Beware of this companys extremely shady and illegal practices. They have allegedly been providing lawn service to our house without our permission, trespassing in the process. I have personally never even spoken to the company, let alone agreed to any service. Now they have randomly texted us, harassing us to pay a bill. Trying to talk to the owner or any management is impossible as well and will get you nowhere.

Crew was very rude, very sloppy work, damaged my lawn and gave me a problem when he said he would fix it but never did. Please beware

These guys have done maintenance in Chapel Hill for years. They are usually very professional, but they have one worker who is really sloppy with spraying herbicides. I dont know which one it is, a tall guy with a mustache. Hes the worst one they have, he has killed potted plants and seedlings in the ground of mine regularly.

Excellent work. Did mulching, bush/tree trimming and removal. Everything looks great. Also very quick and responsive communication for scheduling and coordination. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing landscaping done.

Ramirez General Landscaping did a fantastic job on our yard. They cleared mounds of debris (leaves, pine straw, and branches) that had fallen during the fall and winter months. They trimmed the bushes and cleaned up around them They also cleared our eave troughs on the front and back of our house. The four guy team went around and checked everything over afterwards and did a walk around with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We couldn t be happier with the service!! Reasonable prices, too!

Mal McGinnis did a great job in analyzing what we needed - Very customized situation that other companies I called would not do. Other companies told me we had to get on a landscaping program for then to come out and do this simple job. We rent our house and didnt need to get in a long term program. So glad that RGL was able to work with us. Not only that but their quote was very reasonable and fit our needs ad budget perfectly. Mals follow up was prompt to see how things looked (I was not home when they came out) after and also about watering schedule to make sure the seeds took and developed. Very pleased with this team.

We hired RGL to fix a problem with an existing patio wall that was soon to fall down the hillside in our back yard. RGL salvaged most of the materials from the original build, brought in better materials where needed, and left me with a better product than I had before the fix. They also improved existing drainage issues. I wish I had hired them do the original work! The guys showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up afterwards. The price was fair and the entire experience was positive. From the Owner, to the Designer, down to all of the crew, everyone was great to work with. If you need any of the services they offer, you should definitely let these guys bid on your next project.

Roberto and his team designed and installed a flag stone walkway from the front to the back of our house. What was once a muddy path is in our beautiful walkway which includes steps where needed and a beautiful retaining wall. His team was reliable and showed up every day and worked tirelessly. The end product is something we re proud of and adds value to our home. Roberto works with us every step of the way to make sure things are going as planned. I had Ramirez general landscaping crew come out today to clean up my backyard. They cut and trimmed all the brushes and shrubs. Remove several dead plants. Picked up all the pinecones, cleaned up all the debris and hauled it all away. They did an amazing job. The guys were very nice, very polite and professional. My yard looks so good. I will definitely have them back to do my front yard.

Ramirez Landscaping did an excellent job. I was anxious about hiring someone based on issues you read about happening to others. Roberto was consistently communicative, easy to work with, on site as needed, made sure his crew was taken care of, conscience, skilled, etc., etc. Our paver patio looks better than we imagined. As we observed the work from time to time from our kitchen window, we could see how well they packed the gravel and their skill in laying and cutting the tiles. I would not hesitate for a moment to hire them back or recommend this company. And I am a careful consumer. *Note per photo, we are planning on adding the stairs to the deck ourselves.

The front yard of our house has been completely transformed!! The guys showed up on time, were professional and did such an incredible job! The landscaping design and use of mulch really did change the whole front look of our house. Definitely recommend and will be using again!

They buried our gutter lines, installed weed fabric and rocks under our deck, installed a French drain, removed a ton of ivy, leveled and graded our yard, installed pine straw around the perimeter in our natural area, and put down grass seed. They were respectful, punctual and efficient. I ve never met a group of more hard working men! Our yard is now a beautiful space that we can use. We look forward to hiring them for future projects! If you are thinking of using this landscape company expect them to speed through your neighborhood and run through stop signs. Avoid if you have children nearby and want to avoid a hit and run. Witnessed going 35+ on a 25 MPH neighborhood street and no stop at stop sign. Slow Down! Amazes me companies have signs on the side of their vehicles and don t think safe driving is important to potential customers.
