do the job even though they left an invoice. I can see from other comments that this has happened to other customers. They apparently came out again and burnt my lawn with chemicals. You can see the swirl marks in the lawn. I ve used Eastern for many years and I m so disappointed in their management and how they treat their customers.

Jeremy with ETM goes above and beyond to help me understand my lawn and it s needs. The office staff has also been very helpful every time I call. It is refreshing to feel like a valued customer.

Judging by the other reviews, it appears that your experience depends on the person actually doing the service for you. Jason A. does a great job for us. He is thorough and he takes time to explain things, and make recommendations. Our lawn looks really good.

So far so good. Have been using them for about a year. Eric Pulliam was the tech today and knew his stuff. So far better than Trugreen and better value.

Since I switched to this company my yard has been well cared. Mr. Seth is today s tech. He answered all the questions I asked, adding more recommendations as to my water time and length. I appreciate his taking time in providing additional info.

Had sod installed and these guys have made it absolutely beautiful!!! Reasonable price also!!!!!!! Greg is awesome too,answered all questions and advised on issues with yard!!

Worst experience Ive ever had with a company. They were not on time. Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. When they finally did get to my house, the lawn technician sprayed only my front yard, didnt even go to my back yard, and was on my property for a total of 4 minutes. They charged me $60 for his 4 minutes of work. When I called to cancel my service and asked for a refund because the lawn technician did only my front yard. They said they dont issue refunds based on the customers word. They only trust the word of their lawn technicians. I then told them I have evidence of it from my security cameras, to which their response was we dont trust video evidence either, only the word of their lawn technicians. Do not use this company!

We have had Eastern Turf Maintenance for MANY years, but for the last few years, the service and state of my lawn have severely declined. Ive called the technicians back many times between services and sometimes I had to call back more than once because no one ever showed up after I was told someone would. My lawn does not look like it is being professionally serviced at all. I have always been polite and given Eastern Turf the benefit of the doubt, but I just cant do it anymore. I just called today to cancel my service, after nicely explaining why and I didnt even get an apology or the feeling that it mattered. The person on the phone just sighed and said shed cancel for me. Really disappointed.

We have been using Eastern Turf for about 5 years without any issues. About 2 weeks ago, an ETM truck pulled up to our house, sat INSIDE the truck for about 5 minutes then proceeded to put a bill in our mailbox and drive away (thank you video doorbell). When my husband reached out, he was told that a manager would call back within the next 24-48hours. It has now been over a week without a call. We will be cancelling our service and encouraging our friends to do the same. If you do choose this company, I encourage you to keep an eye out to see if the work is actually being completed.

I called so many times for weed treatment but none ever picks up their phone or show up. I have so many weeds in nyvfront yard now. Very unhappy customer!

Ive been leaving voicemails since last week and no one has called back. I was emailed an invoice last week for a service that was not provided. I have a camera in the back and front of my house and nobody was detected in my yard that day. Im trying to figure out why I was invoiced for a service that was not provided. Please check your voicemails and call back. Thank you!

If I could give negative stars I would. Our lawn looks horrible after spending so much money on this service. They come to you home to do damage control and talk the talk but do not perform the follow up work. They are so unprofessional that I wonder how they stay in business. I do not recommend this company.

Before having ETM Lawncare come to my house to do routine fertilizer and needed maintenance, my yard was struggling. Now I have one of the best looking yards around.

I would recommend steering clear of ETM. They damaged my fence during Fall aeration and were unwilling to take responsibility for it. I didnt notice the damage until the Spring and didnt reach out to them for a couple months after that. They used every excuse possible to deflect blame and argued that the time that passed made it less of their responsibility. After 2 more months of phones calls and email back and forths, they were willing to try and bend it back with no liability if they damaged it more. I decided to take care if it myself and no longer have their service. Service seems cookie cutter at best. Might limit some weeds, but I had multiple variety of weeks including crabgrass and hundreds of maple saplings. Was basically told the crab grass was normal based on time of year pre-emergent was applied and to hand pick the saplings.

I just had my first application today. Mark was very professional with great customer service skills. I highly recommend Eastern Turf Maintenance.

I love ETM! I had another company, that I will not name, that is probably the biggest yard service provider in this state, treat my yard for a couple of years and I just was not satisfied. I contacted ETM to see if they would match the same price I was paying the other company and of course they did and I have never been disappointed in the service! I dont think I have had a weed in my yard ever since they started my service. That is no joke. Dead serious. They have never raised the price on me in four years either. Do yourself a favor and make the switch to ETM and come back to thank me later!

We struggled for years with yearly weed/lawn control and aeration/seeding. We would spend tons of money buying all kinds of products and try to figure out when to put it down ourselves. It was a lot to keep up with, and then we d have nothing to show for it because our yard would still look about the same. I finally decided to hire someone to do this and chose Eastern Turf Maintenance after a neighbor s recommendation. After one full year of service, our lawn has improved so much and we didn t have to go through the stress and hassle. ETM is affordable, has great communication and service. Our lawn has improved so much in just a year and we are just beginning our second year of service with them. Highly recommend!

We used Eastern Turf Maintenance for a couple years and were very pleased with their service. We recently moved and wanted to continue our service at our new home. However, after multiple attempts to get a quote and establish service, we never received a call back. I also reached out to a manager to express the fact we wanted to continue our business with them, but NO ONE EVER CALLED back!! We had no choice but to find another option for lawn maintenance.

Weve been using Eastern Turf Maintenance to for almost 2 years now and have been extremely pleased with their service.

We have been using them for several years. Since last year i was getting invoice but no tratment was done. The health of my grass gotten worse.

I have been using ETM for years. I felt the service was a good value (compared to maintaining the lawn myself), and overall I was satisfied. 3 times over the last 1.5 years a service was performed just before a major rain (last time with the hurricane rain coming through past week). . When I requested the service to be redone, I was told everything is rainproof after 2 hours, so all is good! Really, with 2 inches of rain.??? Anyway if that is the case, I should be told not to mow the lawn for 2 weeks, so that at least the product can be absorbed in the soil and grass .... I feel EPM is getting too busy, and just performs service on a schedule without really taking care of lawns. Too bad , I will take care of my lawn myself from here on.

Their lawn care is excellent my lawn has never looked better.

I had nothing but problems with Eastern Turf Maintenance. They wouldnt show up when scheduled. I had to call multiple times and get them re-scheduled. When they finally came out and sprayed for weeds, the weeds were untouched. There was never any signs of any type of weed control, even after multiple visits.

Eastern Turf Maintenance does a wonderful job of keeping our property looking great, green and weed free. The property is over two acres and most of it is grass. The aeration and seeding is a big job, but their service is very thorough, and the price is very fair. Albert works closely with us to be sure that the lawn stays looking great. Jay is a great technician. The company has helped me over past two years get my yard into immaculate shape. Jay is very knowledgeable and always comes to provide service as he says he will. The service has been excellent over past two years.

The service I received on January 25th was excellent. The individual who did the treatment to our yard was excellent. He was very thorough in his application of the liquid fertilizer and treatment for weeds and was helpful in answering questions I had regarding my lawn. I have been extremely pleased with the lawn service from Eastern Turf Maintenance.

ETM has won over almost my entire neighborhood and the more Scotts/ TruGreen lies by taking your money and not showing up to your home the more people switch over the ETM and they do a great job!!!

Eastern Turf has been our lawn service provider since 2007. Their work has been consistent year after year. They have responded to exceptional situations such as grub worms or fungus problems. We have recommended Eastern Turf to many of our friends and neighbors with positive results.

I have been using Eastern Turf Maintenance for two years. I moved to my home 3 years ago and started out with another company. Their service was okay but started noticing quite a few weeds and after a year their service went up quite a bit in cost. Started searching for new lawn treatment services and a recommendation I received from a friend was ETM. They have been wonderful! We rarely see any weeds in our yard. The cost of the service has stayed about the same for the past couple years which is great. The lawn is lush and green. They do a very thorough job when treating your grass. They are a great company, we havent had any issues. If we do need additional services, its very easy to add. They have just been wonderful to work with! Cant say enough great things about them. Thank you ETM!

Called on 3/3 and spoke with Brian about getting an estimate. He told me he would work one up and get back to me shortly. Never heard from him. One week later I called again and spoke with an unidentified woman and again ask for an estimate. Still nothing. Today I told them to forget it....they obviously do not want or need my business. Just tell me up front and I will shop elsewhere.

Wow where do I start. So I listen to their ads everyday on the radio. Hire them in February and it has been hit or miss ever since. Darren the technician is a nice enough guy but very very very unreliable about showing up.... Last message was he would be at my house last Tuesday its now one week later and still havent seen or heard from him...I understand service businesses sometimes have scheduling issues but this is way too frequent to be a fluke. Guessing they are much more interested in their commercial business then residential.. if thats the case, then stop advertising for residential business

Extremely unhappy with the results of having eastern turf maintenance for a year. Our yard looks horrible. Our grass is almost completely dead to the point where dirt is showing. I am a reasonable person to admit heat is going to hurt fescue in the summer however with watering in the morning as recommended and having an estate package with ETM my grass is embarrassing to the point I don t want people to even see my yard yet alone let people know that I actually have paid a large amount of money for ETM to take care of my yard. Fungicide treatments have been applied by ETM and all their other treatments and my yard is horrible. I look at two of our neighbors fescue yards and they have some browning but it does not even compare to the dirt showing all over our yard. I certainly expected better results but not unreasonably high results. I m wondering how much chemical and fertilizer is TRULY and HONESTLY being applied to my yard. Even with their reseeding I was not completely happy with results knowing the amount I paid. I would NOT!! Recommend this company and it makes me sick to look at my yard after knowing how much money I have paid them. Respectfully submitted, Dissatisfied customer

I have palmetto St. Augustine grass in central NC. My relationship started out pretty good with Eastern Turf Maintenance and then quickly went down hill. Slow response from my tech and then no response to my concerns. The last straw was when I started having a problem with my grass turning brown and dying off in my front lawn and I got a short answer that construction material under the grass was causing the problem. The grass there last season was green a lush. From there it just got worse, slow death of my lawn in the front. No response from Eastern Turf Maintenance. Very poor service. Dont waste your time.

Eastern Turf Maintenance has provided many years of outstanding service. The technician assigned to my property, Todd Moore, is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and diligent. My fescue lawn encountered heat stress and invasion of unwanted grasses within the last year. Todd has made and continues to make every effort to ensure the lawn is fully restored, always going the extra mile. He is very responsive and always available to answer questions and or make interim recommendations between treatments. Very satisfied with Eastern Turf and in particular with Todd. Comforting to know my lawn is in the hands of such a competent individual backed by a company that is regarded as one of the experts in the field.

After trying other lawn services with poor results in my yard, I decided to give Eastern Turf Maintenance a shot. The results in my front yard last year were amazing. I had the best grass Ive had since I bought the house and started with sod. So pleased with them that I had them reseed my back yard too this year. Very pleased

I have dealt with several lawn services over the last 20 years and ETM is the best I have found. They are prompt, friendly, communicate well, and do a great job with my lawn and shrubs. If I have a problem of any kind, I can call and they will respond quickly. I have used them for the last 5 years or so with no problems. Best in the area!

We were very pleased with the technicians who performed our aeration and seeding. The people Eastern Turf hires always does a great job. They will talk with you about your lawn and any problems that occur. If you are thinking of contracting with them, you wont go wrong.

Our lawn was a mess, just weeds and bare spots. It looked awful. Our neighbors yard was lush, green, and beautiful. How does your grass look so great? we asked. Eastern Turf Maintenance they said. So, we got ETM and now our yard is just as beautiful as it can be. Even our neighbors walking by comment to us about how great it looks. ETM service is so easy. They come by, do the routine stuff and leave a note on the door. Easy online payments or auto pay. It doesnt get any easier.

They do consistently great work for us. The staff is friendly and professional, and our area manager Greg is especially great.

The technicians have always been polite, they listen and sometimes respond to my concerns. I am not a chronically complaining customer. It is my observation however, that the technicians do not seem very knowledgeable in agronomy, lawn health and remedial care. They perform the ritual of putting down herbicide, fertilizer and lime for my fescue at the prescribed times but evidently without regard for soil conditions. If there is a weed growing out of the ordinary, the technician has not attempted to identify it, point it out to me and tell me how he/she is going to treat it. The problem just gets more out of control. I have never noticed the taking of soil samples or an attempt to do any soil analysis yet, this would seem to be important for determining soil PH and other soil requirements for a healthy lawn. Such analysis seems requisite for determining a lawn care program. ETM is my third provider of lawn care service. A Professional approach to the service is what I expect from a lawn care service and what I pay for. After three years I am disappointed with the results.

Eastern Turf started treating our yard several years ago. Before thier work we had tons of wild onions and dandilions. After only a few applications we saw a new yard emerging. We have and will continue using this local and honest company. One of the best yard services that we have used.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Eastern Turf. Their revolving service is amazing. They show up and do the service, leave a bill, and that it. Very easy for anyone that has a busy schedule. Our grass was spotty and infested with weeds prior to ETM starting their services. Since that time, less than a year, all of our neighbors come up and ask how we got out lawn to look so good.

After a year with ETM, I cannot recommend them for caring for your yard. The yard looks ok but I still have weeds and they do not seem to be getting less of a problem. Plus the next three applications are fertilizer only which will not address the weeds. Customer service has not been what I expected. This summer the technician called to confirm an application the following day but that day was not good for us. Therefore I requested a later date. I did not receive a good response. This happened during the summer months and when company was in town I didnt want an application occurring when we had kids outside playing. Somehow, this turned into an emotional issue with the technician and it was easier to cancel that application than to reschedule. All in all, I regret the $1,100 I paid this past years service.
