My wife and I were thoroughly impressed and pleased with the job FA Home Services did for our home just before Christmas. The ladies were extremely thorough and went above and beyond to clean every spec of our home and make it smell fabulous and sparkle throughout! We will definitely being using FA Home Services again in the near future!

Good customer service would have been for the owner to contact his potential new customer regarding their satisfaction. The women were very nice and eager to start working as they quickly walked past me into the house and into the kitchen. I had to stop them to get a proper greeting and introduce myself. Disappointed. Did not receive the 3 hour deep cleaning as stated by Frankie over the phone. Received a standard 2 hour cleaning. My dissatisfaction... First floor, picture frames in the small half bathroom we're not dusted and the rug not vacuumed. Visible drops from a spilled beverage still visible in the entryway. They scratched my small Cuisinart pan while cleaning. Upstairs, rugs were not vacuumed properly. I will leave it there. I was very uncomfortable asking for an additional hour as they were quickly packed to leave. What type of follow up cleaning would I receive afterwards? Very awkward. Again, a follow up from Frankie could have resolved my complaints. Giving credit where due, everything else was cleaned very well. Moving on.

FA home services are everything you could ask for in a company. They are professional, friendly, reliable and dependable. They do an amazing job cleaning my house which I have admit can get pretty messy with three kids. There is nothing like walking into the house right after they are done it always smells so clean. I would highly recomend them. Matt a very happy 😃 customer.

Thank you for a job well done! When I first walked through my front door and was greeted by the scent of a good cleaning, I knew I'd be pleasantly surprised--and I was! My kitchen (including the oven and cabinets) and the floors were spic and spanned. And the cleansing the the 1.5 bathrooms was also nicely done. I will be calling on your services in the future.

I booked a team to go to my sister's house to clean. The booking process was extremely easy and simple, they showed up on time and my sister was extremely pleased with their work. Payment was easy (PayPal) and the whole process was pain free and convenient. Highly recommend!
