Overpriced and slow to respond

They kept me up to date on the scheduling, the estimate was the exact cost of the work, and they left my yard looking great. Cant ask for much more than that.

Outstanding...they did a wonderful job for my personal home and several of my clients.

The team at Four Seasons was great to work. I moved into a new construction home recently and had a fence installed. I learned from the HOA that I needed screening bushes along with my fence which was a surprise. The team was very responsive and worked with me to get my install done quickly. Also, I explained that my family had severe allergies and we needed to minimize bees in our yard. So, they found a bush that could help me meet my screening needs and keep my family safe given their health concerns. The install team was friendly and fast. The job was completed in an hour. Afterwards, the crew lead went over care for the new plants and provided some recommendations for the future. I was very pleased with the service and will call them again should the need arise.

When the basketball season is over at NC State for the Womens Basketball team I like to enjoy my yard and this year I needed some help! We had a variety of areas to address and Four Seasons came through! We needed to remove some trees, fix a drainage issue and needed some design work with landscape beds and a tree surround. From Start to Finish, we were completely satisfied. Their quote was thorough and reasonably priced, their communication was on point and the quality of work provided has made our yard easier on the eyes when coming home! Four Seasons will be our first call when looking to knock out another project!

This is the second large project Ive done with Christian and Four Seasons. We had another great experience working with his team and will be going back to them for all of our landscaping/hardscaping needs in the future. I work for a property management company in Raleigh and Four Seasons Landscaping provides excellent service to all our properties. So when I needed trees cut down at my home, Four Seasons was the only place I called. Dennis with Four Seasons came out and inspected our trees. We discussed pruning trees for better tree health and went over what trees needed to be removed. The team arrived on time and went fast to work. Four Seasons removed the trees, chipped them up, ground the stumps and removed many branches from other trees to provide better health for the trees. Our place looks amazing with the work they provided. The sun can now brighten our house and no fear of trees falling onto our house. I look forward to working with Four Seasons again to help out with drainage problems and the need for a retaining wall. Thank you Four Seasons!

They came over and we had a great meeting and consultation. The consultation and the recommendations provided to us gave us a vision that my wife and I were looking for. I hired Four Seasons landscaping to clear out my very small yard. They did a beautiful job! They fixed everywhere that I want to plant in the spring. I am so happy with my experience with them! They went above and beyond!

Four Seasons Landscaping did an excellent job. From coming out to give us an offer and coming back twice to go over this with us in detail to showing up on time, doing everything exactly as promised, and even coming back afterwards free-of-charge to improve on what they had done, Four Seasons Landscaping was completely reliable, thorough, and friendly throughout the entire process. We will most certainly be going back to them for any future landscaping projects we have in mind.

We would highly recommend Four Seasons for any landscape project. What a pleasure working with Dennis, Christian, and the entire crew. Christian custom built the most incredible privacy screen. His workmanship is outstanding! He is so professional and polite, working full days to complete the job. One of their crews of 7 workers added a landscape bed that complements our privacy screen. The whole project is phenomenal! We are beyond excited, what a great experience!

An example of the type of job they do in our complex. This is one lawn out of many. They ve shredded landscaping plants, random trash & marked internet lines, hit internet boxes, and are generally surly if you try to ask them not to take caution or avoid an area. Over at our house, they hit and shredded a small tree and then left the dead tree and branches in the middle of our front lawn for weeks. I don t know what they get paid to maintain our complex but it s too much.

We have been a satisfied customer of Four Seasons Landscaping and Maintenance for several years and have always found their crew to be very responsive and attentive to our numerous requests for lawn care and yard maintenance. Recently, Christian and his crew did a beautiful job preparing and installing our front yard with Emarald Zoysia sod, as well as adding several other enhancements to our property. Our entire experience with Four Seasons Landscaping and Maintenance was top-notch. They recently completed a complicated project for us involving extensive land grading and conversion of a large drainage ditch spanning our entire side yard to an underground drainage system hidden beneath a gently-sloped yard where our kiddo will be able to play. The proposed improvements to our steeply-sloped, wooded property were not for the faint of heart, and from the get-go Four Seasons was absolutely up to the challenge. From the very first interaction - a wonderful conversation with the knowledgeable, personable, and communicative office manager Richard - Four Seasons set themselves apart from other landscaping companies. Within a week, Bob came out to walk our property, discuss feasibility of our vision for the space and begin to craft the estimate. Four Seasons pricing was very fair, and was consistent with what my husband and I had estimated - especially given the amount of work our project demanded. Throughout the job Christian the project manager, and his father Dennis, were in regular communication with my husband and I as to any change requests that came up and the overall status of the project. Christian did much of the grading work himself, and always ensured that the work of his team was of the highest quality. The project ended up taking a few days longer than initially predicted due to the sheer amount of work required to literally re-shape a hillside, but this was through absolutely no fault of Four Seasons. What most impressed us was that at this point, our project remained the top priority for Christian and his team, and they worked tirelessly to get the job done as promised, rather than rushing through it to get on to the next job. We highly recommend Four Seasons Landscaping & Maintenance - if they could handle our wacky yard and difficult project, they can literally conquer anything you might have in mind. We are enjoying watching the grass in our new yard grow, and look forward to bringing in Four Seasons for our next set of yard projects.

We had overgrown foundation plants removed, roots removed, soil amendments added, and some regrading of the area. The work was done quickly, neatly and at a fair price. Any questions we had were answered and taken care of. Respect and care was shown by the workers. We would highly recommend this company.

The Four Seasons Landscaping crew was great to work with. They were professional, responsive, transparent about pricing as I added some additional requests, and just generally nice people all around. They did great work on my yard, turning a previously unusable muddy oddly sloping area into a flat, stone covered, gate-accessible corridor. They showed up with a full crew and knocked it out in less than 2 days, retaining wall and all. Muddy paw prints in our house are instantly a thing of the past! I would highly recommend this company for your yard work. Theyve got a good thing going at Four Seasons!

Great landscaping business. Pays very close attention to detail, and gives customer exactly what they want. Prices are so cheap you will end up thinking you stole from them. Staff is very curteous and polite.

ABSOLUTE BUTCHERS IN THE YARD

After 2 Years of butchery Four Seasons still cant cut grass without damaging some form of property of mine every 2 weeks. Whether its gouging my sidewalk with heavy equipment to blowing grass all over my cars and house and sometimes both. UNREAL!!!! Still awaiting a professional job done right. Its not rocket science its landscaping. STOP RIDING ALL OVER SIDEWALKS!!!!!!!! STOP BLOWING GRASS ON MY CARS AND HOUSE

Driving on Highway 55 in Holly Springs on 8/12/2020 a large white SUV, license plate HAK-2107 with their logo on the doors, was driving at 10 below the posted speed limit in the left/passing lane weaving back and forth. I pull up next to the blonde girl driving and she is looking down at her phone. At the red light, I pulled up next to her and told her to put her phone down. She mocked me and continued to use her phone while driving. If this is who is represents your company while endangering other drivers, that is going to be a no from me. If I had my phone on me, I would have filmed and given to local police.

Dennis was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and hard working. We had a small job in the backyard which he incorporated quickly seamlessly into a busy schedule.

Did a great job on my lawn and did a great job trimming branches for me as well. Very good quality work and would highly recommend for a professional work at a fair price.

Owner was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable. His employee was much more professional and reasonable. Owner was blowing all the leaves from neighbors yard into my yard. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The technician came out to open up our system and test our backflow . We didn t k ow until we received a letter that they aren t qualified to test the backflow and we have to hire a second person. Also, when they opened they system he said he noticed a few things and to wait 48hrs and call if they still happen. 2 days later we called and were told it needed to be addressed while he was here and it will require paying for a service call .

My first interaction with 4 seasons was almost entirely good they came out quickly to give me an quote, I accepted. They came out without notice and got their equipment stuck in my yard. I was surprised to find a large machine in my side yard. I called and they informed me they would come get it out and finish the grading and reseeding when the weather worked with the project better, they did. I was home when they did it and as they were leaving informed them they missed a huge spot to re-seed, they brought their truck back and took care of the problem. I paid them and they sent me another quote for additional work. I would have recommended them at this point. A few weeks later they did a huge project at my next door neighbors all their landscape. We are in a very small cul-de-sac and they knocked over my bush at the top of my driveway backing up their trailer. I politely reached out to their office manager and let her know, she assured it would be taken care of. I emailed her again and got no response and its been almost a month. I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED! They made $390 and I was about to hire them to do almost a $1,900 gravel job plus what they made from my neighbors and thats how I am treated, with a lie and then no response!

Had a bad situation and this company really stepped up and made it right. I appreciate their honesty and taking responsibility. Will recommend to others!

Did a good job on my neighbors yard but left a terrible mess on my driveway and in front of my house.

I have used this company for years and have always had a great experience! They are true professionals, with a keen eye for detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Triangle area needing landscaping or tree work.
