Great experience. Had Michael come out early in the year to provide us a quote and timing, and then had Joel and Marco just the other week come and do all the work. Agape Lawn Company recently completed the fall aeration of our lawn. Their staff, Marco and Joel were thorough, friendly and professional. They touched base with me a few times during the job, since I was home just to let me know they were on the property and to let me know when they finished. They were very careful when spreading grass seed around other planted areas so we wouldn t have grass coming up in our shrub area or in our garden. I certainly recommend them and Agape lawn company.

We have recently used Agape twice for major yard cleanup and pruning. Jaime and Mando did fantastic work. Everything on the punchlist was not just done, but done thoroughly. Yard and driveway left very clean. We plan to use them again.

Seth and his coworker did a great job aerating and seeding my yard Monday. They were very careful to avoid marked areas and took the time needed to get the yard prepared and then seeded properly. They put down straw where needed and did a great job cleaning up. Ive used Agape for many years and will continue to do so!

Agape was amazing to work with! Michael is incredibly knowledgeable, very responsive, and easy to work with. The crew, Joel and Marco, were so professional. They did such a thorough job and Im so thankful for Agape helping me finally have some grass in my backyard!

A rep came out to give me a quote for landscaping and hardscaping services. He was great and very helpful, said I d receive a quote in two business days. After following up for weeks, and being told by the office they d get it to me, I never received a quote. It s been a month now and no one has followed up with me. Unorganized, unprofessional, and not respectful of my time.

Jaime and Armando did a terrific job with our mulch refresh. They spent a good amount of time prepping the beds by raking each out and trimming them before putting down the mulch itself.

I hired Agape on the recommendation from another landscaper who was not equipped to perform the type of renovation project that I needed. I asked a few companies to come out and bid the job, and while Agapes was not the lowest number submitted -- it was easy to understand that they were the right company to hire for the job. They have a higher level of experience and professionalism than others I met with. This was a substantial investment in my property and Im extremely happy with the way it turned out. I started using Agape in 2022, and I have been happy with the results. The real reason for this review is to thank Lou Ann for her help and fantastic customer service! Although she is an accounting assistant, I have imposed on her many times for help because I can t seem to get it through my head that she is not in customer service. Every time I reach out to her she sends me in the right direction almost immediately. I m sure that she shakes her head every time I send an email to her, but I ve gotten used to her being my go to person. I need to break that habit. In the meantime, a big thanks to Lou Ann for all of her help. She is an asset to Agape and deserves recognition!

We are very pleased with the job Agape Lawn Company did on our sod install recently. We had a minor issue that they quickly came out and resolved free of charge. We also used them for mulching, river rock install for drainage, and edging. All were fairly priced and professionally installed. Highly recommend their services!

Michael Vrabel sent an email an hour before he came. Our dogs were home alone and we had no idea that he was coming that day. One of our dogs went out and ate the grass while we were gone. He died 24 hours later. There was nothing the vet could do for him. Charlie was a happy healthy dog and we had to put him down. Michael stated in the email, do not let your dogs out for two hours, but you do not even give us notice a day before to make sure we are even home to do that. That is very poor professionalism. We are mourning our poor dog and feel guilty because we did not get your email in time to stop the treatment. Charlie suffered and died due to this. We will not be using your company any more. It has been six months since our poor Charlie died. What a shame this company wasnt more professional and did their job. Our Charlie would still be alive today.

Just started with the company and theyre off to a great start. The crew, led by Rolando and Veronica, spent the better part of a day cleaning up, trimming hedges and shrubs, and mulching multiple beds. They picked up all the waste and carted it off. It bodes well for the mowing and weeding as the weather warms up.

We were very pleased with the services we received from the Agape Lawn Company, Mike Hoy met with me and my wife in advance to discuss the work we needed to have done, which was removal of extensive undergrowth and ivy vines in the woods surrounding our recently-purchased house. He also met with the landscape architect on the day the work was to commence to review the plans for what needed to be removed and what should be preserved. Juan and Jose worked as an effective, efficient team and did a great job accomplishing everything on the plans during the agreed-upon allotted time. We give Agape, as represented so well by Mike, Jose and Juan, very high marks and definitely recommend their services to others.

Since using Agapes services, we havent had to worry or complain about timely, quality, and comprehensive landscaping care! Jose, Jorge, and others who have provided pruning services always seek feedback and are very responsive to our requests or instructions. Were happy leaving such work to these professionals, with the pro-rated yearly plan offered, since yards in the Triangle area require constant care of some sort year-round.

Agape installed a french drain in our back yard and installed channel drains and corrugated piping along our driveway to divert water that constantly flowed over our driveway. Given the circumstances, they did as good a job as I could have expected. I would recommend them to others seeking drainage solutions.

Had Agape Lawn Company apply pine straw and mini pine bark mulch to our yard. Crew members Juan and Melvin cut bed edges, applied the mulch as instructed. The mulch was carefully applied and clean up was excellent. Very pleased with their service.

We had French drains put in by Agape at the end of an absurdly rainy period in Durham. Our yard was basically a swamp. While it took a couple of visits to get everything to where it needed to be, ultimately were satisfied with the work. A challenge of the job was that the ground was tremendously saturated, so it was left very uneven after the first visit and water continued to accumulate on the surface. But, I was really impressed with how responsive Sam and his team, Rolando & Veronica, were and they came for a follow-up visit to flatten out those uneven surfaces. Everything is doing what its supposed to now, but were still trying to address a little unevenness ourselves. Overall, I do wish the process and expectations for this job had been communicated a bit better since I came in with what might have been unreasonable expectations for a fully dry yard, so I was frustrated when that didnt happen. If that had been explained from the beginning, it would have made for a much smoother experiences.

Heathers team handled a dry river bed installation to help us control the excess rainwater runoff in our backyard. Heather was extremely responsive and professional--she checked in through the process and ensured that the project ran smoothly, and followed up after it rained to be sure it functioned as planned! Humberto and Fernando completed the project quickly and exactly as the proposal had been presented to us. Evans team also handled our fall aerating/seeding after the stream bed was finished, which is the third year weve used Agape for our reseeding needs. Were very satisfied customers who plan to work with Agape for our future lawn care needs!

Agape was one of 3 companies we met with and received a proposal to remove turf, create planting beds, and plant over 40 plants, bushes, and trees in our backyard. Agape had been one of two companies that Samantha Dawn Designs suggested for our project. Samantha Dawn created an excellent 3D rendering of what our backyard would look like along with the suggested plants,schrubs, and trees that would be best in our yard. This project was important to us, we wanted something that not only we would enjoy, but would be a good investment for our home. Agape immediately demonstrated credibility with their expertise around plants and trees. They provided confidence that they would care about this project as much as we did. Bill and Heather created a detailed estimate that also included a drip irrigation system to ensure that our investment would be protected. Braulio was the point man for the project that took 4 days from start to finish. He was simply amazing to watch, you could immediately see not only his skill but his attention to detail. The result turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined. Don t hesitate to consider Agape for your project and expect that Bill, Heather, and Braulio will deliver you excellent results.

I had a backyard garden and patio installed. Words cannot express how pleased I am with job from beginning to end. Bill designed a garden that satisfied my desire for something colorful and simple. With the project being organized by Michael, our French drain installation and downspout routing to the road was completed quickly and efficiently by EJ and Juan. They were able to answer all my questions, and even did some resloping in an unrelated area of the house as a bonus. For the first time in a while, Im excited for the next time it rains, because I cant wait to hop out there in some boots and a raincoat and watch those pop up emitters in action. We have recently hired Agape Lawn Company for full yard maintenance as well as a landscaping project at our residence. So far our experience has been fantastic. The sales and customer service teams have been extremely professional and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Of particular note was an immediate response and remedy to an issue that occurred on the property which speaks to their customer focus and relationship management. While we are early in our maintenance program, we have been very pleased to date. We were very happy with the landscaping project completed as well. We have had Agape for about a year and a half now and have been very pleased with the service. We had our fescue and Bermuda grass completely removed and replaced with Zoysia and also we had a number of new plantings installed. The yard and all of the plantings have done great. The crew lead by Solomon & Abraham have been maintaining the yard and bushes and have kept in great shape. Any time I have a question they respond via text or email quickly and also they promptly address any areas that need to be taken care of.

Agape has taken care of my home for over 5 years. I have amazing landscaping, a very green yard, and minimal weeds. I commend the team Sam, Alberto, and Francesco for being so responsive to all of my requests and the company for always communicating very quickly.

I was very pleased with the work Gregorio and Ezequiel did. They were very careful with my flowers which was much appreciated. I also appreciated the politeness when asked to put more mulch in an area that we walk.

We hired Agape to clear out some undergrowth and ivy in our backyard. Sales person was on time and texted when he was 15 min out. He explained all the options and worked with me with what I was trying to accomplish. It wasnt urgent so the date pushed due to weather but it didnt matter to us. Work product accomplished the goal.
